Oh, yeah, I heard about this the day the baby was born. Then I saw half of her birth special on Monday. Apparently, one of the little Duggar girls suggested the name 'Makiya' and they all voted on it and apparently liked it. It's weird...
I'm actually watching one of the old Duggar documentaries 'On the Road with 16 Children' now. It's from when Johannah - now three years old - is the youngest kid.

They came out with the 18th child special FAST! I remember the dad was like "She's our 18th child, and she was born on December 18th" and I saw it last night which was the 23rd!!

Wow! Well it is a pretty special event for the Duggars.. It's not every day your 17th brother or sister is born! 17 brothers! 18 kids! That's almost enough to have your very own "Right To Stay" mission!

yeah, but the hard part is that they have to give enough attention to everybody which is kinda hard for 18 kids and themselves.

All the older kids have "little brothers or sisters" that they help out with. I guess it gives the parents more time to do what they need to do, but it doesn't mean a lot of "parent being with kid" time.
