oh lol they are guys who take their big flash cars out at night and race them really fast, i don't no what you call them in america, but they are street racers, guys who race on the streets for the thrill

Anything else-- I really could care less about them. Let them do what they want as long as they don't damage any property or hurt anyone. It's a free country. Just don't go against the core democratic values like right to life and pursuit of happiness.
