Hey everyone. I had started writing about a show I dubbed Cutthroat Beach. I've finished most of the episodes, but at this point I do not think I'm going to finish out the series unless y'all like really love it or something. But I didn't want my work to go to waste, so I figured I'd post what I have and maybe do shorter episodes just to tell y'all how the series wraps up.

Some notes:
*This show and cast is based on a show I made up when I was 12. The format of the show has been tweaked a little to make it more exciting, but tbh this show is very nostalgic to me because I created all these characters back then and I didn't feel like I could mess with the drama or the characterization/personalities very much. Which is the reason why I've kinda lost motivation to finish it up - I can't spice things up in the story or change things around because the nostalgia has me like "Well that's not what happened or how they would've acted when I made them up". I think if I had done a completely new cast then it would've worked better because I could've played with their personalities and strategy more. Also I find the format slightly jank, but again I couldn't deviate from it. I think I may work on other projects instead which give me more creative freedom rather than feeling bound to nostalgia.
*The cast is all girls. Don't ask me why, lmao. Maybe I forgot the guys, maybe I just didn't feel like making up guys, maybe I just decided it should be an all girls show for whatever reason. But... whatever, lol, just pretend it's not weird.

ALICIA, 13 - Baltimore, Maryland
Alicia is a confident and feisty 13-year-old who believes her experience with a large family will help her stand out on Cutthroat Beach. With six siblings and a huge list of extended cousins, Alicia has no problems making her voice heard! This eighth grader is involved with her school’s dance team and student council and claims she’s the most outgoing in her class. Will her leadership experience and lively personality give her a leg up on the competition?

BRIDGET, 14 - Saint Paul, Minnesota
14-year-old Saint Paul, Minnesota resident Bridget is an avid shopper and loves all things fashion. Though she admits it might be hard for her to live without her cell phone and TV, she is confident that she will be able to outlast the competition and make it all the way. In her spare time, Bridget loves talking to her friends but also enjoys ice skating with her family. Will Bridget’s girly-girl ways be her downfall, or will she be able to make it to the end?

CELESTE, 14 - Boston, Massachusetts
Celeste, a 14-year-old from Boston, is a real visionary and has tons of plans of what she wants to do when she grows up. She already participates in helping to run a community garden and volunteers her time every week to tutoring inner city children. At school, she is a part of the Quiz Bowl and Debate Team. And while at home, she helps take care of her family’s chicken coop! Celeste knows how to stay busy, but will she be able to handle the pressure of the game?

CELIA, 14 - Long Beach, California
You can find 14-year-old Celia at the beach six days a week in her hometown of Long Beach, California. Her carefree and gregarious nature helped her win “Most Popular” among her class awards. And though Celia loves a good day at the beach, she never shirks off her studies and maintains straight A’s with the hopes of becoming a doctor in the future. Though Celia loves the beach, how will she fare on Cutthroat Beach?

JENNA, 15 - Boise, Idaho
15-year-old Boise, Idaho resident Jenna is active in her school as a member of Yearbook, Theater, and the soccer team. She has an extremely competitive nature and turns everything into a game. Though she has never been without her modern conveniences, she believes she can do without them if she sets her mind to it. Will Jenna’s ambitious personality be enough to help her conquer Cutthroat Beach?

KELSEY MARIE, 15 - San Diego, California
Kelsey Marie is a San Diego teenager who avidly loves performing and hopes to be an actress when she grows up. Though she enjoys being glamorous and getting dressed up, she is willing to give that up for a few weeks for a shot at the grand prize. Kelsey Marie claims that her drive will help her succeed on Cutthroat Beach and she is willing to make alliances and do whatever it takes to win. Will Kelsey Marie’s cutthroat competitive side take over on Cutthroat Beach?

LILLYBELLE, 14 - Woodbridge, New Jersey
Lillybelle is a 14-year-old from Woodbridge, New Jersey who claims that her strategy for Cutthroat Beach will be the fact that she gets along with everyone. Though she is an extremely friendly person, Lillybelle is also an athlete and runs at least three miles a day. Additionally, Lillybelle believes her love of camping will help her adapt to the conditions of the island. Lillybelle may seem to have it all, but will the other competitors want her gone because of this?

RACHEL, 15 - Los Angeles, California
Rachel is a 15-year-old who moved to Los Angeles with her family recently in order to pursue a career in singing, which she considers her one true passion. Though she admits she isn’t particularly athletic, she believes that she can push herself past her limits and endure the hardships that come with the game. Rachel may have the confidence and courage, but will it stand up to the struggles of Cutthroat Beach?

SARAH, 15 - Pasadena, California
Sarah is a sports fiend who stays busy on the field playing soccer, softball, volleyball, and lacrosse. She believes her passion for sports will give her a leg up on the competition because of her athleticism and competitive side. Sarah concedes that she can sometimes let the game overtake her, but thinks staying calm and collected is the key to winning. Will Sarah be able to dominate Cutthroat Beach, or will her temper get the best of her?

SUZANNE, 14 - Portland, Oregon
14-year-old Suzanne from Portland is more of a brainiac than an athlete, but she isn’t going to let that stop her in this game. Suzanne thinks that the key to winning will be smarts and strategy rather than athleticism, two things she believes she has a lot of. She can sometimes be a little reserved at first but is always willing to make friends. Will Suzanne’s game plan of brains over brawn work to her advantage or be her downfall?

EPISODE ONE

KEETIN: Hi there, my name is Keetin Marchi, and welcome to Cutthroat Beach on beautiful Carrera Island in Trinidad and Tobago! You might recognize me from the second season of the hit Discovery Kids show Endurance. It’s only appropriate that I return to host the next generation of young teenager reality competition!
KEETIN: This new show will bring together ten unique contestants aged 13 to 15 from all walks of life together to live on this one beach, where they will have to compete for the title of Cutthroat Beach Champion. After ten “mini seasons” take place, we will bring back the winners of those for the championship, where we will determine who can cut it on this beach.
KEETIN: Enough of the chitchat. You’ll learn the rules later. Let’s take a look at our contestants.

*ten young girls are seen riding pensively on a boat in the middle of the ocean*
JENNA: I’m Jenna, I’m 15, and I’m from Boise, Idaho. I think what separates me from the rest of the competition is my ambition. I just really want to win. But I don’t think I could betray a friend in order to do so.
LILLYBELLE: I’m Lillybelle, I’m from Woodbridge, New Jersey, and I’m 14 years old!
SARAH: My name is Sarah and I’m 15 years old, from Pasadena, California.
BRIDGET: I’m Bridget, 14, from Saint Paul, Minnesota. A lot of people underestimate me and think I’m a “dumb blonde” but I really think I can prove I have what it takes to last. I may not be the most athletic but I think I have heart.
SUZANNE: Hi, I’m Suzanne, I’m 14 years old, and I’m from Portland, Oregon.
ALICIA: I’m Alicia, 13, from Baltimore, Maryland.
CELIA: Celia, 14, and I come from Long Beach, California. I am a bit bigger than the other girls, but I never let my weight define me. I am just as competitive as the next person and I really love myself, so I’m not going to let it affect me.
RACHEL: My name’s Rachel, I’m 15, and I live in Los Angeles.
CELESTE: My name is Celeste and I’m 14 years old. My hometown is Boston!
KELSEY MARIE: I’m Kelsey Marie, 15, San Diego, California. People can sometimes think I’m mean or stuck up but when they get to know me they see that I’m not. But at the end of the day I do want to win this game so I’m not here to make friends.

*the boat arrives on the beach and the girls exit and start getting excited as they walk up to Keetin*

ALICIA: “When I saw Keetin I was just, like, in shock, cause she’s so gorgeous, she looks like a beauty queen or something. I said to myself, ‘I can’t believe she is the host’.”

KEETIN: Hi everyone! So great to see you all! Welcome to Cutthroat Beach! Look around and enjoy the beauty of this paradise. But for some of you, it won’t last for long.
*everyone looks around smiling but then they get uneasy*
KEETIN: Because for the first elimination… two of you will be going home right away.
*everyone looks stunned*

RACHEL: “When Keetin said two of us would be going home in the first elimination… I was shocked! It really made me scared, to be honest! Because these girls look tough.”
---
KEETIN: I bet you’re wondering now how the game works?
*everyone nods*
KEETIN: Well, here’s how everything will happen. At first, everyone will compete in a mission. The winner of this mission will receive a special advantage… they will earn a trip to the Shrine of Victory. We won’t get into that now; I’ll explain it in more detail later. However, the TWO people who come in last in this mission will be eliminated. Then, another mission will take place where the same thing happens. When there are only six people left, we will again have a mission. The winner does the same thing: they get a visit to the Shrine of Victory. However, the bottom three in this mission will have to fight it out in the Cutthroat Cove, which is an arena for elimination rounds to be played. Only ONE person will come out of this elimination round and move on in the game, leaving us with four people. At the final four, we will have a mission to determine who goes to the Shrine of Victory. Then we will have another mission, where the winner doesn’t get to go to the Shrine of Victory… but instead gets to choose two people to battle it out in the Cutthroat Cove, where only one will come back. In the final three, we will again have two missions: the first to decide who goes to the Shrine of Victory, and the second to decide who goes to the Cutthroat Cove. After that elimination, we will be left with our final two, who will battle it out to determine who wins this season of Cutthroat Beach! The winner will join our championship round at the end of the summer to determine who wins the grand prize!

SARAH: “Man, the competition sounds really intense. It’s gonna be hard, but I know that I can kick all of those girls’ butts.”

KEETIN: I bet you all are wondering what the grand prize winner will receive?
ALL: YES!
KEETIN: The winner of this season will receive $1000 in cash and a cruise sponsored by Cruise Meerkat Youssy Cruises! However, the winner of the championship receives… $25,000 in cash and an all expense paid trip to tour Europe! This six week trip will cover England, Ireland, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece, Belgium, and The Netherlands!
*everyone begins to freak out and jump up and down*

CELESTE: “OH MY GOD! When Keetin said the prizes for winning… my jaw dropped! First of all I would love to win $1000 and a cruise but then I heard the grand prize is $25,000 and a trip to Europe! Like that is so amazing. I’d love to win and take my family. They would be so happy and proud of me!”

KEETIN: But that’s going to take a lot of hard work. Our first elimination begins…
*everyone looks at her with fear*
KEETIN: ....Tomorrow! We’re going to give you guys a break tonight. You’ll have one night to just relax and soak in the atmosphere. But don’t get too excited - because tomorrow, the competition begins for real. For now, though, take a look behind you at where you’ll be living for the next few weeks. Good luck!
*everyone turns around and sees the huts and starts running to them*

LILLYBELLE: “Our huts are so amazing; they’re right on the beach and right on the water. It’s such a beautiful view and they’re crafted so beautifully out of the native wood, like I just want to live here forever.”

*in the huts*
BRIDGET: Um… I don’t like these beds really. *chuckles*
SARAH: What’s wrong, Bridget? Can’t take a little wooden bed?
BRIDGET: I just… I like mattresses and pillows. This isn’t going to be fun for me.
---
SARAH: “We just moved in and Bridget’s already complaining. I don’t see her lasting long. If she doesn’t want to sleep on the beds, then just leave now. This isn’t going to be some walk in the park. She’s out of her league.”
---
CELIA: I guess we’ll all have to get used to these beds!
CELESTE: At the end of the day, we’re all here on this beautiful beach right now and that’s all I care about.
CELIA: So true!

*later, Celeste, Rachel, and Jenna are talking*
CELESTE: So, what do you think about the game?
JENNA: It’s intense, man. But that’s why I came… I love the thrill of competition.
CELESTE: Me too. I just wonder what type of stuff they’ll have us doing.
RACHEL: I hope it’s not eating anything nasty. I won’t be able to do that. But anything else I’m good with.
JENNA: I’ll do anything to win. I’ll skydive even!
CELESTE: I wouldn’t say I’ll do anything but I’d do a lot.
RACHEL: Same here. I feel like we three have a lot in common.
JENNA: Me too! Like I could say you guys are my best friends here so far.
CELESTE: None of us better leave tomorrow!

*in the huts, Sarah is talking to Alicia*
SARAH: I feel like half these girls won’t be able to take the game.
ALICIA: What do you mean?
SARAH: I mean, just look at Bridget, she’s so out of her league. Kelsey Marie is like a snobby cheerleader. Suzanne belongs in a library somewhere, not competing for money. Rachel wants to be a singer. Celia doesn’t look athletic at all.
ALICIA: Girl, I see what you’re saying but you can’t underestimate us. They chose us all for a reason. Maybe Rachel can run really fast or Celia is good at puzzles. We don’t know what we’ll be doing. Maybe it’s not all athletic stuff. Maybe they’ll have something to do with makeup and Bridget can win!
SARAH: Well, yeah. But still… I feel like it would almost be too easy for someone like me or you to win this thing.
ALICIA: Heh… I guess.

ALICIA: “I really don’t like Sarah’s attitude. Like she is a nice, cool girl, very funny, good sense of humor. But she gets too competitive and she starts trash talking the other girls… no way, I don’t like that. Cause I like them too, they’re my friends. Sarah just needs to stop being so cocky or it will be a problem.”

BRIDGET (Confessional): “I know that the other girls are probably underestimating me… thinking that I’m going to go home. But I really don’t want to be one of the first to go home. I want to stand there at the end and prove to myself I can do it.”

