www.washingtonpost.com/archive/lifestyle/2003/10/09/a-show-of-endurance/5496dafb-9b8c-4c40-9a91-e5311685442b/Just a surprise article I stumbled upon! This was published a week after the RTS challenge. "Annie Kim and Jacquelynn Pointer live only a few miles from each other in Montgomery County. But the two girls didn't know each other until July, when they met while balancing shakily on a narrow plank, each of them holding a seven-pound metal bar overhead, trying desperately not to fall into the water below." Very interesting, and I'm quite surprised that they didn't keep in touch with each other. But they didn't seem too close--or at least how the show portrayed them. "Annie's video was certainly different. She dressed up as a hunter and chased a friend who was dressed as a deer." Didn't Taylor do this for her audition tape? Hahaha.

I find it interesting mostly since we haven't heard much if anything from or about Annie since the season filmed and aired. Part of me has alway thought that she might've been unhappy with being portrayed and seen as a bit of a bully.
Being private is one thing, but the fact that she's apparently blocked people who bring the subject of Endurance up makes me think my theory of her being unhappy about something involving the show is at least partially correct.
