JD: Hello everyone!
Everyone: Hi JD!!
JD: Welcome to Endurance! This show will not only test your physical capabilities, but also your mental ones. I suppose you have an headstart on friendships because you all know eachother, or at least of eachother, but we’ll see how the game plays out soon enough. But first, I want to introduce you to the huts. Follow me. *heads off*
Kids: *follow*

JD: *emerges from a grove of trees. There are two large huts, they look like the same huts they used in Endurance 5*
Jacob: Awesome!!
Arielle: Wow…
Christine B.: -high fives Rhett and Nick-
*everyone is smiling*
JD: Whoever survives the Right to Stay will be living in this cabin until they’re eliminated - or, until they become the Endurance champion. I’ll let you guys go now. Be prepared for the Right to Stay, it’s coming up soon.
Kids: *disperse to the huts as JD walks off*

*Girls Hut*
Christine B.: Man, this is awesome!
Kristen: Wow, there’s a tree in the middle!
Macy: It’s so cool…
Adrienne: OMG a tree!!!
Uyen: There’s only seven beds!
Christine T.: Eww they’re made of wood
Megan: That means three of us are going today, right?
Jaclyn: I think so.
Raven: I don’t want to go.
Arielle: Me either, I am so staying!
Uyen: No one wants to go, OK?!
Christine T.: Uyen! *slaps Uyen playfully*
Uyen: Christine! *slaps Christine back*
Christine B.: Well, I’m going to go see what the guys are up too.

*Boys Hut*
Jacob: Awesome there’s a tree!
Nick: Treeee!!!
Bryan: This is so cool…
Calvin: Yo, I got the top bunk.
Richard: Oh my gosh…there’s only seven beds.
Bryan: Um yeah three of us are being eliminated today. And quite frankly it’s not going to be me.
*Rhett whispers something to Jacob and they snicker*
Bryan; *glares at them*
Vu: Why is there a tree?
Brian: Oh my gosh a tree!
Clint: Brian, you just realized that?
Nick: YEAH, Briannn…
Jack: I am so psyched
Christine B.: Hey guys!
Jacob: Hey Christine!
Christine B.: *hugs Jacob, Rhett, and Nick*

JD: Ok, everyone, come on out!
Everyone: *files nervously out of the huts*
JD: Ok, everyone, ready for the Right to Stay!
Jacob: Yeeeah!
Rhett: Woo!
Nick: I’m so excited
Everyone: *laughs*
JD: So do ya’ll want to know what the Right to Stay is?
Uyen: YES!!! …Oops
Everyone: *laughs again*
JD: Well, everyone follow me. *walks off*
Everyone: *follows, starting to chat amongst themselves*

JD: Well, here we are.
*On the water are 10 beams, with 3 platforms on intervals on each beam. It is the Endurance 5 Right to Stay*
JD: For those of you familiar with Endurance, this is from Endurance 5, the same Right to Stay we used in that season, you will be competing in.
*there are a few shocked and surprised faces, but mostly everyone is nervous*
JD: In front of you are series of beams. You’re going to need to move across the beam to the other side as quickly as possible. When you get to the far side, turn around, race back, where you’re going to flip a card to indicate how many laps you’ve completed. Each trip out and back equals one lap. You need to complete five laps to stay in the game. If you fall off, climb back up right at the point you fell off and keep going. First the guys are going to race, then the girls. The last three people in each race will be eliminated. That means six of you will be going home today.
Everyone: *looks extremely nervous*
Kristen: *looks at the ground*
Macy: *flicks her eyes side to side*
Richard: *stands motionless, mouth slightly open*
JD: Guys, you ready?

*few minutes later*

Guys: *in position*
JD: Get set…go!
Guys; *set off*
Brian: *falls immediately*
Richard: *falls*
Jack: *falls*
JD: It looks like Bryan is in the lead! Next is Jacob, then Nick!
Calvin: *falls*
Jack: *slips and falls*
Nick: *falls and has trouble getting back up*
JD: It looks like Nick is having trouble getting onto the beam again! C’mon Nick!
Rhett: *falls*
Jacob: *falls*
JD: Rhett and Jacob just fell! Bryan is still in the lead!

*on the shore*
Christine B.: Go Jacob! Go Rhett! Goooooo Nick!
Kristen: Bryan! Clint! Vu! Nick! Rhett! Jack! Brian! Jacob! Richard! Calvin!
Adrienne: Go everyone!

*back on the beams*
JD: Both Calvin and Richard just fell! Bryan just completed his second lap! Jacob, Vu, Nick, and Rhett are on the first one and Clint, Jack, Brian, Richard, and Calvin still have not completed one.
Clint: *falls* Ugh! I’m too tall for this!

