I sent them a request to put DK shows on, so who knows if that’s ever in the cards? It doesn’t seem like there’s much children’s programming on the streaming app (I have it), but it also doesn’t seem like they’re advertising to that market.

Eventually (soon?) the HBO Max app will be totally redone, or at least it should be. So yeah...I don't have much hope for the Discovery+ app.