*at night, all the girls are in the hut talking*
LILLYBELLE: So what do you guys like to do for fun?
RACHEL: I LOVE to sing! Like it’s my favorite thing ever. My mom just moved with me to Los Angeles so I can try and get a record deal.
ALICIA: No way! For real?!
RACHEL: Yes way.
CELESTE: I like to do everything. I like to debate, and garden, and do theater…
CELIA: Celeste, you intimidate me! Because you really do everything! I feel like there’s no way I’ll be able to compete with you!
CELESTE: Aw, don’t worry! Don’t think like that!
CELIA: You’re right. I can’t think about people going home. Suzanne, what about you? What do you like to do?
SUZANNE: Um… I like to read, and write stories sometimes. And… listen to music, I guess. I don’t know.
---
SUZANNE: “I’m not super shy but I’m not as outgoing as the other girls so sometimes I feel overshadowed. Especially because they’re all so interesting… I mean, Sarah plays 4 sports, Bridget likes to ice skate, and Celia spends all her time at the beach. And then there’s me… I wonder if I measure up?”

LILLYBELLE: I’m just glad that we can all be friends.
BRIDGET: Me too! It feels great to come here and just chill out and hang out with you guys!
RACHEL: Right! Like I don’t want to think about any single one of us going home! I love you guys!
*Kelsey Marie is sitting off to the side and rolls her eyes*

KELSEY MARIE (Confessional): “Everyone is going around and saying, ‘Oh you’re my best friend! Oh we’re such great friends!’ and I’m like, we’ve known each other for ONE day. These girls are nice but I’m not about to call them my friends. I don’t think you can become best friends with someone in one day. Besides, I don’t want to become super close to them quickly because a bunch of people are about to go home. It’s stupid.”

*the next day, Celia and Lillybelle are sitting by the ocean and talking*
CELIA: I’m scared, like really scared. I don’t want to come all this way and then lose.
LILLYBELLE: Me too. But you just have to believe in yourself.
CELIA: That’s true. I just wonder what they will have us doing. Do you think it’s going to be something physical?
LILLYBELLE: I think it will be…
CELIA: I’m worried that I won’t be able to measure up.
LILLYBELLE: You just have to stay calm and not let the competition get to your head. It hasn’t even started yet… if you don’t get worked up, that can only help you.
CELIA: You’re right, Lillybelle… you know what? I hope we go far. Because if I don’t win, I feel like you deserve it.
LILLYBELLE: Aw Celia! Thank you! You too.
*they hug*

*in the huts, everyone else is hanging out*
BRIDGET: I’m so nervous, I’m like freaking out.
CELESTE: Don’t psyche yourself out. You’ll do great!
BRIDGET: I just keep thinking… someone has to go home.
SARAH: Yeah, and I know it’s not gonna be me.
JENNA: Honestly we just have to let whatever happens, happen. Because it’s doing us no good to sit here and worry about everything. We just need to calm down and take the game how it comes.
---
CELESTE (Confessional): “I would be lying if I said I wasn’t nervous, because today two people are going home. I don’t want to leave this beautiful place already, but I just know the competition is about to start and it’s going to be intense. People put a lot of faith in me, and I hope I don’t let anyone down.”

SARAH (Confessional): “I’m so pumped for this thing to begin. Let’s start sending people home!”

*later, the girls arrive at their first mission on a beach where Keetin is standing in front of them. In the water is a huge contraption that has ten ropes hanging down from it.*
KEETIN: Hi there, girls!
EVERYONE: Hi, Keetin!
KEETIN: Welcome to your FIRST mission here on Cutthroat Beach!
*everyone claps*
KEETIN: This mission is called “Hang On!” As you all know, the winner of this mission will earn a trip to the Shrine of Victory, where they will discover exactly what that privilege means! However, for the two people who come in last place… this will be their LAST time on the island. This mission is simple: out there on the water there are ten ropes hanging down from the platform. Each rope has a knot at the bottom. Your job is easy: hang onto the rope and don’t let go. If you let go and fall in the water, you’re out of this mission. Ready to get started?
*everyone nods*

ALICIA: “I don’t know how everyone is gonna do in this mission, it looks hard but I think I will be able to do it, at the end of the day I’mma have to get it done ‘cause I’m not about to go home.”

LILLYBELLE: “My strategy, I think, will be to get a good footing on that knot and try not to use all my energy at first. It’s going to be a long battle, so I can’t waste my energy.”

*everyone is in position, ready to slide down on the ropes*
KEETIN: Alright, ready?! One, two, three… GO!
*everyone slides down their rope*
KEETIN: ...and the game has officially started!
*2 minutes later*
RACHEL: Geez, this is really hard!
JENNA: I’m not dropping, baby! I’m not dropping!
LILLYBELLE: Hang on, you guys!
*Bridget and Suzanne both begin to slip a little bit*
SUZANNE (to herself): Don’t let go, don’t let go…
BRIDGET: AAHHHHHHHHH!!!
LILLYBELLE: That’s right, Bridget, let it out! But don’t give up!
*time passes*
KEETIN: You guys have now been holding on for SEVEN minutes! Great job, everyone!
KELSEY MARIE: My hands are killing me…
ALICIA: Girl! Ain’t no pain, no gain!
*Bridget’s foot begins to start shaking*
*Celia slips a little*
*Sarah tightens her grip in concentration*
CELESTE: Oh my God!
*one of Celeste’s feet slips off the knot*
*Celeste begins to slip but catches herself at the bottom of the rope*
CELESTE: Oh my God oh my God oh my God!
LILLYBELLE: You got this, Celeste! Don’t worry!
CELESTE: I don’t know what to do! Do I pull myself up? I don’t want to fall!!!
LILLYBELLE: Just stay there! Hang on!
*several minutes go by*
KEETIN: You guys are at THIRTEEN minutes now! Amazing! Celeste has been hanging onto the bottom of the rope for quite a while!
*Suzanne slips a little and yelps*
Suddenly, a splash and gasps and shrieks are heard by everyone…





















KEETIN: Oh! Celeste is in the water! Great job hanging on, but it just wasn’t enough, and unfortunately she is headed home, along with the next person to fall into the water.
*as Celeste swims to shore, the competition continues*
BRIDGET: My hands are about to fall off. I can’t do this.
ALICIA: Mind over matter! Mind over matter, girl!
BRIDGET: *begins to cry* I can’t! I can’t do it! I have to give up!
LILLYBELLE: Bridget, don’t! Think of how much you want to stay! Think of your brother and think of everyone who says you wouldn’t make it!
BRIDGET: I know, I know! But I just can’t do it!
*Suzanne begins to slip even further*
RACHEL: Don’t do it, Bridget!
*Suzanne falls even further*
SUZANNE & BRIDGET (simultaneously): OH MY GOD!
*splash*...























KEETIN: Oh! Bridget is the second girl in the water! Great effort, you held on for nearly 15 minutes! Unfortunately, Celeste and Bridget are headed home tonight, but the others are still in the game and moving on! Now it’s just a fight for who wants to win this challenge!
SUZANNE: Oh, thank goodness. *slips off and swims to shore with Bridget*
KEETIN: Oh, Suzanne’s out! Seven girls remain left.
SARAH: You guys better give up now because I’m not dropping, ever.
ALICIA: That’s what you think!
SARAH: Watch and see!
CELIA: Well, guys, it’s been fun, but I made it through and honestly I can’t feel my hands so I think it’s time to call it quits…
*Celia drops*

*times goes by*
KEETIN: These girls are super tough! It’s now been TWENTY FIVE minutes and they’re still hanging in there! Good job!
*Rachel, Kelsey Marie, and Alicia all begin to struggle while Jenna, Lillybelle, and Sarah remain stoic*
KELSEY MARIE: Aghhhh!!!
*Kelsey Marie slips and falls*

*a minute later*
RACHEL: I can’t do this!
JENNA: No, Rachel, don’t fall!
RACHEL: Win it for me, Jenna!
JENNA: No!
*Rachel falls*

*3 minutes pass*
KEETIN: We’re down to our final four contenders! Alicia, Jenna, Lillybelle, and Sarah are all going strong!
JENNA: Lillybelle, are you tired?
LILLYBELLE: Mhm.
JENNA: Alicia, are you tired?
ALICIA: Heck yeah!
JENNA: Sarah, are you tired?
*Sarah doesn’t respond*
JENNA: ...Um… okay.
ALICIA: Guys… I can’t do this. Everything is numb. I’m dropping. Good luck! You guys are beasts!
*Alicia drops*

*several minutes later*
JENNA: Aughhh!
LILLYBELLE: *grunts in pain*
SARAH: *shifts her body weight*
*splash*....








*Jenna is in the water*
KEETIN: It’s down to just Lillybelle and Sarah now! Fighting for the chance to win a trip to the Shrine of Victory.

LILLYBELLE: Sarah?
*Sarah doesn’t respond*
LILLYBELLE: Sarah…?
SARAH: Hm?
LILLYBELLE: Whatever the Shrine of Victory is, if it’s some sort of penalty, please don’t give it to me?
*Sarah doesn’t respond*
LILLYBELLE: Sarah… I fought so hard to stay on the rope this long. I don’t want it to go to waste. Please…
SARAH: … I can’t guarantee anything but I’ll keep that in mind.
LILLYBELLE: Thank you.
*Lillybelle drops*

KEETIN: Oh, Lillybelle dropped! And with that, Sarah has won the first challenge of Cutthroat Beach! Congratulations!

EXIT INTERVIEWS
CELESTE: “I tried so hard, but I ended up slipping and I just couldn’t hang on for a second longer. I feel like I let a lot of people down, but at the end of the day, I made the trip out here and met nine other incredibly amazing girls, and I had the time of my life even if it was cut short. I’m just thankful I had this opportunity. And I wish good luck to everyone still in!”

BRIDGET: *crying* “I wanted to stay here so bad. I wasn’t able to hang onto the stupid rope. And now I’m going home.”

*the remaining eight girls are standing on the beach in front of Keetin*
KEETIN: Congratulations! You eight have survived the first challenge and remain in the competition!
*everyone claps*
KEETIN: And a special congratulations to Sarah - you hung onto that rope for thirty five minutes! You won a trip to the Shrine of Victory. Tonight, you will take the journey by canoe and hiking up the mountain to reach the Shrine, where you will receive further instructions on its purpose. Until then, head back to your huts and celebrate your accomplishments!
*everyone claps and starts walking back*

RACHEL: I can’t believe Celeste is gone… I thought for sure she would stay!
JENNA: I know right… our trio is broken up…
RACHEL: This is terrible. That was so hard. This game is definitely getting intense…
JENNA: I mean… who expected Celeste to leave?! Not me.

JENNA: “Me, Rachel, and Celeste had a really tight bond and it’s kind of weird to think about the fact that she’s not here anymore. I just hope neither me or Rachel go home next.”

LILLYBELLE: “I felt really bad for Bridget when she dropped, because I know how much this meant to her. I was trying to console her but in the end it wasn’t enough.”

SUZANNE: “I almost went home today… I almost fell right before Bridget. And that scares me… I don’t know if I’ll be able to make it in this competition. Sarah and Lillybelle were up there for thirty five minutes… that’s over double what I did.”

ALICIA: “One person I did not appreciate was Sarah. I liked her at first but she just has a bad attitude and it showed on the ropes! I don’t want to be her friend anymore.”

Ten girls arrived in Trinidad and Tobago to begin the biggest competition of their lives - a battle to win the grand prize of $25,000 and a trip to Europe
The girls started bonding, but Sarah’s attitude began to push people the wrong way
In the first challenge, Celeste and Bridget were sent home, while Sarah pushed through the pain and won a trip to the mysterious Shrine of Victory

SARAH: “Earlier today I won the challenge and in a little bit I get to go to the Shrine of Victory. I don't know what's up there but I hope it's something good. I think the other girls will be a little jealous, but if they want to go up there then they will have to win a challenge. *shrugs*”

JENNA: “I wouldn't say that I'm really jealous of Sarah but I do really want to find out what's at the Shrine of Victory. We've been spending all day trying to figure it out.”

KELSEY MARIE: I think it's gonna be, like, you get to handicap someone in the next mission or something.
ALICIA I think it's a prize! Like maybe they give you a prize for every mission you win. Maybe it's like a shopping spree, or a new TV, or something like that.
SUZANNE I think it's going to be some sort of challenge....
CELIA: Why would they make her do another challenge?
SUZANNE: If it's some sort of disadvantage or prize, then she could just do it on the beach... I don't know, I'm just thinking about it, and I just think logically if she has to go all the way up there then it has to be something that she can only do up there, and that might be another challenge. I don't know. Maybe she wins something up there? Who knows?
LILLYBELLE: Suzanne, you're so smart... You're right, I can totally see that.
SARAH: Well, none of you guys are going to find out until I get up there! And then we'll see!
*Alicia rolls her eyes*

ALICIA (Confessional): “I’m gettin’ real tired of how cocky Sarah is. It’s not cool, girl.”

SARAH (Confessional): “Right now… I’m about to go up to the Shrine of Victory. I hope I like whatever’s up there!”

