This is my last year of high school, graduating in June. Last nite some friends and me were talking about it and a girl said when we graduate it's going to be the last time we'll ever see most of the kids in our class. All the sudden the room turned silent. It's scary thinking u won't ever see mosta the kida in your class ever again. Then I popped this thought -- we are all gonna change how we look bcz we're gonna get older. Two girls said that's even more scary. Anybody else graduating or thinking what it means.

Well I dont graduate till 2011 but...Most of my friends are the seniors and I have 2 best friends and their twins and when they go to college I plan on blocking their driveway so they cant leave. Their like my sisters. But Ive thought about that day when I walk across the stage and grab my diploma...Its gonna be sad cause Im the youngest in my family and my mom will probably be crying when I tell her I plan on going to New York to a good music college... =\ But we all change and it doesnt mean you wont see people you graduated with. My dad always sees people he graduated with and his sister to. So you shouldnt worry about not seeing them again. =)

I graduate high school in June 2013, but I'm graduating eighth grade this year and I'm dreading it already. I've been with this classmates since pre-k, so it's really mind-throwing to know that suddenly I won't see some of my closet friends every day anymore. Like, there's this one friend who can always make me laugh, who I've been pretty close with for two years, and he's going to another high school than me...
I'll probably cry when I graduate high school. Or be really thrilled if it was a bad experience. Shane, I bet that you'll stay in touch with your closet friends, the ones who matter the most, and they'll be lifelong friends. My mom still keeps in touch with her two best friends from high school and sees them all the time. My dad's managed to stay close with friends from both high school and college. The most valuable people will be seen again.

I'm graduating this year! It's kinda different for me since I'm homeschooled, and I know I'll still see all my friends. But, yeah, it's still sad to think about when I leave.

I graduate in 2013 like Kristen. I feel so sad that some of the people I have gotten to know in these 3 years at my new school I won't see anymore. I keep realizing I'm gonna miss the people I don't even talk to.

2011!!!
but even as I left middle school, I lost dear friends I don't see often. and I had several friends graduate last year, but it's not too bad, they come home a lot, mainly cause their school is only a few hours away. but idk if i'm going in state or not...preferably out of state. not my choice exactly tho...
It's scary, after graduation they send you off to the real world, where mom and dad won't always be taking care of you.

I graduate in 2012 =D I'm not very worried, because I don't go to school with anyone I did last year, and I still see them alll the time.

I'm graduating in 2012 too. [for a sec, i thought i was the only one too, till i saw scott] Last year, when I graduated 8th grade, I was crying [like all the girls were, and the guys were like "we're not dying, we're going to high school"] , because our middle school splits up into two high schools. But I still kick with my friends that go to the other high school a lot [espicially at games]. And like Cindy said, we've got AIM, Facebook, Myspace. And also, just like the guys said, we aren't dying, we're just going on with our lives. As long as you make an effort to keep in touch, all will be ok. And you've got your 10-year reunion. Haha, that'll be weird.
