Did some searching. Blue team is now married. Amelia married (not to Isaac  ) in June or so and Shea around April or so. |

Wellll... we also had Jon and Ashley! But that was way back when...
Upon the rewatch, I didn't realize how much Jeszie disliked Julie. They had the whole scene after Green won the first Endurance mission where they're discussing who to give the samadhi to and Jeszie basically trashes the Gray team and Julie especially. And then at the meeting after Gray leaves, Jeszie says all the girls are getting along... "Now that Julie's gone!"

^^^ Yeah, that was really harsh. It kinda makes you wonder about what happened behind the scenes. I know right?! That's why I like rewatching the show even though I've seen each season a million times. You pick up on little details like that, that let you get a glimpse into what was going on behind the scenes or what the editors left out. Like in Gray's letter, Julie mentions Kylie was one of her best memories but I would never think Julie and Kylie would be good friends, they just seemed so different. But they were apparently. It's just really interesting to me |

You know what I always wondered? In Hang 5, if one of the girls fell off, what would happen? They'd probably just have to go back to the platform they left from, but they never actually addressed it in the show (probably edited out since no one actually fell) theacf12, check the General section. In other news, that episode is probably the best of the entire season. Jeszie vs. Isaac is one of the most entertaining fights in the series, and I love this quote:
Isaac: Who don't you want to give it to?
Jeszie: Red! And who don't you want to give it to?
Isaac: Purple! ...and Blue!
And then it really shows the character and the bonds that this show builds... with everyone upset and arguing, Amelia and Erika both volunteer to take the Samadhi... putting the friendship with their other cast members above the game. Such a touching Samadhi meeting.

In other news, that episode is probably the best of the entire season. Isaac: Purple! ...and Blue! Possibly the best part of their fighting are the moments when Jeszie just loses it and starts laughing. Hahaha, it's like, you can FEEL her frustration reach the point where it becomes comical to her. Another thing I noticed during my last rewatch is that apparently Daniela didn't like Shea??? I don't know why I never noticed this dialogue before?: Jonathan: You don't like Shea, do you? Do you like Shea?
Daniela: ...No...
Jonathan: So do you want him here?
Daniela: ...Do I want to win, yah!I wonder what happened that made her dislike him so much. |

YES I NOTICED THAT TOO. And I think it was Amelia before they went to Temple who was saying what she learned from everyone, and she said "From Daniela, I learned just to be nice to everyone, even if they're mean to you, to just be nice to them". It made me wonder, who was mean to Daniela?? What was going on behind the scenes that we didn't see? It's sad, because E4 doesn't really look like that close of a season compared to other seasons. You never see them liking or commenting on each other's pictures or anything, much less visiting each other or meeting up. I know they had at least one "mini reunion" but that was right after filming. I wish they had stayed close as it seemed overall while filming it was one of the closest seasons |

Gah, just rewatched this season for the first time since it aired. I think I cried a little bit at the end. I noticed that the clip right before the Endurance logo in the title sequence is Red climbing the stairs to the Temple of Fate. Possible spoiler? Also, the trip to Costa Rica, part of it is exactly where I'm going in March, Tortuguero National Park, although JD says it weird in the Finale. And can we talk about JD's shirt choices? I thought they were pretty bad this season. Also, does anyone know the name of the two songs that they play when something like sad or touching is happening. They tend to play it in the last couple of episodes when they're reminiscing about the other teams. I'm not really that emotional when it comes to watching TV shows, but those two songs always make me tear up a bit when I hear them. I wish I could find full episodes of Hawaii online. That's the only season that I have left that I really want to rewatch. |

I'm not rewatching E4, but I DID find an interview with Franke in which he says he had his 16th birthday during filming! It was in the final 3, and the other cast members made cards for him and production got him a cake. Awwww that's so cute and I never knew that! I think that makes him the oldest person to ever be on Endurance in their own season - I know that Kelsey turned 16 just after filming of E5.
