I have just heard terrible new about Shaylene... This is exactly the message...
this is becca i'm her best friend. shay wont be able to play this game for awhile. i dont know if you like find a replacement or if she just quits. but here's the deal. on friday.
shay works at a day care. and she walks there every single day. it's only like 10min away from her place. the day care is in a side street/alley thing. there was a guy there and he jumped her. he slammed her into the brick wall and she went unconsious. he carried her farther into the alley/street and raped her. someone happened to walk in front of the opening to the street and saw him doing something. they sprinted to the nearest business and called 911. the cops showed up within 5 minutes of the call. the guy saw the cops and took off running. they caught him and he's now sitting in jail hopefully rotting away for the rest of his figglyen life. hes 19. the cops took shay to the hospital and thats where she is now. she woke up late friday and they told her what happened. she's terrible. she's very jumpy and easily scared. she screams in her sleep and wakes up drenched in sweat. she's barely talking. she has (i forgot the medical term) but like post stress syndrome...something like that. she has a lot of bruises and cuts from him doing whatever. and her head has a huge bump on the back from slamming into the wall.
so yeah shes in bad shape and wont be up for doing anything for awhile. the doctors said she'll always be "haunted" by this. so pray for her. she didn't deserve this.