*shows Sarah saying good bye and then scenes of her hiking and canoeing to the Shrine of Victory*
*at the Shrine of Victory, which is a similar environment to the Temple of Fate, only instead of the tables of fire/water/wood, there is a maze-like contraption in the center of the floor*

KEETIN: Congratulations, Sarah, on your win, and welcome to the Shrine of Victory! I bet you’re wondering what’s in store for you here at the Shrine?
SARAH: Oh yeah!
KEETIN: Well, I’ll explain how it works. Every time someone wins a challenge, they earn a trip to the Shrine of Victory. Here lies a test - if you pass the test, or mini-mission, then you earn a reward. Want to know what you win?
SARAH: Mhm!
KEETIN: If you pass your test at the Shrine of Victory, you earn a token. Each token represents an advantage you have in the final mission, should you reach the final two. In the final, there will be several checkpoints you must complete, based on the challenges you’ve faced throughout the game. Each token allows you to completely bypass one checkpoint. Ready to find out what your test is?
SARAH: Oh, yeah!
KEETIN: This test is called Gumball Maze. As you can see on the ground in front of you, there is a huge maze with a hole in the center. That hole is just big enough for your head to fit into. You see, you will be balancing this maze on your shoulders and using your own balance to manipulate a gumball through the maze and, hopefully, into your mouth at the end. If you do this within five minutes or less, you will receive the very first token of the game. Are you ready, Sarah?
SARAH: Let’s do this!

*a minute later, Sarah is in position with the maze on her shoulders*
KEETIN: On your mark...get set… GO! *places gumball at the beginning of the maze*
*Sarah begins to maneuver the maze around*
SARAH: I don’t even know where the ball is! I can’t see anything!
*After a minute of frantic moving, Sarah begins to calm down and envision the maze*

KEETIN: Two and a half minutes left, Sarah.
*Sarah nods and continues to stay calm and focus*

KEETIN: One minute left, Sarah.
*the ball keeps turning corners but is still a couple moves away from reaching the end*

KEETIN: Ten...nine...eight…seven...!
*the gumball goes into Sarah’s mouth*
KEETIN: Good job, Sarah! Seven seconds to spare.
SARAH: *chewing gum* Alright! Yes!!!
KEETIN: You successfully completed Gumball Maze, so your reward is a well-earned token. Should you reach the final challenge, this will give you a leg up on the competition! Congratulations! You may now head back and join the rest of your friends down on the beach.
SARAH: Thank you, KEETIN!

At first I was freaking out but then I just told myself to calm down and listen to where the ball was and I got it done. I won a token, which is like an advantage in the final challenge, which is great because it’s going to help me win. When I came back, everyone was asking me what happened. And of course, I had to lie. I couldn’t tell them what was actually up there. Besides, I don’t plan to ever let anyone else up there. I’m going to win all the challenges so no one will ever find out.”

CELIA: Sarah, tell us!
SARAH: Okay, okay… it was like… a clue to the next mission.
RACHEL: A clue? That’s it? What did it say?
SARAH: Yeah. I guess it was supposed to give me an advantage or something. I don’t really remember. They… only let me look at it for a few seconds. It said something about having strategy.
ALICIA: That’s it?! That can’t be it!
SARAH: Yeah… that’s it.

*Suzanne and Lillybelle walk away and begin talking*
SUZANNE: I think she’s lying...She’s being really vague. And why would they have her hike and canoe all the way up there for a clue?
LILLYBELLE: I don’t know… Would she really lie? I believe the clue… maybe there’s something else?
SUZANNE: I don’t know either… But I can guarantee she’s not telling everything.

SUZANNE: “I can tell Sarah is lying about what’s at the Shrine of Victory. It makes me really nervous. I don’t understand why she would lie or what she’s getting out of it. I think that we should all respect each other enough to not deceive each other, but apparently not…

RACHEL: “At the end of the day I have to believe Sarah because she experienced it herself. I don’t think she would lie.”

SARAH: “I think I have most of the girls believing me, which is good.”

*outside the huts, everyone is hanging out*
RACHEL: I’m going to sing a little bit.
LILLYBELLE: Yay! I’ve been waiting to hear you sing!
*as Rachel begins to sing, Sarah walks away and into the hut*
JENNA: That’s so rude! Hold on, Rachel!
*everyone watches as Jenna walks into the hut with Sarah*
JENNA: Sarah?! What is wrong?!
SARAH: Get out my face, Jenna!
JENNA: I’m on the OTHER SIDE of the hut!
SARAH: I’m so tired of hearing about it! I don’t want to hear people sing. I didn’t come here so I could be at summer camp. You guys act like you’re 12!
*Rachel looks hurt*
JENNA: You’re right, this isn’t summer camp. This is a competition, and I’m a competitor just like you. But that doesn’t mean I can’t make friends either. Rachel is my best friend here, and she loves singing. So I’m going to support her. I’d support any of these girls, like Kelsey Marie with her acting or Lillybelle with her running. Because at the end of the day, when we leave, THAT’S what we’re going to be left with! Our friendships!
SARAH: I didn’t come here to make friends.
JENNA: Well, that’s too bad for you! Because those six other girls over there are amazing and wonderful people and if you want to pass all that up to be stuck-up and rude, that’s on you!
SARAH: Jenna...stop.
JENNA: Stop what?
SARAH: Stop acting like you’re grown and you’re better than me. Newsflash, I won yesterday and I’m going to win again today. I’m going to go all the way to the final and win that $1,000, then I’m going to go to the championship and win the $25,000. And at the end of the day, YOU’LL be stuck back in Idaho, broke, and a loser.
JENNA: Sarah...I just…
SARAH: What?! Go ahead! Say it! You wanna be all brave, huh?!
*Jenna shakes her head*
JENNA: You just really don’t get it, and I really feel sorry for you.
*Jenna storms out the hut*

JENNA (Confessional): “I’m normally such a nice person but Sarah just deserved everything that I said. I can’t believe how ungrateful she is. She is so rude to everyone and I just had to say it. Maybe she doesn’t realize it now, but hopefully everything I told her will eventually hit her and make her realize she’s wasting this amazing opportunity.”

SARAH: “I don’t really care what Jenna or any of the girls have to say, because I know I can beat them all.” *shrugs*

RACHEL: “I can tell Jenna is a true friend. It takes a lot of guts to stand up to someone like Sarah.”

RACHEL: Thank you for sticking up for me like that, Jenna. I really appreciate it.
JENNA: No problem! Any day. I would never let someone treat you like that.
KELSEY MARIE: Yeah… that was pretty awesome. She hasn’t treated me badly, but I can’t deny that she deserved that.
JENNA: It’s just sad, you know? For her to not realize that there’s more to this game than winning.
RACHEL: Right! Win or lose, I’m just happy to be here with you guys.
KELSEY MARIE: Yeah… and you know? I’ll admit something. At first I didn’t want to make that many friends. Because I felt like everyone was just going to go home, and I wanted to focus on winning. But I think now I understand I shouldn’t try to fight against making friends. Yeah, I want to win and I’ll beat all your butts to do it, but at the same time, I can still walk away knowing I was the best person I could be.
JENNA: You really thought that because of what I said?!
KELSEY MARIE: I mean… I guess.
JENNA: That is so sweet! I mean, at least if I couldn’t get it through to Sarah, I’m glad I could convince you… You’re a cool girl, Kelsey Marie.
KELSEY MARIE: Thanks, Jenna.
*they have a group hug*

*later, in the huts, Alicia, Celia, Lillybelle, and Suzanne are talking about the upcoming challenge while Sarah sits off to the side*
CELIA: I can’t believe two more people are going home today…
SUZANNE: I’m not going to lie. I’m so worried! I almost went home yesterday.
LILLYBELLE: I think it’s going to be a different type of challenge.
SUZANNE: I hope so… You guys are so strong.
ALICIA: Suzanne, you strong too! In different ways. We all got our own strengths and weaknesses.
CELIA: I have to say, I’m worried too. But I’m always worried. I just feel like I don’t want to see anyone go home.
LILLYBELLE: Right! I can’t bear to think about it. It’s only going to get harder and harder as the game goes on.
ALICIA: I think we’ll all be good. I mean, the competition is gettin’ harder, but I’m pumped! I don’t think any of us are going to go.
*Sarah scoffs from the other side of the room*
*Alicia turns to look at her*
ALICIA: You got something to say?
SARAH: Oh, no. Not really.
ALICIA: Okay, good. ‘Cause it sounded like you did.
*Sarah rolls her eyes*
ALICIA: Girl, don’t roll your eyes at me.
SARAH: I don’t really have to listen to you.
ALICIA: Yeah, you right! You don’t! But I would appreciate some common decency, courtesy, and respect in my own hut!
SARAH: It won’t be your hut for long…
ALICIA: You saying I’m going home today?
*Sarah doesn’t say anything*
ALICIA: Okay, that’s it! I’m tired of you thinking you’re going to get away with everything. It’s ridiculous. I tried to be your friend at first but then you started bad mouthing everyone. I said, okay, I can forgive her, maybe she can change, but your attitude is only getting worse and worse. Sarah, you’re done in my book.
SARAH: I’m so sad…
ALICIA: You should be. Because by the end of this game, NO ONE on this beach will even talk to you, much less be your friend. Have fun being alone!
SARAH: With my $25,000…
ALICIA: I’m not going to be in your presence any more. You something hateful.
*storms out, followed awkwardly by Lillybelle, Celia, and Suzanne*

ALICIA: “I am always one to speak my mind, and I had to let Sarah know what I was thinking. She has to get that tough love or else she will never realize how alone she will be. I hope she don’t act like that at home, and if she does, I hope this experience is a wakeup call that you cannot treat people badly or else you will be left with NO ONE!”

CELIA (Confessional): “Man, Sarah… I don’t know what to do about her. She is only getting a worse and worse attitude. And the bad thing is, she is such a strong competitor I don’t know when she is going to go home. I hate having to deal with her, but… it looks like if I stay in this game, I might have to just learn to deal with her.”

SARAH: “Everyone feels threatened and intimidated by me, and that’s why they’re trying to pick fights. But it’s not psyching me out. I’m just going to fight harder to stay.

KEETIN: Hi there, girls! Welcome to your second mission here on Cutthroat Beach!
*everyone claps*
KEETIN: You guys know how important this mission is. For the winner, you will earn yourself a trip to the Shrine of Victory! Celia, has Sarah shared with everyone what’s up there?
CELIA: Kind of. She told us it was like a clue to the next mission.
KEETIN: Interesting. Now, everyone knows that this mission is crucial because not only will there be a winner, but the two people who come in last place will automatically be sent home.
*everyone’s faces drop*
KEETIN: So it’s extremely important to do your best today! Today’s mission is called “Spell & Scramble”. The premise is simple: you will be given a question and you must come up with the answer. However, the execution is not. The question will be given to you encoded. It is up to you to use this giant board behind me to decode the question and figure out what it’s asking. After you do that, you must spell out your answer on your answer board. In order to do that, you will have to swim out into the ocean to that platform out there. On that platform is a large mud pit, where there are lots of cards with letters on them. You may only grab six letters at a time, and come back to your answer board and try to spell out the answer to the question. Everyone understand?
*everyone nods*
KEETIN: Alright! Let’s get ready!

SUZANNE: “I think I’ll be alright with the decoding and the spelling, but I’m not a very good swimmer so I’m worried about that part. I hope it won’t hurt me too much.”

CELIA: “My strategy will be just to get that code cracked as soon as possible. It really comes down to that, because once you know the answer to the question it’s all a race to get to the letters.”

RACHEL: “I wouldn’t say I’m feeling confident, but then again I wasn’t confident for the last mission either. I’m just going to try my best and hope I stay in!”

ALICIA: “Spelling isn’t really my thing, but I think I could do this. I’m going to show the world that Alicia is the best!”

SARAH: “This mission is different than our last one, but I still think I can win. If I win, it will make the other girls so scared of me because I will be such a threat.”