*few minutes pass*

JD: Bryan is on his final lap. Jacob and Vu are on their fourth. Rhett and Brian are on their third. Clint , Nick, and Jack are on their second, and Richard and Calvin have still not completed one.

*few more minutes pass*

JD: Bryan is coming back from his final lap, and Jacob is not far behind…Vu is on his fifth as well, Rhett, Brian, Nick, Clint are on their fourth, Jack is on his third, and Richard and Calvin both have completed one lap…

Bryan: *nearly falls but manages to regain his balance as Jacob catches up with him*

JD: It looks Bryan and Jacob are going to be the first two the finish.

Bryan: *flips over his last card just seconds before Jacob flips over his*
JD: That’s it, Bryan and Jacob are the first two official Endurance players! The rest of the guys; keep going!
*Bryan and Jacob go to the shore and eagerly cheer the other guys on with the girls*

JD: It looks like Vu is going to be the third boy…And he is! Rhett is now on his final lap, Brian is ahead of Clint on their fourth lap, and Nick is just behind Clint, with Jack just behind him…Calvin has completed two laps and Richard still only has one.

Vu: *flips over final card and joins the girls and Jacob and Bryan on the shore*
Rhett: *flips over his final card soon after Vu*
JD: So far, Bryan, Jacob, Vu, and Rhett are safe! Only three more boys will be safe! Right now Brian, and Nick are on their last lap, Clint and Jack are on their fourth, Calvin is on his third, and Richard is on his second lap.

*few minutes later*

Nick: *falls and has trouble getting back up*
JD: It looks like Nick, on his final lap, just fell and can’t seem to get back on the beams! Clint has passed him up.
Brian: *turns over his last card*
JD: Brian is in! Clint has half a lap left, Nick is only feet behind him, Jack has just started his fifth lap, Calvin is on his fourth, and Richard is on his third.

Clint: *makes a last gigantic leap for the last platform and turns over his card*
Nick: *turns over his card just after Clint*

JD: That’s it! It’s over! Clint and Nick are the last two guys. Jack, Richard, and Calvin are going home today.

*the girls and remaining guys celebrate while Jack, Calvin, and Richard head back to the huts to pack their stuff*

JD: Congratulations guys! You survived the Right to Stay! Next up is the girls.

LAST TIME ON ENDURANCE
20 teens who had previously gone to school together traveled out to see who had the greatest endurance
The treehouses surprised everybody
And the guys competed in the Right to Stay. Jack, Richard, and Calvin were eliminated.

JD: Ok, girls, you’re up! Get in position and get ready to start!
Girls: *nervously go to the beams and get ready*
JD: Everyone ready?
Kristen: Yes!
JD: Ok…you know what to do…Go!

Christine T.: *zooms along the beam very quickly…leaving everyone else behind*
JD: Christine T. definitely has a large lead right now! Oh, Raven just fell! Macy just fell! Uyen and Jaclyn just fell!

*few minutes later*

JD: Christine T. has a giant lead! She is on lap 4 and has not fallen yet! Kristen and Christine B. are on lap 3, Jaclyn and Adrienne are on lap 2, Macy, Uyen, Arielle, and Megan have completed one lap, and Raven is still trying to complete her first.

Raven: *falls again*
Megan: *falls*
Adrienne: *slips* Ugh!

Adrienne: “This challenge was really hard because no matter how balanced you were, the beams were slippery and your foot could go flying out from under you at any moment. And the more you fell, the wetter the beam became.”

JD: Christine T. is almost done…and just flew through this mission! Kristen is on lap 4, Christine B. is almost done with lap 3, Jaclyn, Adrienne, and Uyen are all on lap 3, Macy, Arielle, Megan, and Raven are all on lap 2...

Christine T.: *is rapidly jogging across the last half of her last lap*
Christine T.: *reaches the other side and flips over her fifth card*
JD: Christine T. is the first official Endurance girl player! Congratulations! Six more to go.

*few minutes later*

JD: Kristen has half a lap left, Christine B. is a few yards behind her, Jaclyn just started her fifth lap, Adrienne is coming in to complete her fourth, Macy is on the fourth lap, Uyen, Arielle, and Megan are on their third, and Raven is still on her second.

Raven: “When everyone else was close to finishing, I felt sad because I was only on my second lap.”

Kristen: *comes in and flips over her last card*
JD: Kristen and Christine T. are safe! And it looks like Christine B. will be safe too! And…she is! We have three official girl players of Endurance right now!

Kristen: “When I flipped over the last card, I was so happy and relieved. It feels great to know I’m safe.”

