Chet *Confessional*: This is only my second challenge. In my first challenge, The Ruins, I was eliminated first. But I was up against that beast named Wes. I was very proud that I did so well even if I didn't beat him. I am determined to do better in this challenge.

TJ: This challenge will work you to the extreme! For one thing... No teams! It's all individual... You are going to have to rely on the people around you to get farther in this game.

Kelly Anne *Confessional*: There aren't many people I actually trust out here except Evelyn, and Cohutta. Without Wes here with me it's going to be quite hard which is why it is good to have Cohutta here to hold me back. And Evelyn is just a really good friend of mine.
TJ: Here's how The Duel works! Every 3 days you will all compete in a challenge. The guy and girl who wins that challenge will get to start a chain! They must deliberate on 1 person they wish to save from the duel. That person picked will then pick a person of the opposite sex, and so on until there is one guy, and one girl remaining. The remaining guy, and girl will then pick someone from the same sex to join them in the duel. They will then compete, where the winner will be safe from elimination, and the loser will be headed home. There will be a lot of prizes up for grabs for this challenge... And in the end, a lot of money!

Paula: As far as alliance goes, she was never in it and you never talked to me about it and you just went ahead and just did it anyways. I'm feeling really lied to right now.
Paula *Confessional*: Evan didn't pick me for the voting order in The Duel 2 which I am still sort of upset about... And Dunbar dated Kimberly while I was his partner... This is going to be one heck of a season.
Bronne *Confessional*: This being my first challenge, I realize I am going to be a target... Joey, and Jonna know this also. So we came up with this plan to form a Real World Cancun alliance. This is going to be great!

Joey: Quick before anyone sees us!
Bronne: Okay... Obviously us 3, plus Devyn are the odd 4 out... We are the only ones who haven't compete in a challenge yet.
Jonna: I've had experience with this sort of stuff before and you have got to have an alliance behind you or else you are pretty much screwed.
Bronne: Yes, that's why I am saying us three need to stick together as the Real World Cancun alliance!
Joey: I am completely up for it! If Ayiia was here... Well that'd be another story.

Joey: Okay, okay... She was okay at the end but she was a total idiot at the beginning of the show.

Brad *Confessional*: Last season you saw me on The Ruins where I ended up getting into a fight with Darrel... Probably one of the biggest mistakes I made in Challenge history. This challenge I am glad to say that there is no one I truely hate in this challenge... But there are a lot of people I dislike.

TJ: Welcome everyone to your first challenge!
*Everyone Claps*
TJ: Remember how this will work... The winning guy, and the winning girl of this challenge will have to deliberate and make a decision of 1 person they wish the save from the duel. That person will then choose the next person safe and so on. So a win is definately important right at the beginning!
Brianna *Confessional*: This challenge is going to be really important... Only one girl can win this so I just need to make sure to stay alert.
TJ: This challenge is called Ball Race! Guys, and girls will play at once but there will be a guy and girl winner. So it's a bit of a seprate game. Here's how it works. Balls will be dropped into this mud pit colored for guys and girls. Blue balls are for the guys, and pink balls are for the girls. There will not be enough balls for everyone though so you will need to tackle, or do anything you can to grab a ball. Anyone without a ball will be eliminated from the challenge. In the final round, the guy and girl to make it out with a ball will become this weeks immunity winners. They will also start the chain. Everyone understand?

Mark *Confessional*: We all knew that Evan, Kenny, Johnny, and Derrick would have some sort of an alliance again... Which is why we decided to do whatever we can to eliminate them.