KEETIN: Everyone ready?
*everyone nods*
KEETIN: On your mark… get set… go!
*the coded question and the code breaker are revealed*

KEETIN: Remember, you must spin the wheel to unveil the different letters and numbers that crack the code!
ALICIA: What the heck! It’s just a bunch of numbers!
*everyone diligently works in silence for a couple of minutes*
SUZANNE: In...what...country...is...Cutthroat…*goes back to the wheel*
KEETIN: Looks like Suzanne has a slight lead so far! Lillybelle and Jenna are right behind her. Celia, Alicia, and Sarah are lagging behind!
CELIA: This stupid code is so hard!
*shows Alicia frantically turning her code wheel*
*Sarah gasps in frustration*
*Rachel pauses to look at her code*
*Lillybelle steps back to look at her board*
*Kelsey Marie writes down a letter*
SUZANNE: ...in? In what country is Cutthroat Beach being filmed in? Oh, I know!
*Suzanne runs out to the water*
KEETIN: Suzanne has solved her code and is now onto the second leg of this mission - retrieving her letters! Let’s see if she knows the answer! Lillybelle looks close to finishing, followed by Jenna and Rachel. Kelsey Marie is starting to fall behind, as is Celia, Alicia, and Sarah!
*shows Suzanne struggling to swim to the platform*
LILLYBELLE: Oh, I got it!
*Lillybelle runs to the water and begins swimming*
*Suzanne reaches the platform and jumps into the mud pit and begins searching for letters*
*Lillybelle reaches the platform soon after Suzanne*
KEETIN: Lillybelle and Suzanne are on their first trip to look for letters! And - oh - Jenna just solved her code and is running to the water! Rachel and Kelsey Marie are getting closer, too!
*Suzanne finds her letters and begins swimming back slowly*
*30 seconds later, Lillybelle begins swimming back*
*Lillybelle passes Suzanne, as Jenna reaches the platform*

*a couple minutes later*
KEETIN: Right now, Lillybelle is in the lead! She is currently out on the platform on her third and LAST trip to find the right letters. Suzanne is in second, swimming out to the platform for her last trip. Jenna seems to be having some trouble on the beach.
JENNA: I got the wrong letter! I’m missing one! Ugh!
KEETIN: Jenna seems to have messed up her letters. She’s heading out now to try to fix her mistake! Rachel is behind Jenna. Rachel is on her second of three trips to the platform. Behind Rachel is Kelsey Marie, who is on the beach spelling out her first five letters.
KEETIN: And Celia just finished her code! She is now heading out to retrieve her first five letters. The only two people still left cracking the code are Alicia and Sarah! However, they look like they’re almost done!
*Sarah shoots a glare at Alicia*
*Lillybelle begins swimming back just as Suzanne, Celia, Jenna, and Rachel reach the platform*
SARAH: Oh! Yes!!!
*Sarah runs out to the water*
KEETIN: Sarah cracks her code, and is now trying to make up time. Alicia is the only one left still trying to solve it! Lillybelle, however, is on her way to shore with her last few letters! Let’s see if she gets them correct!
*Suzanne, Celia, and Rachel begin swimming back. Jenna continues to look for letters, just as Kelsey Marie and Sarah reach the platform. Lillybelle arrives on shore*
*Lillybelle runs to her answer board and places the last few letters on it*
LILLYBELLE: DONE!
KEETIN: Let’s take a look and see if you’re correct! What was the coded question?
LILLYBELLE: ‘In what country is Cutthroat Beach being filmed in?’
KEETIN: Let’s take a look at your answer…. TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO is….. CORRECT!
*Lillybelle starts cheering*
KEETIN: Congratulations, Lillybelle! You won this mission! Not only are you still in the game, but you’ve earned a trip up to the Shrine of Victory tonight. Good job!
LILLYBELLE: Oh my God! Yes!!!
KEETIN: Let’s take a look at your competitors and see how they’re holding up.

*Suzanne arrives on the beach with her last few letters, while Rachel arrives from her second to last trip. Meanwhile, Celia arrives with her first batch of letters*
*Jenna, Sarah, and Kelsey Marie all depart from the platform at the same time*
ALICIA: Man, I can’t do this! I can’t solve this code!
LILLYBELLE: Don’t give up, Alicia!
ALICIA: I don’t know how to do it! *tears up* I don’t want to go home!
LILLYBELLE: You can still do it! Just step back and think about it!
ALICIA: *wipes her eyes* Okay. I’ll try…
*steps back and looks at the code*

Meanwhile…
KEETIN: Looks like Suzanne is putting her last few letters on the board.
SUZANNE: Done!
KEETIN: Suzanne, do you think this answer is correct?
SUZANNE: I know it is!
KEETIN: Well…. TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO is correct! Congratulations, you got second place and you’re still in this game!
*Suzanne runs over to Lillybelle and they hug*

*further over on the beach*
JENNA: Okay, I think I got it!
KEETIN: Let’s see if you’re right, Jenna! Did your earlier mistake hinder you?
JENNA: Yeah, I guess I just grabbed a wrong letter. As long as my answer is correct right now, though, I don’t care!
KEETIN: Your answer…. TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO is correct!
JENNA: OH YEAH!!
*runs over to celebrate with Suzanne and Lillybelle*

KEETIN: Lillybelle, Suzanne, and Jenna are safe, but the other girls are still fighting it out. Looks like Alicia is almost done cracking her code! But will it be too late?
KEETIN: Right now, Rachel is on the way back with her last batch of letters. Behind her is Kelsey Marie, who is in the mud pit right now looking for her last batch of letters. Celia and Sarah are tied - they both are in the mud pit looking for their second to last batch of letters. And, oh, Alicia just cracked her code! She’s still in this!
*Rachel arrives on shore as Alicia swims out to the platform*
*Rachel spells out her letters*
RACHEL: *breathlessly* Done!
KEETIN: Let’s see if you’re right, Rachel. Your answer…. TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO is correct!
Rachel: Oh my gosh yes!!!
*Rachel runs over and embraces Jenna, Suzanne, and Lillybelle*
KEETIN: Right now four girls are safe from elimination! Four girls remain - but only two of them will remain in the competition. Kelsey Marie is arriving back on shore with her final batch of letters.
*Kelsey Marie puts her letters on her board*
KELSEY MARIE: Is this correct? I don’t know if I spelled it right…
KEETIN: Well, let’s see… TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO is correct!
KELSEY MARIE: No way.
KEETIN: Yes way! You’re still in this competition, Kelsey Marie!
*Kelsey Marie runs over by Lillybelle, Suzanne, Jenna, and Rachel*

*a few minutes later*
KEETIN: It’s down to the wire now! Only one spot remains in the competition. Will Celia or Sarah claim it, or will Alicia come from behind?
*Celia and Sarah are neck and neck swimming back from their final trip to the platform, while Alicia is only one lap behind them*
*Celia and Sarah reach the beach and race to their answer boards, quickly throwing the final letters on there!*
SARAH: ...DONE!
*a second later*
CELIA: Done!
KEETIN: Alright! Let’s go check these out. Sarah, since you finished first, let’s take a look at your answer. Are you confident in it?
SARAH: I mean, I guess so. I just had to go as fast as I could.
KEETIN: Your answer…………….












































TRINIDAD AND TABAGO is NOT correct.
SARAH: WHAT?!
KEETIN: I’m sorry, but Tobago is misspelled, and part of this mission was spelling your answer correctly. If Celia gets this right, I’m afraid you will be going home.
SARAH: This isn’t fair! *grumbles*
KEETIN: Alright, Celia. Let’s take a look at your answer. If you get this right, you will remain in the competition. Do you feel nervous?
CELIA: Oh yes! I’m so scared.
KEETIN: Your answer...

CELIA: AAAAAAHHHHH!!! *runs over to the other safe girls*

*Alicia reaches the shore and walks up, looking dejected*
KEETIN: Unfortunately for you, Sarah and Alicia, you’ve been eliminated. It’s not for a lack of effort, though. Both of you put forth impressive showings in the first mission and this one, but it unfortunately wasn’t enough. You should be proud of what you’ve accomplished. Say a last good bye to your friends, and then you’ll have to be on your way.
*Alicia begins to cry as she hugs everyone while Sarah halfheartedly smiles at them and walks down the beach, kicking at the sand*

ALICIA: *crying a little bit* I said I wouldn’t cry but I can’t help it! I love those girls! *wipes tears* Anyway, all I can say is that I feel stupid. Stupid stupid stupid! I couldn’t solve a stupid code and now I’m going home. I wish I could have done something else to stay but I just could not get that code for the life of me. I’m really gonna miss this place and the people. Alicia out!

SARAH: I don’t even know what to say… If I can say something, it’s that being eliminated has made me a little more humble… I kind of regret how I lied to the girls now, and how I acted… a little bit. I just want to leave now. What’s done is done.

If I could swim better then I would have won, but Lillybelle passed me. I still got second, though, which makes me feel awesome. I never imagined I could do so well but I did!”

CELIA: “I was this close to being sent home today. It was so nerve wracking. I think the thing that helped me is that I am such a good swimmer since I spend all my time on the beach at home. Athletic-wise, Sarah could probably beat me at anything else but swimming, but since I’m a good swimmer I was able to keep up with her. It also helps that I know how to spell Trinidad and Tobago.”

JENNA: “We’re all going to miss Alicia. She’s a great girl and even though she’s a little young, she had a lively spirit. I think the huts are going to be a lot calmer with Sarah gone. I don’t see any of us fighting. Now, the competition is still on but it’s not as intense and crazy as it was. It’s going to be nice to be able to relax.”

RACHEL: Why?

My grandma made it for me and it’s been with me this whole time so far, and, hey, I think it’s been pretty lucky so far too.”

CELIA: “I think we’re all excited for Lillybelle to go to the Shrine of Victory. It was a tough mission, she deserved it, and we’re all ready to find out if Sarah was telling the truth.”

KEETIN: In case you don’t know yet, I’ll explain to you what’s in store here. Every time someone wins a challenge, they earn a trip to the Shrine of Victory. Here lies a test - if you pass the test, or mini-mission, then you earn a reward. This reward is in the form of a token.
*Lillybelle looks shocked*
KEETIN: Each token represents an advantage you have in the final mission, should you reach the final two. In the final, there will be several checkpoints you must complete, based on the challenges you’ve faced throughout the game. Each token allows you to completely bypass one checkpoint. KEETIN: Yep! So you’re starting off the night with one token already. If you successfully complete your task tonight, you will have two! Want to find out what your task is?
*Lillybelle nods*
KEETIN: Tonight’s task is called “Aim Wisely”. You’ll be standing on one end of the Shrine of Victory. All the way on the other end, you’ll notice, is a small ceramic tablet sitting atop that stool. You will have a slingshot and a small ball. You will have five tries to try to hit and break the tablet from all the way on the other side of the Shrine. If you do so, you’ll earn another token. If you can’t break the tablet in five tries, then you will not earn another token tonight. Ready to begin?
LILLYBELLE: Yes!
KEETIN: Let’s get in position!

*a minute later*
KEETIN: Whenever you’re ready, Lillybelle!
LILLYBELLE: Okay…
*Lillybelle closes one eye and aims, and shoots*

Sarah made the first trip to the Shrine of Victory, where she was successful in earning a token, which gives the player an advantage in the final mission. She chose to lie about what was at the Shrine in order to give herself an advantage
However, Sarah’s attitude rubbed people the wrong way and she got into altercations with both Jenna and Alicia
After a tough puzzle and spelling challenge with a nail-biting end, Sarah and Alicia were eliminated from the competition
Lillybelle won the mission, earning a trip to the Shrine of Victory where she not only received Sarah’s token but also completed her task and earned a second token

LILLYBELLE: “Last night at the Shrine of Victory I learned the truth about what goes on up there. It kind of shocked me that Sarah lied, but then I realized I shouldn’t have been surprised. At the same time, I understand why she did it. The knowledge of the tokens is valuable to the game. If you make it to the finals, they’re a huge advantage!”

CELIA: “When Lillybelle came back from the Shrine last night, of course we all had to grill her and figure out what happened…

RACHEL: “Basically Lillybelle told us the truth about the Shrine of Victory. About the task and the tokens. I was very surprised that Sarah lied. I honestly thought she was telling the truth. But now I think I know the real truth; I don’t think Lillybelle would lie to us.”

SUZANNE: I can’t believe the token thing, though! That changes the whole game!
CELIA: I know right?! It makes me want to win so much more now.
KELSEY MARIE: Because if you make it to the finals...and you don’t have any tokens....and Lillybelle has two…
LILLYBELLE: Oh, don’t worry about it guys! I’m sure I’m not even going to win another token. Plus, I have to make it to the finals anyway. I might be eliminated!
JENNA: I just want to know what Sarah did at the Shrine, like what kind of game she played. And also why she lied. Even when she’s not here she proves to be a selfish, narcissistic jerk.
LILLYBELLE: Jenna…
JENNA: What? I’m speaking the truth.
LILLYBELLE: I know, but she’s not even here to defend herself. Sarah was… difficult to deal with, but we should still respect her.
JENNA: Why? She didn’t respect us…
LILLYBELLE: I know… but maybe that’s not how she really is. Maybe the competition just made her like that.
JENNA: Still, she treated us terribly.
KELSEY MARIE: I think we should just move on from Sarah… She’s not here anymore. There’s no use dwelling on her. It’s time to look at the game ahead.
CELIA: You’re right, Kelsey Marie.
KELSEY MARIE: I’m gonna go to the confessional.

KELSEY MARIE (Confessional): “I feel very… uncertain about my spot in this game. I really haven’t done too well at any of these missions. I mean, I haven’t been eliminated so that’s good but I haven’t done outstanding. And now that Lillybelle told us about the tokens, it has me even more worried. I know that in order to win you’re going to need some of those tokens. And if I can’t even win a mission to try and get a token… well, I might as well start packing my bags now. It’s time to step up my game.”

RACHEL: What were you confessing about?
KELSEY MARIE: I just… I really need to step up my game. I want to win a mission.
RACHEL: Same here!
SUZANNE: I think it’ll come. It depends on the mission. I almost went home in the first one but I got second place in the last one. So don’t get too down…
KELSEY MARIE: I’ve come in the middle for both. Right in the middle. That sucks. I didn’t come here to be mediocre. I came here to win.
RACHEL: I totally get that. Especially thinking about two more of us going home!
SUZANNE: Oh, I don’t even want to think of that…
RACHEL: These eliminations sure aren’t getting any easier.

CELIA: I feel the same! Like you guys are some of the coolest people I’ve met, ever.
SUZANNE: I never thought I’d form such strong bonds so quickly…
JENNA: Me neither, but I love how none of us are fighting or arguing. It makes the game so much better to play. I want to win but at the end of the day I will love to see any of you guys win, too. And I’ll definitely stay in touch after the game is over.
RACHEL: Oh, definitely!