JD: Jaclyn and Adrienne are on their final lap, Macy is almost done with her fourth, Uyen and Megan are on their fourth, and Arielle is on her third, while Raven is still on her second.
Jaclyn: You better hurry up Adrienne! I’m gonna beat you!
Adrienne: You wish! *tries to speed up but slips again and falls, just as Jaclyn loses her balance and falls also*

JD: It’s neck-and-neck between Adrienne and Jaclyn right now…And Macy is about half a lap behind them. Uyen and Megan aren’t too far behind her, Arielle just started her fourth lap, and Raven is on her third lap now.

Jaclyn: “I felt sorry for Raven because she wasn’t doing too well…She isn’t as strong as the other girls, and she’s kind of small and short, and very quiet, so no one expected her to go far but still…”

JD: It looks like Jaclyn is going to finish a second before Adrienne…And she does! Jaclyn and Adrienne are safe. Macy has half a lap to go, Uyen is just barely ahead of Megan on their fifth lap, Arielle is almost done with her fourth, and Raven has done almost three and a half.

Jaclyn and Adrienne: *celebrates with the girls already on the shore*
Kristen: Come on Macy! Come on Uyen! You got this Megan! Go Arielle! Go Raven!

JD: Macy is nearly finished…Uyen is not far behind her, and tied with Uyen is Megan…Arielle is catching up quickly, and Raven is almost done with her third lap…

Macy: *flips over her last card*

JD: Macy is our sixth official girl! One more! And it looks like it’ll be either Uyen or Megan!

Uyen: *speeds up*
Megan: *tries to speed up*
Uyen: *reaches her platform*
Megan: *reaches her platform*
JD: It’s gonna be close!
Uyen: *flips over her card*
JD: That’s it! Uyen is the last girl! Megan, Arielle, and Raven are eliminated! Everyone else is official Endurance players!

Uyen: *goes to the shore to celebrate with everyone*
Arielle, Megan, Raven: *trudge back to the huts to pack*

Jack: I think I could have done better…I really didn’t want Rhett, Jacob, or Nick to go on…
Calvin: I thought the mission was hard. And I didn’t do well. But things gotta happen, ya know?
Richard: I think I could have done better…At least beat Jack…Or Brian, or Bryan…

Raven: I feel really disappointed because I did not do well at ALL.
Arielle: I think it’s hard balancing on things but I did better than I expected but I didn’t do really good and make it in like I wanted.
Megan: I did much better than I thought I would do…If I hadn’t almost slipped at the very end I would have made it!

JD: Congratulations everyone! You have survived the Right to Stay! But tomorrow we have to choose partners…So discuss who you want with everyone! And here’s a hint: Make sure you let everyone know exactly who you want as your partner and what color you want. Have a good afternoon. *walks off*
Everyone: *walks to the huts, starting to talk*

*In the girls hut, Adrienne, both Christine’s, and Macy are hanging out*
Adrienne: Who do yall want? As a partner?
Christine B.: Nick…Or Rhett…Or Jacob.
Christine T.: I don’t care, just as long as I get someone strong.
Adrienne: I want Nick! What about you, Macy?
Macy: Oh, I don’t know…someone that no one wants, so I don’t have to fight over him…Like Bryan or Clint or someone.

*In the guys hut, all the guys are talking*
Bryan: Who do yall want as your partner?
Jacob: Christine
Vu: B?
Jacob: Yeah
Nick: Same, or Adrienne
Rhett: Same as Jacob
Jacob: Clint, who do you want?
Clint: I don’t know.
Brian: I want Jaclyn.
Rhett: Big softball star Jackie J_______?
Nick, Rhett, Jacob: *laugh*

Brian: “I don’t like the way Nick, Jacob, and Rhett treat people…They’re always joking around.”

Bryan: *I definitely know Nick, Jacob, Rhett, and Christine B. are aligned…Definitely*

Christine T.: Who do you want as, as umm your partner?
Uyen: I want Nick!
Jaclyn: Adrienne and the other Christine want Nick. I want NOT Rhett, Jacob, or Nick, ugh, I can’t stand them!
Kristen: Yeah…they are a little mean.
Christine T.: But they’re strong, I want Jacob *giggles*
Kristen: I want Vu!
Jaclyn: Vu? Why Vu?
Kristen: Vu is awesome!
Jaclyn: He’s not really…that strong…
Kristen: Who cares?

*Bryan, Brian, Clint, and Vu are swinging on the swing*
Bryan: Who do ya’ll want?
Clint: I dunno.
Brian: I want Jaclyn! Or Adrienne!
Vu: I dunno…Kristen I guess…
Bryan: I don’t really care…I don’t want Jackie or Uyen though. It’s getting dark. We should go inside.
Brian: Yeah.
