Bad title for this haha, but I was thinking about what contestants I would've liked to see swap places (like Connor switching to Blue/Ike switching to Gray in E5)
Personally I would've liked to see Shep & Christa paired on E2, leaving Scooter & Calley as the other team. I've always liked Christa and felt she kinda got screwed over with Scooter as her partner, since nobody really liked Scooter, and although I like Calley for the most part I know that Shep was frustrated with her lack of strength in challenges. I think Christa would've been a good match for him.
It also would have been interesting to see Dakota & Lilly together on E5 because w o w talk about two strong players!

Hmm, interesting. So Scooter and Calley would be quite a dysfunctional team haha.
Speaking of E2, Red/Purple?
Jeff and Jacquelynn remind me of what we've seen of Isaac and Jeszie: They are both capable players who could do well in challenges, but their temperaments could lead to some questions outside of the missions.
As for Annie and Phil? They could've been an intense team. They're the team you would either like, or hate. Good at missions, but their attitudes could play out with strategies and split both the island and the fanbase apart.
How about E3 Yellow and Orange? One team was believed to be mismatched and actually worked out, and the other one was vice versa.
Demian and Bryanah look like they have the teamwork and the skills to do well in challenges. They are also get along well, but they could be targeted due to Bryanah, again.
Monroe and Nicole would be an interesting team, due to their clashing personalities. They also have the capacity to do well, but only if they get along. I see them as the second coming of Jon and Sabrina that way. If not, they could just crash and burn, due to their different ways of gameplay.
E4: Red/Green? (Even though they were good friends.)
Franke and Jeszie would be a bit on the dysfunctional side. How much could Jeszie put up with Franke, and vice versa? I don't see them doing that well in challenges...
Isaac and Erika would be a badass team. Not to mention, one of my favorite teams ever haha.

Ooo I totally agree with you on Yellow/Orange E3 and Red/Green E4. Demian & Bryanah would've been great together! Plus, as you said, Monroe & Nicole would butt heads a lot but it still would have been an interesting (& probably funny) dynamic to watch.
Isaac & Erika would be SUCH an amazing team!!
Speaking of E4, what would the game have been like if Daniela had been partnered with Michael like she originally wanted? So Purple/Orange... I don't think she would have been nearly as successful due to Michael's "rat"-like tendencies and she would have probably been frustrated with him for that. I'm not sure how Jonathan & Kylie would work together largely because I don't feel like I know enough about Kylie? Jonathan surely still would have gone beast-mode in some of the challenges but Kylie doesn't strike me as being nearly as strategic or game-minded as Daniela.

Michael/Daniela would do particularly well at the start, but then get hampered down over such things. While Jonathan could, theoretically, hold up during challenges, I don't see them going further than that. Unless Kylie surprises everyone...  On E5, Red and Green were supposed to be switched, so... Alex/Aeriel: I could see this team flying under the radar with all the drama: Alex would be a non-factor and Aeriel was just a nice girl. However, I could see them winning a mission or two. Cealey/Cameron: I think they would be the beast team of E5; but if they dominated the challenges, wouldn't that lead to a power struggle between them and Dakota/Kelsey? Blue/Purple? (Assuming a Connor-Taylor partnership for the Blue Team): Connor-Kelsey: They seem to have the teamwork to do well in challenges, and with them being really nice people for the most part, could play a good game together! Taylor-Dakota: This could be a hit-or-miss between the two. On the one hand, they could work together, win a few challenges, and make it far as strategies. But that could also pull them apart, with Dakota and his maneuvers versus Taylor's objections to it. Taylor's personality could also make Dakota throw her under the bus and put them under threat. |

For E3:
Red and Blue?
Kareem/Willa: I think this will be a hit-or-miss. On the one hand, Willa would probably be cooler, considering her hostility towards Antonio which may have ruined team dynamics. On the other hand, Kareem wasn't especially strong, so Willa may be irritated by him. I would like to say they won't argue and may be on the downlow, but...
Rachel/Antonio: The stronger of the two teams, though I don't really know how strong Rachel is. If she's competent, then expect a few challenge wins from them.
Gray and Yellow:
Monroe/Lindi: I think Lindi might be a little judgmental about Monroe, and he would be a bit cynical of Lindi's ways. They would be a great team during challenges, but I'm not sure how it would transition strategy wise.
Bryanah/Chris: They would be a strong team.

Another one for E3:
What if Blue and Purple switched?
Reece/Willa: This stands out, as Reece apparently had a crush on Willa. I think they could work together and become a strong team as a result! Not sure of their social game, however.
Antonio/Sarah: This could be hit-or-miss. We know Sarah could be quite shallow and judgemental, so there's a chance they might get off on the wrong foot. If they manage to get along well and overcome that, they could do well. If not, then they could just as easily be targeted.

Shep or Jeff would've been great partners for Michelle. I don't want to break up Green since they became such good friends. I'm curious as to how those eliminated in the right to stay would've faired.

Scooter and Annie probably end up having the same problems as Scooter/Christa did due to Scooter's me against the world mentality, not to mention Annie's own issues with the BYG alliance probably makes them one of the first boots. Jeff and Christa would've been interesting. They both probably align with the BYG alliance since they both got along pretty well with them in that season. And they'd definitely do pretty well in challenges together. |

How about something from E1...
Brandon/Lana: If I recall, they were originally supposed to be together, per Jonna's list. I think they could work together, in both wanted to win and weren't going to back down with their strategies. On the flip side, I wonder how would they handle the social game--would they be on the same page? Because Lana sounded like she would work better with the majority than Brandon would.
Trevor/Layla: This is interesting, because I could see Layla work with anybody! But would they work together in challenges? I'm not totally sure.