LILLYBELLE: “It is kinda crazy how fast we’ve become good friends. I didn’t know these people a week ago and now I can’t imagine life without them. When it’s just you and nine other people alone on a beach with no electronics and no phone or TV or books or music or anything, you have no one to turn to but each other. And because of that, the final six has grown really, really close. We’re all going to be friends no matter what, I think.”

SUZANNE: I was very scared coming into this game that I would be too shy to make friends but that hasn’t been a problem. I was shy but the more I’ve gotten to know people, the more I’m coming out of my shell. The game is going to end but these friendships aren’t.”

JENNA: At least we’re not going home right away… You can still have a chance at the Cutthroat Cove or whatever.
CELIA: I wonder what that is.

LILLYBELLE: After today, we’re going to have our final four… crazy.
RACHEL: Everything’s moving so quick… it’s definitely getting more intense.
JENNA: Yeah, and after today, we’re going to have to start voting each other into the Cutthroat Cove…
CELIA: I’ve been dreading that this whole time!
LILLYBELLE: I don’t know about you guys… But I’m definitely going to play the game fair. At this point, we all deserve to win and I would be so happy seeing any of us win. That’s why I didn’t want to lie about the Shrine of Victory… I could have, but it wouldn’t have been worth it.
SUZANNE: I agree. If we have to vote each other out, then I think it should be based on performance.
KELSEY MARIE: Agreed. You do the worst, then it’s just your time to go.
JENNA: I’m down with that.
CELIA: Sounds good to me.
RACHEL: I’m in!

JENNA: “We made a pact today to ‘play fair’, and I actually do agree with the principles behind it. But at the end of the day, I don’t think I could vote Rachel out if it came down to it. She is really my best friend. I’m just hoping it doesn’t come to that. But our agreement was basically to keep the game fair and if you lose the challenge, then you basically go home, so as not to create any hurt feelings or ruin our friendships. And I agree with that.”

KELSEY MARIE: “I’m not really worried about the pact that we made to play fair. I think I will hopefully not come in last so I shouldn’t worry about going home. I think everyone will stick to it. I know the competition does crazy things to people’s minds, but I trust everyone here enough to not betray me or anyone else.”

CELIA: “I’m having a blast out here, and now I know that nobody is going to be scheming around and voting me off. It feels great. Basically the rest of the game is laid out. It’s up to you to make sure you stay in.”

KEETIN: Hello, everyone! Welcome to your third mission here on Cutthroat Beach!
*everyone claps*
KEETIN: As you guys know, today is a high stakes mission. The winner will, as usual, receive a trip to the Shrine of Victory. However, the three people who come in last place will be sent to Cutthroat Cove, which is a battleground where TWO of them will be eliminated. So it’s important to do your best! Today’s mission is called Stairway to Heaven, and here’s how it works. Over there on the beach is a huge series of several ladders that goes about 75 feet in the air. You'll notice that the ladders are crooked and don't exactly match up with each other evenly, making this mission a little more difficult. One at a time, you'll start at the bottom and have to climb all the way to the top of the highest ladder and ring a bell. The person with the fastest time will win! Any questions?
*everyone shakes their head*
KEETIN: Alright, let's get into position!

CELIA: “I’m a little scared of heights so I’m worried about how this is going to go. I’m just going to try to focus on making it up those ladders as fast as possible and try to forget the pressure.”

LILLYBELLE: “This is a very important mission. Of course I would love to win twice in a row, but I know that probably won’t happen. I’m still going to try my hardest, though.

RACHEL: “Right now, looking at those ladders, I’m terrified. I’m freaking out. That is SO high.”

KELSEY MARIE: “I’m very determined to win this mission. I won’t accept anything less from myself than first place. I know I can do it, I know I can beat those girls, and I am going to go out there and win.”

SUZANNE: “I would be lying if I said I wasn’t nervous. It is a lot of pressure, and this… isn’t something I’d necessarily be good at. I’m not the most athletic. But we’ll see what happens.”

JENNA: “I actually love heights and I love adrenaline, so I’m excited for this one. As long as I stay focused and go fast then I should be fine.”

*Suzanne starts climbing the first ladder. She moves slowly but steadily*
*As Suzanne reaches the second ladder, she has trouble transitioning between the two*
LILLYBELLE: You got this, Suzanne!
SUZANNE: I don’t know! It’s crooked! I don’t know how to get on it…
*Suzanne pulls herself up with all of her strength and gets onto the second ladder and continues to climb*
*a few minutes later*
KEETIN: Suzanne, you’re halfway there!
SUZANNE: Only halfway? *pauses and looks up*
*Suzanne continues to maintain a steady yet leisurely pace. She occasionally encounters difficulty transitioning between ladders but finally reaches the top one*
*Suzanne rings the bell*
SUZANNE: Finally done!!

*on the ground*
JENNA: How do you think you did? Was it hard?
SUZANNE: A little bit… I’m really tired and my arms hurt! I feel like I used all my strength to pull myself up… I don’t know, I feel like I could have gone faster. We’ll see.
JENNA: Good luck.

KEETIN: Alright, Celia is up next! Ready...set...go!
*Celia moves fairly quickly up the first ladder but encounters some difficulty with trying to get onto the next ladder, which is at an odd angle*
CELIA: What?! I don’t know what to do!
RACHEL: You can do it, Celia!
*Celia finally reaches the second ladder and continues up the ladders, although moving slower and slower as time goes on*
CELIA: So...out of...breath… *huffs*
*Celia eventually makes it to the top and rings the bell*

KEETIN: Next up is going to be Kelsey Marie! Ready….set...go!
*Kelsey Marie immediately shoots up the ladder with a determined look on her face*
*She encounters some difficulty at the junction of the two ladders but is able to get through it quickly and continues*

JENNA: Wow, she’s going fast.
*Rachel nods*
*Kelsey Marie continues climbing quickly with little trouble transitioning between ladders and eventually reaches the top and rings the bell*

CELIA: Kelsey Marie, you killed that.
KELSEY MARIE: Thanks. I just wanted to win. So hopefully that was good enough…
SUZANNE: You made me nervous… I don’t want to have to go to the Cutthroat Cove.
LILLYBELLE: I’m sure you’ll be fine! There’s still three more people to go!

KEETIN: Next we have Rachel! Ready...set...go!
*Rachel begins to climb the first ladder at a decent pace. As she reaches the top and comes to the transition, she looks down at the ground*
RACHEL: Oh my God!
*she squeezes her eyes shut and holds on tight to the ladder*
JENNA: Oh no, she’s scared of heights… You can do this, Rachel! Just open your eyes and move slowly! You’re safe! You won’t fall! There’s a harness!
RACHEL: I can’t! I can’t do this!
JENNA: Yes you can! It’s mind over matter! Trust me. You’ll be fine.
*Rachel slowly opens her eyes and grabs onto the next ladder. She very slowly and painstakingly makes her way onto it*
JENNA: Good job! Keep it up!
*Rachel continues to move painstakingly slowly, occasionally stopping and breathing heavily before moving on. Eventually she reaches the final ladder but shudders to a stop*
JENNA: Keep going, Rachel!
RACHEL: No! Get me down! I don’t want to do this!
LILLYBELLE: You’re so close!
CELIA: You can do it, Rachel!
JENNA: Don’t even think about it! You’re almost there! Just ring that bell!
*Rachel very slowly climbs the last ladder and rings the bell*
RACHEL: Oh my God, get me down now!!!

*on the ground*
RACHEL: I can’t believe that. I’m scared of heights but I just messed up so bad. *begins to cry*
JENNA: *hugs Rachel* It’s okay, Rachel. It’s not over yet. You’re not going to go anywhere. Alright?
RACHEL: *sniffling* Sorry I let you down.
JENNA: Please, as if. I’m proud that you made it to the top. That took a lot of courage. Like I said, the game’s not over yet.
RACHEL: Thanks, Jenna…

KEETIN: Next we have Lillybelle! On your mark...get set...go!
*Lillybelle begins climbing at a very determined pace. She has very little trouble with the angles of the ladders and continues to maintain a steady pace all the way through until she rings the bell*

KEETIN: And last but certainly not least… Jenna! Ready...set...go!
*Jenna explodes up the ladder, moving at an incredible speed*
CELIA: Dang!
KELSEY MARIE: What the heck?
*in barely any time at all she is onto the second ladder, then the third… easily leaping across the transitions*
LILLYBELLE: Wow, she is killing this.
*as Jenna approaches the last ladder, she makes a leap, but her right hand misses the bar. Her left hand slips off and, unbalanced, her feet slip off from the rungs as well. She falls a couple feet before her harness catches her*
*everything is silent for a moment*

CELIA: Oh my God!
RACHEL: JENNA! Are you okay?!
*Jenna has her face in her hands as she is lowered to the ground*
KELSEY MARIE: What the heck just happened…

*all six girls gather in front of Keetin*
KEETIN: Congratulations on surviving your third mission! As we just saw, Jenna you started out amazingly, but you ended up falling off of the ladder. Unfortunately, that is an automatic disqualification and you will have to battle it out in Cutthroat Cove.
*Jenna looks extremely upset and covers her face with her hands*
KEETIN: Now, two more girls will be joining you. Coming in second-to-last place is…

JENNA: “In the mission today, I decided that I really wanted to win so I needed to take some big risks to do so. I was doing so well… I was practically flying up those ladders, but at the last moment I slipped and that’s what did it. I was focusing on moving so fast that I didn’t have a good grip and I just… fell off. It wasn’t that scary; I was just really upset at myself. Of course, I disqualified so I’m going to the Cutthroat Cove. And of course I’m being really hard on myself because I almost won…”

RACHEL: “I’m really, really upset, because I know that I could have done better but I let the heights scare me and get to me. It would be different, but the thing is that both me and Jenna are going to the Cutthroat Cove along with Suzanne, and Jenna is my best friend. So at least one of us is going to go home tonight and that’s why I’m really distressed.”

SUZANNE: Jenna and Rachel are just such strong competitors. Jenna is fearless and Rachel has a lot of heart.
CELIA: But you’re a good competitor, too. You’re very smart and you want this the most.
SUZANNE: *smiles* That’s true. I mean, at the end of the day, I already did a lot better than I thought I would have. I thought I was going to be the first person to fall off that rope in the first mission. But here I am. And I actually have been doing pretty well in these missions. If I stay or if I go, I’m proud of myself.
CELIA: And that’s the attitude to have. Although you should plan on staying.
SUZANNE: Whatever it is, I’m going to try my best. Only one person is staying on this beach.... and it’s gotta be me. It would suck to see Rachel and Jenna, the two best friends, go home but I didn’t come here to lose. I want to win.

KEETIN: I’ll explain to you what’s in store here. Every time someone wins a challenge, they earn a trip to the Shrine of Victory. Here lies a test - if you pass the test, or mini-mission, then you earn a reward. This reward is in the form of a token. KELSEY MARIE: Oh yeah.
KEETIN: You’ll see that scattered around the Shrine are these large blocks with patterns on all the sides. It’s going to be your job to arrange these blocks in a staircase formation to reach the key up there.
*Keetin points to a key hanging far above the ground*
KEETIN: However, you’ll be doing more than just arranging them randomly. The patterns on the sides of the blocks are the key, because you will have to arrange the blocks in such a manner that the logo for Cutthroat Beach is shown facing outward. There are many patterns and ways that the blocks can be arranged, but there is only one correct solution that will form the logo. You can only retrieve the key once you form the correct logo. Now, in order for you to pass this mission, you’re going to have to solve the puzzle and retrieve the key in under fifteen minutes. Think you can do it?
KELSEY MARIE: I got this.
KEETIN: Well then let’s get ready!

*a minute later*
KEETIN: Playing for your own token… on your mark, get set… GO!
*Kelsey Marie begins to retrieve the large blocks and arrange them in the center of the Shrine*
KELSEY MARIE: *talking to herself* So this one goes at the bottom…. I think…
*she begins to arrange and rearrange the bottom row*
KELSEY MARIE: What the heck, all these blocks look so similar…

*a couple minutes later*
KEETIN: You have nine minutes left, Kelsey Marie!
KELSEY MARIE: Ugh. Oh my God.
*she begins to flip over some blocks and starts putting together blocks that fit, slowly starting to form a staircase*

*a few minutes later, Kelsey Marie has just a couple blocks left but something appears to be wrong*
KELSEY MARIE: Wait, this doesn’t make sense. This one looks like… it goes on the bottom… I think. Ugh! I don’t know!
KEETIN: Keep it up! Only four minutes left!
*Kelsey Marie begins to take apart all the blocks to switch the two*
*as she begins to rebuild the staircase, she gets confused*

KEETIN: Just one minute left, Kelsey Marie!
KELSEY MARIE: Oh my God, oh my God, oh my God. Wait, this one goes here… and then this one must go here… and then this one must go here…



















*Keetin sounds the horn*
*Kelsey Marie’s staircase is nearly finished but missing just the last three blocks*
*Kelsey Marie stands dejected next to her staircase*
KEETIN: You put forth an amazing effort, Kelsey Marie. It was just one mistake that cost you. Unfortunately, you did not win a token tonight. Good luck in the future, and let’s head over to the Cutthroat Cove for the elimination.

