Endurance this MONTH?!!

Sorry I called after 5 eastern yesterday and didn't get anyone.
Well I call about 1hr ago. The recpionest didn't know and he sent me to 2 people in the programming department. Since it was near the end or the day neither picked up there phone. I sent them recordings asking if they would continue Endurance when it was an Discovery Kids was an International Enterprise. I also asked how long the transition would take and if there was anything that could be done to speed it up. I have called late afternoon before and generally they give responses the next morning. Hopefully I will have something tomorrow.

Also about the whole international thing i'm really not sure if that would mean make Canadian Endurance or NZ Endurance or if that would mean that they would show Endurance more places internationally.
We still don't know they full story I think.

Ive looked into and Asia already has 2 shows called Endurance that are completely RANDOM. So I doubt they will show them there. Probably in South America and Europe and maybe Australia. But they keep saying funding is gone, Then theirs a 0% chance it will make it across seas to be a cable televised show. They have to raise the fundings.
Were not idiots so they should just tell us if their shutting Endurance down or not.

yeah I totally agree with you casey i mean I rather know whether or not if Endurance is still alive or cancelled or whatever is going on. It's like a book your reading . It is a great book and you can't keep your hands off it and your nearly at the end to find out what happens and then you are and the pages are blank and you never find out what the ending is.

It is just annoying i feel like all we are doing is going on a wild goose chase and it leads us back to where we started.

But hopefully GOOD LUCK WILL BE ON OUR SIDE!!!

I called again on Friday since no one responded. The one guy answering the phone in Miami didn't know a thing. He transfered me to someone in programming Michelle Romero. I left her a message. She might not have been there since it was just before 5 on a friday when I called. She COULD be there on the weekend or not I'm not sure I will call her today. It is likely that she wouldn't be there until monday.
I think that once the Conversion from domestic to international is done. Michelle Romero will decide if to continue Endurance.

but I think that I found out what Discovery is doing with Discovery Kids and why latin America is the one choosing if Endurance comes back.

Okay First , Go to www.discoverycommunications.com

Then click on Global Businesses and Brands

After that then click on Discovery Networks International
and then Latin America /U.S. Hipanic

And then you will find under Latin America's brands is Discovery Kids

So here is my theory

If you look at the other regions like UK and Asia/Pacific and the others only Latin america has Discovery kids as one of its brands.

So I think what Discovery is trying to do is not make A Canadian
Endurance and a NZ Endurance.


What I think they are trying to do is spread it to the other regions like UK and Asia/ Pacfic, and Europe and Middle East and Africa and the other regions, So, that they can watch Discovery Kids too.

Because All of us know everyone doesn't get Discovery Kids
. I didn't even know there was a discovery kids until a year ago.

And I believe why Latin America is the one who decide if Endurance comes back is becuase they were the ones first who had Discovery Kids as one of their brands.

So, Here how i think it went.

1. Discovery wanted a wider range of people to watch Discovery Kids than just the people who were watching it in the Latin America region.So, they dedcided to make Discovery Kids be in Every Region like the UK region and Asia/ pacific region so that more people could watch that network.

2. From that they cutted the funding on every show on Discovery Kids so that they could allow Discovery Kids to be in the other regions so that they could have a wider range of people watching it.

3. Then, since Discovery cutted the funding, Discovery Kids dedcided to put it "On hold" since they didn't have enough money for it.

4. Then when you called enduranceman, that time in January, that guy was right because the only way that they could have a Endurance in 09' is if they got the money because Discovery cutted the funding to them to make Discovery Kids hve more people watch it.

So, Overall The pieces fit the puzzle. It all makes sense.

Now, the only question I guess we have left is .

Did they get the money so that they could get a endurance for 09' or 10'?

Or will we have to wait until the process of Discovery Kids becoming international and even if it does will Latin America let Endurance come back since it is in there hands?

Plus, when will the process of Discovery Kids becoming international be over?

Ok guys. Ive been thinking. If they do plan on expanding, They'll start a loop from E1 around the world. Which means they'll have to go through atleast the first 5 seasons around the globe like a regular season to catch viewers up because of the adding of the pieces and twists and such. So that means Id say if they ever decided to bring back Endurance, It would be in Roughly 2013 or 2014.

I don't think that it is a issue of that. Before this whole fiasco started in 2008. Endurance was shown in New Zealand, australia,brazil,uruguay,canada, and mexico. Also shane said it was shown all over Europe. I think we can get Endurance back before 2013.

Yea I guess your right enduranceman. There has been people who have seen Endurance who have wondered why they can't go on Endurance. Which i feel bad they don't have a chance to try out.

However, if they were making a Endurance All over the world . Just like you said before casey they would raise the funding not decrease it.


So, What then are they trying to do with Endurance?

Do you think that since it is on only one package of Dish network or something that they are try to expand it to the other packages where you can get different channels which you can't get unlees you have that package?
