Okay... a LOT just happened

So just watched this. I mean so far it's decent, but I don't know like anything about most these kids still and everything is too rushed so far. I've still got my fingers crossed though. I just wish we got more of like who people wanted and didn't want before the challenge even happened.

-How 13 years old seems so young but a bunch of Endurance winners were 13. Also you’re like at most 2 years younger than everyone?! lol
-“two teams will be selected to go to the cave of Karma, but only one will come back” TEMPLE VIBES
-$50k is such a BOMB PRIZE!
-The camp gives me Tehachapi vibes
-Mack “WOOOW” to Huck killed me and “IT’S OFF BEAT!” I died
-Huck looks a lot like my brother in motion and it’s really weird LOL
-STAN JACK!!!!! He’s such a GREAT narrator. Pre-show I liked him but now I LOVE him
-I like how they get a night before the Right to Stay!
-Skyla’s voice is so soothing
-Two Free RTS passes and the RTS called “Plank Walk”... THIS IS E5
-Adren and Jack both playing hard right off the bat... I like Jack and Adren rubs me the wrong way, but I think Adren was playing smart too!
-Queen Ciera’s accent >>>>
-I’m not a fan of this challenge as an RTS mission
-I wish we got some more background on why Luke was chosen for the pass
-“first official Karma players” I love the Endurance exact quotes
-when I tell y’all how SHOOK I was when Harrison won?
-Literally heartbroken about Jack
-I miss Pei Pei music
-All that mystery and intrigue surrounding Ciera and she’s a mostly irrelevant first boot... LMAO. I still wanna know where tf she is though! She gave me Jeszie vibes...
-I wish we got to see more about partner discussions... I wanted to see more camp life.
-I don’t like the twist of only half the people getting to compete. E5 vibes
-and I also didn’t like the twist of the winner picking all the teams in E4 and I don’t like it here. Sorry for all the Endurance comparisons LOL
-I love how everyone was supporting Illya and she fought through the pain and did well!
-I would’ve preferred the partner challenge actually be used for an RTS
-That was a crazy intense battle tho!
-Mack screwing up the teams... CHRIS E4 VIBES!

I have a new found love for Mack, I knew he was gonna be a very strong competitor, But WOW! He brought it! Also stan Illya and Skyla. And I love the little b-roll shots of each medallion, it's the little things like that I honestly live for.

To be fair this is how I felt about Reece & Lindi in E3, hahaha (I don't buy Sarah's accusation that everyone was just being shallow🙄)

Alright I watched the first 2 eps last night but I'm rewatching now. We had a lot of the same thoughts LOL so I'm not gonna list out all of mine right now. Maybe another time!

Gah, I miss it, too, but there are some motifs in the score that remind me a lot of Endurance's score, but I want more!

I really hope that they change up how they do partner selection next season. I didn't like the way they did it in E4 and I don't like it now. If they really have to have a mission that one person wins (rather than the random partner selection in E2 and whoever grabs a certain colored ball gets to pick that specific team ala E1), I would rather them do it like E5 and E6 where the person who wins picks one team and then the next team picks and so, or E3 where each person fights for a number with highest numbers going first and picking a color and going on down the line, with the lowest numbers having an option to bump someone.

I would like to see some tweaking to the Right-To-Stay as well. I don't believe that there should be collaboration in the RTS, because it should be an individual test to prove yourself in the game. I understand why it was allowed, however, given the Karma theme.

Yeah, I kind of agree. I loved seeing the kids help Jack and Ciera finish the challenge, but it should be an individual competition in the end.