*everyone arrives at the Cutthroat Cove. It is a large, cleared-out sandy arena on the beach. There is a viewing platform on a rope bridge about ten feet in the air on one side of the arena. Keetin is standing in the middle of the arena. In three corners of the arena are large arches, and next to Keetin there is a nine-foot-tall ball*
KEETIN: Hi everyone, and welcome to the Cutthroat Cove! Unfortunately, this is where we will say good bye to two of our competitors. The bottom three from the previous mission will battle it out here tonight, where only one will stay. Without further ado, I need to see Jenna, Suzanne, and Rachel.
*the three girls descend the stairs into the arena and walk up to Keetin*
KEETIN: Today, you three will be playing Ball Brawl. As you can see, there are three large arches in the corners of the Cove. These will act as your goals, and you can see that each has one of your names on it. The point of this elimination is to get this nine-foot-tall ball into your goal twice. The first person to achieve this will stay in the game. As for the other two, unfortunately your Cutthroat Beach journey will be ending. But we wouldn’t let you go at this tough elimination alone. Come out, boys!
*three male figures come walking in. They are just silhouettes until they step into the light, and then…*
JENNA: Oh my God!
LILLYBELLE: No way!
KEETIN: That’s right! We brought in three ALL STARS from Endurance to help you guys out! Say hello to Aaron, the blue team champion of season 1! Max, the season 1 competitor who came back for Endurance 2 and won the whole thing! And Chris, Endurance Hawaii’s gray team champ!
*the girls cheer and freak out*

JENNA (interview): “I’m in love with Chris! I had the biggest crush on him!”

KEETIN: Each one of you will get one of these guys as your partner to help you during this elimination. We’ve randomly chosen, and Suzanne, you get to pick first.
SUZANNE: Me? Really? Okay… I choose…. Aaron!
*Aaron goes over and high fives Suzanne*
KEETIN: You think you can win this with Aaron?
SUZANNE: Yes. He’s very strong and I know he won’t give up.
KEETIN: Alright, Rachel, you were randomly chosen to pick next.
RACHEL: I’m gonna go with Max. He’s strong and strategic. I think we got this!
*Max goes over by Rachel*
KEETIN: And that leaves…
JENNA: Chris!!!
*Chris goes by Jenna and she hugs him*
JENNA: I’m sorry. I’ve just always loved Chris. We are gonna rock this elimination.
KEETIN: Well, there you have it. It will be Suzanne and Aaron vs. Rachel and Max vs. Jenna and Chris. Let’s get into position.

*everyone is standing in front of their goal waiting for the elimination to start*
KEETIN: Remember, the first person to TWO goals will remain in the game! Everyone else will be eliminated! On your marks… get set… GO!

*Aaron is the first person to reach the ball and he knocks it toward Suzanne, but Max intercepts it. He tries to pass it to Rachel but Jenna is able to use the ball’s momentum to get it to move closer to her goal*
*In the confusion, Suzanne and Rachel accidentally bump into each other and fall on the ground but both quickly get back up*
*meanwhile Chris is standing in front of Rachel’s goal preventing Max from pushing it in. With Jenna’s help, Chris pushes the ball toward Jenna’s goal*

LILLYBELLE: “This elimination is brutal… people are flying everywhere! Suzanne and Rachel keep falling down, and the guys are just going at it with each other. The ball is just flying all around the arena. It’s so nerve wracking.”

*the ball goes round and round until finally, one of the guys gets in perfect position, passes it to his partner, and she manages to shoot it into her goal…*















*horn blows*
KEETIN: SUZANNE is the first one to get a goal! Good job! If you get one more, you are still in the running! Jenna and Rachel, you have to get this next goal in order to stay in the game. If Suzanne gets it, then unfortunately you both will be out.

JENNA (interview): “I’m disappointed I didn’t make the first goal but I’m not worried. I feel like I’m very tough and I will definitely be able to come out of this victorious.”

SUZANNE (interview): “Honestly I have to thank Aaron for everything because without him, I would be dead meat in this elimination. I’m already a little bruised up but he has a lot of heart and he’s really pushing himself so that I can win.”

KEETIN: Okay, second round. Everyone ready? On your marks… get set… GO!

*Max and Chris shoot out and try to take control of the ball. Chris is able to roll it towards Rachel, who tries to grab it and direct it toward her goal*
*Jenna comes out of nowhere and collides with Rachel and the ball, nearly knocking Rachel over but getting the ball to move toward her goal, where no one except Suzanne is standing*
JENNA: Sorry Rach!!!
*Jenna moves the ball toward her goal very quickly, and eventually gives it one last shove as both Aaron and Max dive to try to stop it, while Suzanne stands in front of it*

















*Aaron and Max are not fast enough, and the ball collides with Suzanne. The momentum knocks Suzanne over onto the ground and the ball rolls into Jenna’s goal*
*horn blows*
KEETIN: Good job Jenna! You got your first goal!

CELIA: “Jenna is doing really well and it’s very intimidating. Suzanne and Rachel are putting up a good fight but they’re no match for Jenna.”

KEETIN: So this is our third round. Here’s where we stand: Suzanne and Aaron, if you get this goal then Suzanne will be returning to the game. Jenna and Chris, if you get this goal then you will be returning to the game. Rachel and Max, you need this goal to stay in the game. If you don’t, then you will be headed home.
*Rachel nods sadly*
KEETIN: Everyone get in position. On your marks...get set...go!

*everyone rushes for the ball but Max is the one who grabs it and he passes it to Rachel*
*Rachel begins to push it toward her goal but Chris and Jenna are able to work together and push it away from her*
*However, Aaron comes out of nowhere and is able to get it away from them. Suzanne tries to help but finds it hard to push the heavy ball*

*the battle rages on for several long minutes. People are being pushed and shoved around the arena as the ball goes round and round. Jenna bruises her leg. Chris’ shirt tears. Rachel ends up with cuts on her elbow. The battle is grueling until finally, the ball goes into one goal…*





















*horn blows*
KEETIN: Congratulations to SUZANNE for winning this elimination round!
*Suzanne jumps up and down and hugs Aaron*
KEETIN: That was a hard-fought battle. I can really see that all of you have heart. Unfortunately for Jenna and Rachel, you two will be going home tonight. First, let’s say good bye to our Endurance players.
*Rachel, Jenna, and Suzanne hug their partners and they exit*
KEETIN: I’ll let you say good bye to your fellow competitors for a minute or two.
*Rachel begins to cry as she and Jenna hug tightly*
RACHEL: We couldn’t do it, Jenna…
JENNA: Shh, Rachel. It’s okay. We did our best. We fought really hard. *Jenna’s voice cracks as she tears up*

*Jenna and Rachel then hug Suzanne and go over and say good bye to Celia, Lillybelle, and Kelsey Marie*
KELSEY MARIE: I’m gonna miss you guys so much…
RACHEL: *crying* I’m gonna miss you too! I’m gonna miss this place! I’ll never forget you guys.
JENNA: It’s been real, and it’s been fun. Keep in touch.

*Jenna and Rachel exit the arena*

RACHEL: “I’m so upset! I really thought I could pull it off. But no, both me and my best friend here are going home. I just wanted to stay. Like, so badly. And now I’m going back home with nothing…”

JENNA: “I’m very upset with myself. I think Suzanne deserves to be here because she has done well throughout the game, but not in that elimination. I was the strongest of us three. I wanted it the most. I hate to sound like a sore loser though… I’m just really appreciative of the fact that I could be here. It taught me a lot about myself and about others. I don’t regret anything. I just hope that the best person wins.”

KEETIN: Alright, congratulations to our final four! You guys have fought hard to make it to this point. Tomorrow, we will have another competition. The winner will earn a trip to the Shrine of Victory. Then, we will have another competition where the winner will decide which two of her competitors will battle it out in the Cutthroat Cove! KELSEY MARIE: “I won the last mission and I was really excited because I wanted to push myself and start winning these things. But then things went wrong when I went to the Shrine of Victory. I couldn’t figure out the puzzle and I ended up losing, so I didn’t get a token. Basically my win was pointless to me. I’m really upset about it and it just made me feel like, ‘Why am I even here?’”

*the other girls are outside talking while Kelsey Marie sulks in the hut*
CELIA: I can’t believe she lost…
LILLYBELLE: I know, I feel so bad. I know how much she wanted it. Especially when I have two tokens.
SUZANNE: I wonder what kind of challenge it was that caused her to lose…
CELIA: I didn’t really expect anyone to lose at the Shrine of Victory. I don’t think she did, either. So that’s probably why she’s so upset.
SUZANNE: I wish she’d stop moping around all day. It could be one of her last days and she would regret it.
CELIA: I don’t think telling her that is going to help anything…
SUZANNE: I know, I know… I’m just feeling very lucky. And blessed. I really could have gone home yesterday.
LILLYBELLE: Believe me, I’m so glad you didn’t!

SUZANNE: “I feel extremely lucky that I am still here. By all accounts, Jenna should have won the elimination round, at least over Rachel but especially over me. She is much more physical and athletic. But thanks to having a good partner and getting lucky, I’m the one still here. It’s made me really put the entire game into perspective. Maybe it’s fate that I’m still here? I know that I just need to show that there’s a reason I didn’t go home and I’m still in this to win this.

LILLYBELLE: “I’m really glad that Suzanne came back from the elimination round yesterday. She has become a very good friend and I would have missed her a lot. Having her company definitely helps on this beach. A part of me also feels selfishly glad that she got to come back because something tells me Jenna would have been a stronger competitor. However, you can’t underestimate Suzanne because she’s handled everything that’s been thrown at her so far. She could even be able to beat me in the end, who knows?”

KELSEY MARIE (Confessional): “All the other girls are probably thinking I’m so weird because I don’t really want to talk or leave the hut… like I just need time to get over it. And if they can’t deal with that, whatever.”

*later, everyone is sitting in the huts talking*
CELIA: So, how are you feeling Kelsey Marie?
KELSEY MARIE: I’m okay.
SUZANNE: Are you still upset about… you know?
KELSEY MARIE: I really don’t want to talk about it. So don’t bring it up any more. Thanks.
*Suzanne is a little taken aback but the conversation soon turns to the pact that they made last episode*
KELSEY MARIE: So are we still doing that thing where we vote in the worst people from the challenge?
LILLYBELLE: I’m definitely still in.
CELIA: Me too.
SUZANNE: Same. I was really worried this game would be all about alliances, so I just want to play the game fair.
LILLYBELLE: I mean, it’s gonna suck if you’re the one who has to go to the Cutthroat Cove but if you did well in the mission you don’t deserve to go.
KELSEY MARIE: Okay, good. I think that’s gonna give me my motivation back… I hope.
SUZANNE: Should we, like, make a handshake? Promise to play fair?
CELIA: I don’t think so. I think everyone should keep their word.
LILLYBELLE: Yes, I’m not worried about it either.

*the scene changes and shows the cast walking down to the beach where Keetin awaits them*
KEETIN: Hi everyone! Welcome to your fourth mission here on Cutthroat Beach!
*everyone claps*
KEETIN: Today you will be playing for a trip to the Shrine of Victory. The winner will take that long journey up there, where they will try to earn a token. Tomorrow we will have another mission to determine who will decide which two people will battle it out at the Cutthroat Cove, but today all we’re playing for is a trip to the Shrine of Victory. Ready to find out what you’ll be doing?
EVERYONE: Yes!
KEETIN: Today’s mission is an obstacle course. First, you will start on that platform out there and grab onto this rope and swing out over the water, where you will drop in and swim to the shore. Once at the shore, you will climb this ladder up to another platform 15 feet in the air. You will then balance on a balance beam to the next platform. Then you will climb up one side of this cargo net and down the other side, which will bring you to the ground. You will run a quarter of a mile down the beach to solve a sudoku puzzle. And when you finish the puzzle, you will earn a key. Run back to the start, swim out to the platform, climb up on it, and use the key to unlock the treasure chest on the platform. Inside is a flag: wave your flag, and your time stops. The person with the fastest time earns a trip to the Shrine of Victory! Sounds good?
*everyone nods*
KEETIN: Let’s get started! Kelsey Marie, you’ve been randomly selected to go first.

KELSEY MARIE (Interview): “Looking at this mission, I’m a little nervous because it’s kind of physical. But I really want to get a token and the only way to do it is to go to the Shrine of Victory again. So I’m gonna put my all into it.”

KEETIN: Okay, Kelsey Marie’s in position on the platform in the ocean. Ready? Set? Go!
*Kelsey Marie grabs the rope and swings out over the water, dropping into the ocean. She sets a decent pace for swimming, but starts to get tired as she gets closer to shore*
LILLYBELLE: C’mon Kelsey Marie! You can do it! Don’t give up!
*she starts walking as she hits the shore and slows down*
CELIA: You can run! You got it!
*she picks up her pace a little as she makes it on shore and goes over to the ladder*
*she climbs the ladder and pauses at the balance beam*
KELSEY MARIE: This is… really high!
*she takes a deep breath and walks steadily across the balance beam. Then she goes up and over the cargo net and down the other side fairly quickly*
*she takes off running down the beach and reaches the sudoku*
KELSEY MARIE: Ugh… I hate these stupid things.
*she takes a couple minutes at the puzzle but finally gets it right and runs back*
*she swims slowly out to the platform, out of breath. She finally reaches it and climbs up, unlocking her treasure chest and waving her flag*
KELSEY MARIE: *out of breath* Done!
EVERYONE: Good job!

