Though a reality TV show, Endurance still tries to tell a story through its cast. As the contestants struggle to survive and deal with each other's quirks, we also have their character arcs. But who do you think showed the most character development from each season? E1: Chelsea had a sweet little arc, in that she started breaking out of her shell throughout the season. She wasn't a major game player, but she was a sweet little character and you can't help but appreciate her for that. Could Christian also show this? Because he slowly learned of Sabrina's ways, though he wasn't in a position to act on them. E2: Tyler by far. He wanted to go home the first few days, but then learned to get into the game and compete in it. By the end, he wanted to win for Michelle's sake...just before he got eliminated. E3: Bryanah for sure--she started out not wanting to be with Monroe, but eventually learned to work with him and saw him as a great partner and a loyal friend. You could tell in the 2020 podcast that she really appreciated the learning experience. E4: Not many stand out here, but probably Jeszie. She starts off as an assertive competitor, to the point where she was quite stubborn! In Hang 5, she was torn apart with whom to give the Samadhi to, to the point she was in tears. J.D. noted Jeszie's journey towards vulnerability and showing her emotions, which I only really got with the most recent rewatch. I might have to check again to see where this was highlighted. E5: For a season that deals a lot with karma, we don't see much character development with most of the cast. Which leads us to Cealey--she is definitely a competitor, with some up and down moments. At times, she comes off as mean and aloof towards others (particularly Taylor in the final four), but finding about the karma vote made her soften a bit. And she's seemed to learn a lot with the experience, as she discussed about the cliquishness of the season 14 years later. E6:

E6: The main problem for me with E6 is that it felt like you didn't have much time to get to know any of the contestants compared to the other seasons.

She was in the RHAP podcast when Karma premiered. robhasawebsite.com/rise-fall-endurance-reunion-karma-preview/
