I know Matt had a topic on this but I wanted to talk about it more  For some reason this season was not talked about :-\ I think the challenges were a litttle boring though. But there certainly was enough drama (GREEN!) |

I LOVED this season! It was the first season I really watched, more than casually.

i think maybe there wasnt much twists it was kinda your standard endurance
there was drama haha of course but myabe it was just a bit of a let down after an intense season 3 and then maybe forgotten about after and epic season 5
but i still liked it, i really liked all the kids on this season and how they were all so close

With like everything. No one hated eachother, and no one wanted to hurt anyone (samahdi, temple Etc.) And season 3 and 5 were the top favs of everyone so it made e4 look bad. It did start the twist of "last place team goes to temple!" |

This was the 1st season I watched on premiere schedule in its entierty.
It wasnt memorable for afew reasons.
1-The really simple missions (Even the chance to make a mission they screwed up)
(No physically challenging missions either. Just teamwork based missions)
2-The cast (I think the only interesting people the whole season were Erika (<3), Jezzie, and Issac.
3-The location (Please dont get me started. An actual desert would have been cooler)
4-The ending of 8 teams (Whyyyyyyyy!? D:)
Those are some reasons I could think as to why E4 wasnt as interesting as the other seasons.

I was looking forward to a Brown team from that season.
But same with season 6!

6 teams was terrible for Fiji...Plus it was to sunny. No harsh atmosphere like 2, 3 or 4.

Season 1 had a very humid setting and it rained a lot...Chelsea and Skyler mentioned that a lot, and I think Jonna did once as well. Because they were all from Arizona xD

Yeah. E1 had the chill factor, E2 brought the heat!, E3 made it rain (Im being punny. xP), and E4 was like..."Hey theirs seaweed in the lake! Ewwww!" xD
The others were just like "Ok we're here and we have really uncomfortable beds. Aww man!" xP

i think the most intense location was E3 Hawaii. I mean the rain, the bugs, the mud and plus they had to take some of the kids to hospital at night sometimes. Now thats endurance haha

yeah and i remember on the old boards lindi said that chris broke his nose,
sarah had to go out one night to the hospital or something cause she hurt her wrist (hence the brace you sometimes see sarah wearing)
and towards the end lindi got an swollen foot and some sort of rash/infection that she had to go to the hospital to get checked out (she called it jungle-itis)

i was going to comment that E4 sucked because it came after E3... but it seems this thread is talking about E3 now... which is arguably the best season.... I remember when Monroe soaked Reece and Chris's bunks just before trip to temple... that's just classic!