KEETIN: Alright, Celia. You’re up. Ready… set… go!
*Celia swings out and drops into the ocean. She swims at a good pace and reaches the shore quickly, running over to the ladder*
CELIA: *looking at the balance beam* Oh goodness…
*Celia begins crossing the balance beam very slowly and methodically*
LILLYBELLE: You can do it, Celia! Pick it up!!
*Finally she gets to the other end, then goes slowly up and over the cargo net and down the other side*
*a little winded, Celia slowly jogs across the beach to the sudoku puzzle*
CELIA: Ughhhhh *trying to catch her breath* I’m so tired and I can’t even think.
*she begins to work with the numbers but keeps getting stuck. Finally she ends up guessing a few numbers but her guess turns out to be right*
*Celia runs back and starts swimming out to the platform, setting a decent pace. She reaches it and climbs up, fiddling with her key for a few moments before unlocking the treasure chest and waving her flag*
CELIA: Wow, that was hard! *out of breath*

KEETIN: Next up is going to be Lillybelle. Ready… set… go!
*Lillybelle swings out from the platform and into the ocean, swimming quickly to the shore and running to the ladder, which she speeds up*
KELSEY MARIE: How is she going so fast…
*Lillybelle dashes across the balance beam and quickly goes up and over the cargo net, and down the other side. She then runs at a quick pace a quarter of a mile to the sudoku*
*she spends a couple minutes doing it but figures it out rather quickly and dashes back to the beach*
*she swims out at a slightly slower pace to the platform and climbs up. She unlocks her treasure chest and waves her flag*
LILLYBELLE: Done!
CELIA: She killed that!

KEETIN: And finally, our last competitor is Suzanne! Ready… set… go!
*Suzanne swings into the ocean and swims slowly to shore but finally reaches it. She runs to the ladder and climbs up onto the platform, then dashes across the balance beam quickly*
*she climbs up and down the rope ladder slowly, then makes a decent pace to the sudoku puzzle*
*Suzanne is at the sudoku puzzle for 45 seconds…*
SUZANNE: Done! *begins running back*
CELIA: What the?!
KELSEY MARIE: Is that even possible?!
*Suzanne swims slowly back out to the platform and climbs up the ladder, unlocking her treasure chest and waving her flag*
SUZANNE: Done!

KEETIN: Awesome mission, you guys! All four of you did so well. Let’s get on with the results. In fourth place we have…

SUZANNE: I’m so surprised that I got second today…
CELIA: It was that sudoku. It just tripped everyone up. But you solved that so fast…
SUZANNE: I do really like puzzles…
KELSEY MARIE: Yeah, well, maybe if I did puzzles and could run and swim I might have won. But no. Instead Lillybelle is going to extend her lead on all of us.
LILLYBELLE: I mean, we don’t know that. I might not get a token tonight.
KELSEY MARIE: Yeah, but you already have two. Nobody else even has one.
LILLYBELLE: There’s still a lot of game left.
KELSEY MARIE: Why couldn’t Sarah have given hers to someone else...

LILLYBELLE: “I can definitely sense some tension from the other three. I think they’re just frustrated because none of them have a token and here I am going for my third. I hate to sound mean or rude or anything, but if they want a token then they just need to step it up and win one. I’m going to try my best and if I win then that’s great. If I lose, then I’m still happy for whoever wins. I understand they’re frustrated but I wish it didn’t have to cause animosity.”

LILLYBELLE: I mean, I just feel like everyone has their strengths and weaknesses. Celia is a great swimmer. I’m a great runner. Suzanne is very smart. We just have to all use our strengths differently.
KELSEY MARIE: And I’m…?
LILLYBELLE: Um… I just feel like you’re good at anything. Like, you don’t really have any weaknesses.
KELSEY MARIE: I’m sorry, Lillybelle, I really don’t mean to take it out on you but this is getting on my last nerve. I’m just tired of losing. And I don’t really want to be around you when you’re winning everything because it just makes me focus on the game too much. *gets up and walks outside*
LILLYBELLE: *sighs* I just don’t know what to do with her…
CELIA: She does have a point, Lillybelle. It’s frustrating for the rest of us when we can’t get a token. It’s not your fault at all though. You deserve them all and she can’t be mad because you’re trying to win the game.
SUZANNE: I don’t think she’s even really mad at you, either… she’s just taking the loss hard.
LILLYBELLE: I guess so. Thank you guys. *they hug*

*She makes it to the Shrine of Victory and Keetin is there, standing next to a very thick, long rope attached to a cinder block at both sides*
KEETIN: Hi, Lillybelle, and welcome back to the Shrine of Victory!
LILLYBELLE: Thank you!
KEETIN: As you know, every time someone wins a challenge, they earn a trip to the Shrine of Victory. Here lies a test - if you pass the test, or mini-mission, then you earn a reward. This reward is in the form of a token. Each token represents an advantage you have in the final mission, should you reach the final two. In the final, there will be several checkpoints you must complete, based on the challenges you’ve faced throughout the game. Each token allows you to completely bypass one checkpoint. Currently, there are two tokens in play, and you have both of them. However, if you successfully complete your task today, you will take a commanding lead with three tokens. Ready to find out what you’ll be doing?
LILLYBELLE: Oh yeah!
KEETIN: Today you will be playing Grump Rope. As you see, there is a very heavy rope laying on the ground attached to two cinder blocks. This rope weighs about 50 pounds.
*Lillybelle’s eyes get wide*
KEETIN: There will be two heats to this test - a long heat and a short heat. For both heats, you will have a time limit. You will be given a certain number of “jumps” to complete within that time limit. A “jump” means having the rope go over your head and end up on the other side, just as you would jump rope. However, of course, this rope is very heavy so it will be difficult to pick it up and it will take a lot of strength and endurance. First up is the long heat, and you must complete it successfully to move onto the short heat. If you pass the short heat, then you will earn a third token. Any questions?
LILLYBELLE: Nope, let’s get this show on the road!

*a minute later, Lillybelle is standing next to the rope ready to start*
KEETIN: This is the long heat. You will have 10 minutes to make 50 jumps. On your mark...get set...go!
*Lillybelle begins to pick up the rope and flip it over her head at a decent pace*
*halfway through…*
KEETIN: Lillybelle, you have 5 minutes left and 21 jumps to make. Good job!
*Lillybelle begins to slow down a little bit but as she hits about 2 minutes left, she digs down*
LILLYBELLE: Eurgh!
*she begins to flip the rope quickly*
KEETIN: …..Two….and…..one! Good job, Lillybelle, you finished the first heat!
*Lillybelle sits on the ground panting for a minute*
KEETIN: Let’s get you ready for round two.

KEETIN: Alright, Lillybelle, in this round you will have to make 15 jumps in 3 minutes. Ready to start?
LILLYBELLE: *sweating but looking determined* Ready as I’ll ever be.
KEETIN: Alright, ready...set...go!
*Lillybelle begins moving at a quick pace, knowing she has just 3 minutes to get 15 jumps finished*
*in the middle she begins slowing down a little bit*
KEETIN: One minute left!
LILLYBELLE: *whispers* Oh no
*she keeps persevering and throwing the rope over her head as quickly as possible until…*




KEETIN: Time! Lillybelle, you completed -

LILLYBELLE!: *out of breath* Oh my God! Yay!!

KELSEY MARIE: I guess I want to just, like, apologize for my behavior yesterday… It was really not cool. But, like, I’m glad you won and all. I’m happy for you. I guess you could say I was jealous but more just disappointed.
LILLYBELLE: Oh, I totally understand. Don’t worry about it! And I think you have every right to want to win.
KELSEY MARIE: I just put a lot of pressure on myself and losing at the Shrine of Victory was so hard to take, especially because I worked my butt off to get there.
LILLYBELLE: Look, Kelsey Marie, if there’s one thing I’ve learned from you, it’s how to be determined. I don’t think anyone expected you to make it so far and outlast people like Jenna and Sarah. But you’ve been doing so well.
KELSEY MARIE: Thanks… and you’ve been doing even better.
LILLYBELLE: Aw, thanks! Good luck today.

*Celia and Suzanne are on the beach talking*
SUZANNE: Are you worried for today?
CELIA: I mean, I’m always worried. I just feel like I have to be in the top two. Because we do have that pact… so I guess the bottom two are going to be sent to the Cutthroat Cove.
SUZANNE: I’m really glad we decided on that. It makes me feel so much better. I will feel sad if I go home but I know that people who deserved to stay will still be in the game.
CELIA: That’s exactly how I feel as well. It’s up to you to make sure you stay.
SUZANNE: And I think that all four of us are going to stick to it. I can’t see anyone betraying that pact.
CELIA: Yeah, me neither. I am a little worried about if I can stay though.
SUZANNE: What do you mean? You haven’t been in the bottom so far.
CELIA: But I haven’t been in the top either. And at this point, if you want to stay, you need to be at the top. I’ve done just so...average in these missions. I just want to reach that level where I can win but I’m not sure I can.
SUZANNE: I think we all feel that way. But we just have to wait for the right mission that fits our skills.
CELIA: You’re right, of course… but part of me feels like that mission isn’t going to come.
SUZANNE: Be confident in yourself! You’re a great player. I’m sure you will be fine today. If anyone has to worry, it will probably be me.
CELIA: Thank you, Suzanne. I really appreciate it.

*a shot of all 4 girls walking onto the challenge beach*
KEETIN: Hey guys! Welcome to your next mission on Cutthroat Beach!
*they all clap*
KEETIN: Today, we are playing for an important power: the winner of today’s mission will decide any two girls to battle it out in the Cutthroat Cove! One player will stay, while the other will be sent home. So there is a lot of power at stake here! Ready to find out what you’ll be doing?
EVERYONE: Yeah!
KEETIN: Today’s challenge is called Platform Hopping. You see out there floating in the ocean are six platforms that are tied to each other. When I say go, you will run out to the FARTHEST platform, untie it, and swim with it back to the shore and haul it into this designated square on the beach. Then, you will run back out onto the platforms and again untie the farthest one and swim back with it. You will keep doing this until you have all six platforms in the designated square. Be careful, though - the platforms are slippery and are floating in the water so you have to keep your balance. If you fall into the water at any point you will have to swim back to the shore and start from the beach again. The person to do this in the fastest time will win the ability to send two others to the Cutthroat Cove, where one will go home. Everyone ready?
EVERYONE: Yep!
KEETIN: Let’s get into position!

KEETIN: Okay, Kelsey Marie, you’re up first! On your mark...get set… go!
*Kelsey Marie runs out to the platform, stumbling a bit as she tries to find her balance but she reaches it and quickly unties it, then swims back at a decent pace. She has trouble dragging the platforms through the sand to the square on the beach but is moving at a decent pace throughout*
*she runs out to her second platform, then her third, then her fourth, then her fifth, and finally she unties her last platform and drags it to the square, out of breath and with a slightly slower pace than she started with*
*she puts the platform into the square*
KELSEY MARIE: Done!
CELIA: That looked so hard…

KEETIN: Suzanne, you’re up next! On your mark… get set… go!
*Suzanne runs out to her platform, moving rather slowly as she has trouble finding her balance on the wobbly platforms*
SUZANNE: This is really a lot harder than it looks!
*she unties her first platform and slowly swims back, then slowly drags it across the beach. She does the same for all of her other platforms, not making any mistakes but still moving at a slow pace the entire time*
SUZANNE: Done!

KEETIN: Celia, it’s your turn! On your mark… get set… go!
*Celia runs out and quickly unties her first platform. She starts swimming back remarkably quickly*
*she goes back for her second platform without any trouble, but when she jumps onto the platform to go for her third one, she wobbles heavily for a second*
CELIA: Woah woah!
SUZANNE: Oh my gosh!
*time seems to stop for a second as Celia struggles to keep her balance on the floating platform…… but she eventually does so, pauses for a second to regain her composure and continues*
*she continues moving at a fast pace, swimming especially quickly and soon she is done*

KEETIN: Last up, we have Lillybelle! On your mark… get set… go!
*Lillybelle runs at a breakneck speed and soon unties her first platform, heads to the beach and puts it in the square*
*as she runs out to retrieve her second platform, she skids a little bit on the slippery surface and slips…*
*as she tries to regain her balance, a wave comes and shakes the platform*
*Lillybelle falls into the water*

*everything is silent for a moment as everyone is in shock, but Lillybelle immediately begins swimming back to the shore*
SUZANNE: Come on, Lillybelle, you can do it!
*Lillybelle looks visibly upset but isn’t letting it affect her performance and she finishes the rest of the mission seamlessly*

KEETIN: Amazing job on that mission, you guys! It was a really tough race between all four of you! In last place, we have…













Suzanne. You got it done, but it just wasn’t fast enough. I’m sorry.
*Suzanne nods in disappointment*
KEETIN: In 3rd place, we have….

*Kelsey Marie puts her face in her hands, obviously disappointed. Lillybelle and Celia look excited*
KEETIN: Just two people left. The winner of this mission is….











