They are married. It was getting near their tenth wedding anniversary, and they and their kids went to Hawaii for Jon and Kate to renew their wedding vows. That's the wedding special mentioned above.

I totally did! My sisters and cousin and I all hung out in our basement before dinner and played board games while watching it. Our cousin had never seen J+K before, and was kind of stunned...then we told her about the Duggars and she got even shocked, hehe

Did anyone see the episode when the family's on the boat in Hawaii, and the boat captain or whatever tells Alexis to call the cameraman 'dude'?
