I'm getting more and more annoyed with Vanetta as I rewatch this. First, idk how to exactly describe this but she talks as if everything she's saying is the most important thing in the world. Like she sounds like you're hanging on every word to hear what she has to say and she just talks so emphatically lol. Like it can be "Today is a Temple mission" and she'll be like "Today is a Temple mission". But more annoyingly, I feel like she just didn't have the heart for the game. Though she outlasted Eleanor and Taylor, in both games she just ended up quitting. Everyone in the RTS and Headstrong gave it their all... though some couldn't do it, it's not because they gave up. They physically couldn't do it or they slipped, but they kept trying until the end. Vanetta in both games literally said "I can't do this, I'm giving up" and just... stopped. So while she outlasted them she didn't have more heart than them in my eyes.
Also Nicole is just wild man. Like her reaction to getting sent to Temple. Like who has the audacity at 14 years old to act like this on national television lmao

I also feel super bad for Antonio. After my last rewatch of E3 like ~5 years ago, I thought he was really weird and didn't like him very much. But this time around he seems like a super passionate kid who is just silly and fun. I felt so bad he got saddled with Willa, who seemed miserable 100% of the time on the show. She basically didn't even want to come back from Temple... "If me and Antonio come back from the Temple of Fate then I don't think we'll do very well because we are not a good team at all". Like CAN YOU COMMUNICATE WITH HIM AND TRY TO WORK OUT YOUR ISSUES. Lmao

Lolol your thoughts on Vanetta are so specific yet I kinda know what you mean. She always seems a little drowsy, yet she does speak really slowly and emphatically. And I definitely agree with you that Taylor & Eleanor had more of a heart for the game; and in fact, Taylor outlasted Vanetta in the RtS which certainly took more willpower and Endurance than the tiki game. I get the impression that Vanetta was just there for an experience, not for Endurance itself.
And I've definitely always sympathized with Antonio. Especially when Willa goes on about hating his hair...? Like? Wth? Antonio seems like he was the butt of everyone's jokes, actually (of course not to the same extent), which makes me sad because I agree with you that he seems like a well-intentioned kid who maybe just rubbed people the wrong way.

I find it funny how Sarah said "I'll be mad if i end up with Chris or Reece, because I know they'd rather be with Bryannah or Lindi."
It's also weird how quickly everyone's opinion of Monroe changed. At first all the girls liked him, and wanted to give him the free ride, but then they changed it to Reece last minute. He went from all the girls wanting to be his partner to none of the girls wanting him as a partner (excluding Taylor). I wonder if something happened off-screen that wasn't shown.

"I think there's like a plan, I think they're going after us" -Vanetta during Squaring Off. Only about 3 episodes too late, honey

Something I noticed in I'm Pulling For You... all the teams had to kind of reach backwards to put their pieces in the holder, but both Gray team members were facing their holder instead of it being behind them... it made it much easier to put the piece in and less likely for the piece to fall out... maybe they just were able to twist themselves better? Or maybe there was something different about the way they were hooked into their pulley...hm....

Anyone know the reason why they decided to do just one cauldron at the Temple of Fate instead of the usual three for each element?

The first few times they showed Gray, they definitely had to twist some to get their pieces in. Bryanah also seemed to have a pretty easy time twisting to get her pieces in.

Do you ever just wonder why they barely showed Reece talking and then JD asks him a question and you're like "Oh...that's why..." LMFAOOOOOOOOOO
"Reece how do you feel about Sarah halfway wanting to go home?" "I think she should stay and suffer and win, she should stay on this island forever"

I am LIVING for the Gray team drags during the final 4. Especially Monroe "Every time Lindi thinks she's going to Temple she sits in her bed and cries. So you know Lindi, you need to stop crying because you're going to Temple and you might as well make the best of your last day here"
I thought mayyybeeeee I'd like Gray team more, or at least be neutral to them, on this rewatch... but nope. Still my least favorite team.
