Red. They lost on their first temple trips in E1, E2, E3, E5 and E6. They only survived temple trips in E4 (against Yellow and Blue).
Incidentally, all but one mission Red won were temple missions. The sole endurance mission win was a superteam decider mission and that is why they never gave out a samadhi.

If you have a good alliance, you can ride that all the way through. If you win temple missions, it doesn't matter if you win endurance missions or not...just get that strong alliance to never (rarely) slam you with the samadhi.

An all temple mission win run can come back to haunt the team. For example, E2 Green only won temple missions and thus no additional pieces until the final piece mission. Likewise, E3 Orange also only won temple missions and only got one piece the entire time (from the fallen Blue team.
Winning temple missions keep your team safe but it also means there is a good chance your surviving rivals with get more pieces. I think E3 Red was the only team that gave one of their temple senders (Purple) their piece.

Endurance Hawaii is the only season were the final 3 teams had at least survived one prior trip to the temple.

The five endurance teams who had Trust has a starting piece (E1 Gray, E2 Blue, E3 Red, E4-E5 Yellow) all failed to win a team mission. 4 out of 5 were eliminated on their first temple trip (E5 Yellow being the outlier though they were leaked the other teams temple strategy) while 4 out of 5 finished 6th (E1 Gray being subject to the Gray team Curse). E6 Orange would win trust in temple mission and, while ranking higher than 6th, were also eliminated on their 1st trip.

Lana and Keetin both wore green, right? AFAIK, they're also both Jewish. I think they're also both engaged (not to each other!) or did Keetin get married by now?
Also, from an article I just saw, I think Keetin went to school where Lilly grew up...and both Keetin and Lilly do TV production stuff, right?

Yes, Lana and Keetin both wore Green. Lana was married in a Jewish ceremony, though I'm not sure whether or not she's Jewish. Where did you hear about Keetin being Jewish? Speaking of which, Keetin celebrated her one-year wedding anniversary recently.

I've noticed so many coincidences between Bryanah and Taylor (E5), as their story arcs are quite similar.
--both were fourteen year olds when they were on Endurance, and their birthdays were three days from each other (Bryanah on 15 May, Taylor, 18 May) --Both were from Massachusetts, around the Boston area (though Stoughton would be closer to the metropolitan area than Boxford is. And Jeszie, right in the middle, is from Boston proper) --Both had a liking for the ringleader of the main alliance, but were turned down as partners for different reasons (apparently Chris thought he would work better with Lindi, whereas Dakota believed that Taylor would bring out all the drama) --Both were specifically targeted, allegedly for "starting the drama". Though one notable difference is that Bryanah didn't care about fitting in with Lindi, Sarah, and Nicole; whereas Taylor was a lot more sensitive about this. ----though ironically, both messed up when they initially had power, and ended up going on the defensive. (Bryanah when her crush on Chris allegedly let Gray off the hook, whereas Blue gave the Samadhi to their old allies on Gray) --both had their moment of snarkiness (Bryanah when Nicole tried to get into their superteam, Taylor when Orange tried to trick them at Temple) --both close friends in the beginning (Orange and Gray for E3, Purple and Green from E5) ended up beating both their teams. --and, in a funny happenstance, Taylor's son shares the same name as Bryanah's firstborn.

First paragraph: defector.com/an-interview-with-a-survivor-super-fan-who-lived-the-dreamI thought I saw something on her social media about Keetin celebrating a Jewish holiday, but then I saw some Christmas stuff...it's possible she's both.

I tend to compare E2 Purple and E4 Green, but Annie and Jeszie are quite similar, come to think of it:
--Both are fifteen year olds from the East Coast. --Both of their partners are from the West Coast and tended to be a bit more chill. --Annie and Jeszie were both polarizing for different reasons, but it seems to stem that they separated themselves more from the girly girls (Annie was more aloof and hung out with the guys more, whereas Jeszie was more outspoken and stood out amongst the crowd). ----In addition, their main beef was with a girl from Georgia (Annie with Calley, Jeszie with Amelia) --Both had a close friend who was more out on the "outskirts", so to speak (Annie with Michelle, Jeszie with Erika)