CELIA!
*Celia screams and jumps up and down*
KEETIN: Congratulations! It was a close race, but your amazing swimming abilities coupled with Lillybelle’s fall mean that you took home today’s victory! You will have to send two of your three competitors to the Cutthroat Cove later, where one will go home. It’s a big decision to make, so think about it. I’ll see you later, but for now, enjoy your victory.

LILLYBELLE: You did so good today, Celia!
CELIA: I know, thank you! I’m so proud!
SUZANNE: Yeah, you really rocked that mission.

CELIA (Confessional): “Today I did so well at the mission and I WON… can you believe that?! I was so nervous this whole time thinking I wasn’t going to win and I ended up winning anyway… It really makes me feel like I can make it to the end after all. I don’t even want to think about sending someone home tonight, though.”

KELSEY MARIE: “Basically we had our deal that whoever came in last was going to be sent in. And, well, that was me and Suzanne. So I’m upset that I didn’t do well enough to stay, but in a way I’m almost happy. I know I will have a better shot against Suzanne than I do against Lillybelle.”

*shows Kelsey Marie and Suzanne beginning to pack their stuff*
SUZANNE: I’m so disappointed in myself… I wish I could have done better.
KELSEY MARIE: Yeah.
SUZANNE: I’m sorry that we have to go against each other.
KELSEY MARIE: Mhm.
SUZANNE: I’m gonna step outside for a bit.

*Suzanne walks up to Celia and Lillybelle*
SUZANNE: Kelsey Marie’s in one of her moods again… I just don’t want to be around her.
LILLYBELLE: It’s probably just because she’s upset. You know how hard she is on herself.
SUZANNE: Yes, I know. Is it bad to hope that it psyches her out for tonight? *laughs* But seriously, I feel bad going against her knowing how badly she wants this.
LILLYBELLE: At the end of the day, you want this too. So that’s just how the game goes.
SUZANNE: Yeah, I guess… Well congrats on final 3, you guys. I’m gonna go finish packing.

*Lillybelle turns to Celia*
LILLYBELLE: You’ve been a little quiet today. It must suck to have to send two of your friends into the Cutthroat Cove.
CELIA: Oh it’s really awful. And I want to win and everything but I don’t want to see anybody go home.
LILLYBELLE: Well, we’re in the final stretch now. It’s up to you to make it to the end if you want it. You can’t fault them for not winning.
CELIA: Thanks, Lillybelle.
*they hug and Lillybelle walks back into the hut, while Celia goes to sit on the beach. She appears to be deep in thought*

CELIA (voiceover as she stares out toward the ocean): “Knowing that I’m going to be sending one of my friends home is such a terrible feeling. I’m so close to the end that I can taste the victory, but I still have strong competitors left in the game. Making this announcement is going to be so tough because no matter what happens, I’m going to hurt someone and we’re all gonna be upset.”

*scene cuts to the Cutthroat Cove with Keetin standing in the middle of the sandy arena. The four competitors walk onto the rope bridge*
KEETIN: Hi guys!
EVERYONE: Hi Keetin.
KEETIN: Congratulations, Celia, on winning today’s mission! You just earned yourself a spot in the final three. You also earned some power. You will have to send two of your fellow competitors into the Cutthroat Cove, where one will end up going home tonight. Now before we hear your decision, let’s talk about it a little bit. How difficult is it to have to decide which two people should fight for the chance to stay?
CELIA: Oh, it’s so hard. There are so many things going through your head. You become so close to everyone that you want them all to stay but that’s not how the game works unfortunately.
KEETIN: How did you make your decision? What were your thought processes?
CELIA: Well, I was just thinking about everything that’s happened in the game so far. Everything we’ve talked about and everything we’ve done. And I had to come up with a conclusion.
KEETIN: Alright. Celia, without further ado, please tell us who will be going into the Cutthroat Cove this evening.
*Celia takes a deep breath….*
CELIA: The two people I chose are…



















Kelsey Marie…















and Lillybelle.
*everything is silent for a moment as Suzanne, Kelsey Marie, and Lillybelle’s faces contort in shock*
KELSEY MARIE: Oh heck no!
KEETIN: I see that everybody seems to be shocked by this decision. Kelsey Marie, did you expect to be chosen today?
KELSEY MARIE: Yes, Keetin, I did and I was prepared for that. But we were all under the impression that Celia was also going to choose Suzanne. She never told us she was going to go behind our backs and choose Lillybelle.
KEETIN: There will definitely be some long conversations tonight. For now, Lillybelle and Kelsey Marie, return to the huts, pack up your belongings, and say your good byes. Tonight you two will be battling it out in the Cutthroat Cove, where only one will return.
*Lillybelle nods silently as Kelsey Marie glares at Celia angrily. Celia looks guilty while Suzanne is just in shock*

*back at the huts… it’s silent and awkward*
CELIA: I….. I’m sorry you guys.
KELSEY MARIE: Are you freaking serious?! Are you serious, Celia?! All that talk about playing fair and being friends and this is what you do?! I’m just… ughhhh!!!
CELIA: I know! I know-
KELSEY MARIE: I don’t even want you to speak right now! Literally don’t even speak to me! Because we are not friends!
*Celia just looks sadly at Kelsey Marie*
KELSEY MARIE: You basically took all of our friendships and stomped them into the ground. Congratulations, I hope you win. I hope you freaking win and it was worth it. *storms away*

KELSEY MARIE: “Heck yes I am mad at Celia for putting Lillybelle into the elimination! I already knew I was going in. But she went directly against what we ALL agreed upon. It’s unfair to me, it’s unfair to Lillybelle, it’s even unfair to Suzanne. She basically lied to us.”

LILLYBELLE: “I was in shock at being put into the Cutthroat Cove. I fully believed Celia was going to choose Kelsey Marie and Suzanne. It’s not because I don’t think I can do it, but it took everyone off guard.”

SUZANNE: “Boy am I glad right now! I feel bad, but Celia’s decision really saved my butt!”

CELIA (Confessional): “I can’t believe that in just a few hours my whole mood has changed from happiness to depression. I really didn’t want anyone to be mad about my decision. I really want the chance to explain myself… and to apologize.”

*Celia pulls Lillybelle to the side as she’s packing her bags*
CELIA: Lillybelle, I really wanted to talk to you. I really want to explain where I’m coming from.
LILLYBELLE: *nods* You do know that I’m a little upset, right?
CELIA: Absolutely. And you have every right to be. And I’m sorry. I really am. I think I handled it the wrong way. I was only trying to look out for myself and win. You and Kelsey Marie are the strongest people here… I thought… well… I thought I would rather go against Suzanne. But I know I shouldn’t have told you guys I would follow our plan if I wasn’t.
LILLYBELLE: Yeah…. You shouldn’t have.
CELIA: I know! I know. I realize that now. I shouldn’t have even sent you. I should have just said Suzanne, but I don’t know. I got greedy, and now I realize that’s wrong. I know you’re mad, but I hope you forgive me…
LILLYBELLE: Yes, I’m mad, but I understand. I forgive you, Celia. It’s just a game.
CELIA: ...Really?
*Lillybelle nods and they hug*
CELIA: Do you think I should talk to Kelsey Marie?
LILLYBELLE: Probably not, but it can’t hurt to try.

*Instead of talking to Kelsey Marie, Celia decides to go hang out on the beach with Suzanne*
CELIA: Suzanne, why do I just mess things up for myself?
SUZANNE: I don’t know, but I’m glad that you didn’t mess things up for me! *chuckles* I’m just kidding, just kidding.
CELIA: I just feel like I’ll never be friends with Kelsey Marie again.
SUZANNE: Sure you will… maybe. She just has to process her anger first.
CELIA: I feel super guilty because I know one of them will go home tonight.
SUZANNE: At the end of the day, you made the best decision for you. I can’t fault you for that, and they can’t either. It’s what we came here to do.
CELIA: But… I just feel so dirty.
SUZANNE: Just talk to Kelsey Marie. Give it a shot. At least try to make things right. But we have the elimination soon, so hurry.
CELIA: I guess you’re right...

*Celia gingerly approaches Kelsey Marie in the hut*
CELIA: Uh… hey Kelsey Marie.
*Kelsey Marie glances at Celia for a moment with a glare then goes back to packing her stuff*
CELIA: I want to apologize.
*silence*
CELIA: I really am truly sorry. I wasn’t thinking about the consequences of the decision. I wasn’t thinking about how it would affect my friends. You are my friend… or I hope so, and it wasn’t right to surprise you like that. I just want to apologize.
*Kelsey Marie is silent for a moment and then turns to face Celia*
KELSEY MARIE: I am still really mad right now. You betrayed me. But I do recognize where you’re coming from. I can’t say it’s okay, but maybe it will be okay soon.
*Celia nods*
CELIA: I am really, really sorry again.
KELSEY MARIE: Okay, okay. I don’t like you right now, but we both need a hug probably.
*they hug for a moment, then Suzanne comes in the hut*
SUZANNE: It’s time, you guys!

*everyone arrives at the Cutthroat Cove. It is a large, cleared-out sandy arena on the beach. There is a viewing platform on a rope bridge about ten feet in the air on one side of the arena. Keetin is standing in the middle of the arena. In the middle are two large dice that are about 4 feet tall.*
KEETIN: Hi everyone, and welcome back to the Cutthroat Cove! Unfortunately, tonight we are bidding farewell to one of our competitors. XCelia, as the winner of the previous mission, you got to choose which two people will battle it out here tonight. Without further ado, I need to see our competitors Kelsey Marie and Lillybelle.
*the girls descend the stairs into the arena and walk up to Keetin*
KEETIN: Today, you guys will be playing Die Hard. As you can see, there are two very large dice in the middle of the arena, and on either end of the arena there is a square. Before the elimination, I am going to roll this actual die to see what number you need to get. Then, the point of this elimination will be to get your die within the square with that number facing up. You will do this by standing on top of your die, and moving it over to your square by any means possible. However, if you touch the ground at any point, you will have to start over! The first person to do this will remain in the game, while the loser will be eliminated. Let’s get you guys ready.

*scene change to Kelsey Marie and Lillybelle on top of their dies, back to back*
KEETIN: Okay, remember that you have to get this number facing up in your square! The number is *rolls die* 3! Ready… set… GO!
*Kelsey Marie and Lillybelle start rocking their die back and forth*
*Kelsey Marie is trying to go quickly while Lillybelle’s is moving slowly*
*Kelsey Marie’s die finally flips over, and she balances to the other side*
KELSEY MARIE: Yes!
KEETIN: And Kelsey Marie is on the move!
*Kelsey Marie starts trying to flip hers to the left*
*Lillybelle is still trying to flip hers once*
One more flip…

KEETIN: Kelsey Marie flips again! Lillybelle still trying to move.
*Kelsey Marie flips again a little sloppily, just as Lillybelle flips smoothly*
*Kelsey Marie flips again, but almost loses her balance and falls*
KEETIN: Kelsey Marie definitely has a commanding lead right now, but let’s see if she’s flipping her die in the correct way to land that 3 face up in her square.
*Lillybelle flips again, then pauses and thinks*
*Kelsey Marie flips again, then quickly flips again*
*Lillybelle starts trying to flip again, but has lost some momentum from stopping to think*
*Kelsey Marie flips again, then flips again… onto her square*
KELSEY MARIE: Oh shoot! *looks down and sees that the 6 is facing up*
KEETIN: Kelsey Marie has made it to her square but the wrong number is facing up! She is going to have to figure out how to get that 3 facing up!
*Kelsey Marie flips off the square*
*Meanwhile Lillybelle has regained some momentum and has flipped twice towards her square. She then turns to the right and starts trying to flip that way*
*Kelsey Marie flips once backward, then once to the left*
KEETIN: Both girls starting to move quickly now! It’s neck and neck!
*Lillybelle starts to move closer to her square, as Kelsey Marie starts flipping back to her square as well*
Finally, someone flips onto their square. Their 3 is facing upward, and they start cheering.

KEETIN: OH!!...























*horns sound*
Congrats to LILLYBELLE for winning this elimination!!
LILLYBELLE: Yay!! Oh my goodness!
*Kelsey Marie sits on top her die, looking defeated. She was one flip away from her square*
KEETIN: That was an amazing elimination that came right down to the wire. Lillybelle, you just narrowly won out and you’re headed back to the game. Congratulations. Kelsey Marie, you did amazing and everyone is proud of the fight you gave throughout this competition. I’ll give you a moment to say good bye to your friends.

*everyone goes over to hug Kelsey Marie and say their good byes*
CELIA: I’m so sorry.
*Kelsey Marie nods*
CELIA: I’m really going to miss you Kelsey Marie.
*they hug briefly*

*Kelsey Marie exits the arena*

KELSEY MARIE: “I was so close to winning that elimination. I’m just beating myself up. I can blame it on other people, but really I’m going because of myself. I am a very competitive person and I don’t like to lose. That’s one thing I’ve learned here is that I need to take losing better. When I came here I didn’t think I’d make friends but I actually did. I had a good time, but I wish I could have done better.”

KEETIN: Congratulations you guys on making the final three.
*Celia, Suzanne, and Lillybelle cheer*
KEETIN: Tomorrow I’ll see you for next mission, where you’ll be competing for another chance to go to the Shrine of Victory. For now, go back to your hut and get some rest.
ALL: Thanks Keetin!
