Endurance 2 has the most contestants. It’s ironic because in one episode JD says “We started with 20, and now we’re down to 10. We’re at the halfway point”. They did indeed start with 20, but ultimately had 22 so they were more than halfway!

And that part where Max & Jenna came back is still one of the greatest moments of the show. I wonder when they found out....were they kept separate from each other until that moment?

I wonder when they found out....were they kept separate from each other until that moment? Did they not announce it at the E1 reunion lol I keep forgetting about that episode. I think I only saw it once or twice when it was on TV and I didn't even become aware until Endurance 2. You may be right though...unless they announced there and it didn't make it on TV. The way they aired it in Mexico made it seem like they hadn't seen each other since the reunion (but TV does that kind of stuff a lot.)

We all had to wait until the rest of the teams were formed on season 2.

In most seasons, the youngest player(s) don't usually make it beyond the final four (if they reach it that far).
-E1 - Trevor (12) was eliminated in the final 4 and had been sent to temple two prior times. -E2 - Jacquelynn and Christa (the two 13 year olds that season) finished 7th and 6th respectfully -E4 - Chris (12) finished 6th -E5 - Garrett (13) was part of the first team to be eliminated -E6 - Cinnamon (13) was eliminated in the Right to Stay
E3 is sort of an exception as Lindi was one of the three 13 year olds that season. However, it had a total of three 13 year olds, the other being Sarah (4th) and Brandon who was eliminated in the right to stay and second chance mission.

That makes sense. 13 is 8th grade or so and 16 is basically driving age. There's a lot of physical changes in a body between someone the age of the youngest contestants and someone a few years older. Lindi doing 100 pushups was intense for that age. I remember Chris saying something about how she had all sorts of back muscles and how he wanted her as a partner because of that. She was obviously the exception to the rule, being a lot stronger than others her age.

Each winner of the Create Your Own Games missions went to temple after the following temple mission though they all survived that trip. Each winner of those missions also placed progressively worse that the previous winner: -E3 Gray won the mission and later became Endurance Champions -E4 Purple became the runner-ups -E5 Blue finished 3rd

What about Green: 1) Catalina Island. Trevor and Lana finished fourth of of seven.
2) Mexico. Mike and Keetin finished second out of eight.
3) Hawaii. Bjorn and Alex finished seventh out of eight.
4) Tehachapi. Isaac and Jessie finished third out of seven.
5) High Sierras. Alex and Cealey finished first out of seven. (One "team" finished without a color.)
6) Fiji. Will and Leslie finished second out of six.
There were two people who went by Alex and wore green.
Is there another team with more scattered results?
We know Gray was cursed.
Brown doesn't really count, only being around for two seasons.
Blue finished as winners twice and High Sierras had a very strong blue. Mexico's Blue had Annie and Scooter, right?
Purple finished runners up twice in a row.
From what I remember, Red wasn't a real stellar color.

E2 Blue was Scooter and Christa. Annie was on Purple with Jeff.
Red won E4, made it to the final 3 in E1 and E6, 4th in E5, 6th in E3 and 7th in E2.

It's been ages since I've watched in any detail. I have a feeling there wasn't really any color that was consistent across all seasons other than gray.

Probably the closest was Yellow as they had roughly two good(ish) seasons (2nd in E1 and 3rd in E3) before getting eliminated prior to the final 4 without winning a single mission in the other four (not including E4 Chris' win in the partner selection mission). I think they were 6th in the last three seasons on Endurance and ended up having the same outcome in Karma.

Yellow actually had potential to do better in seasons 4 and 5. 4 because it looked like Chris would be competitive and 5 because both competitors would be strong. Its unfortunate the Season 5 Yellow team didn't go farther due to all the drama and cattyness of the season.

I do wonder how Yellow would've faired had Brianna been willing to work with Kyle in Endurance Fiji.

Red never gave out a samadhi throughout the whole series. Closest was when the original E5 Blue gave Red the power to do the team switch.
Orange had the opportunity to give out two samadhis but never did: First chance was in E2 but they got rid of the samadhi instead. The next was in E6 where Orange swapped the samadhi to give yellow the automatic temple trip.

E3 - Gray was at least 2-1 in temple. E4 - Gray was 0-1 in temple. E5 - Gray was 0-1 in temple. E6 - No gray. Seven trips in six seasons. I wonder what color went the next-least.
