--"Is Jenna still mad as Stephen? Probably?" Did not see that coming, though it was quite cheerful!
--"Bye, Felicia!" On the other hand, I would give Green the benefit of the doubt, maybe it's because they didn't think they would get too far in the next challenge, and didn't think it through as a result.
--That middle finger says a lot.
----Sam: "Maybe the Blue Team is insecure about their games..."
--Two of my favorite competitors from the beginning have caught it!
--Elimination was quite fast here...then again, it's better with eight teams rather than, five.
----What would've happened if more contestants caught the ball than missed? The missed teams would presumably be automatically eliminated?
--"Did anyone think that Brown would make it this far?"
--So many nos on the bottom of the screen...
--I actually thought Blue won for a moment before they've eliminated Brown, haha.
--"If Mitch knows the game so well, why isn't he hosting it?" Wow, some serious shade there, though true. Have any of the contestants watched the original show, by chance?
--Oh. My. God. I did not see this coming. But it was glorious. Though I still love Sarah, haha.
----It was basically like Purple snatching victory from Yellow in "Cherry Picker" from E2.
--Diane and Brent's shade makes one wonder if there are any BTS clips with J.D. making comments about the other contestants.
--"the elimination chamber" Oooh...
--Nooo! Where's "The Temple" music? That's as attached to Endurance as the fan-favorite team getting eliminated in the final three!
----On the other hand, nice location for the "Temple of Fate".
--"I'm stressed." You could say that again...
--The next challenge looks quite fun!
1. What team did you want to win the temple mission and be in control?
I wouldn't mind if Blue was in control, but I'm happy with Chaz and Jenna's victory. I would like to see Green win a mission or two, however. They are sort of winning on me.
2. What team did you want to be victorious at temple?
Gray! I thought Stephen and Nicole should've made it further; they looked like a strong team. At the same time, one could comment how Stephen was being a little sneaky when choosing partners, so karma bites him back in the butt...and as firetruck421 said, "Gray SHOULD be feeling nervous. THEY'RE GRAY TEAM AND THEY LOST THE FIRST TEMPLE MISSION." HAHA on Gray and the first mission: something attached to Endurance is how choosing the color Gray is a virtual death sentence for one team. It's Endurance suicide.
3. Favorite moment / quote from the episode?
Purple and Yellow's confessional after getting kicked out on "Fireball": it's so amusing and cruel to watch. In addition, Orange stealing Blue's victory, even though they are in the same alliance.
Team Rankings:
1. Blue: Honestly, Sarah is one of my favorite contestants on the show--she's athletic and nice and everything you want in a teammate. On the other hand, if they keep doing well like this, they may have to go down a notch or two...
2. Orange: Ditto for Chaz: he always has some of the best quotes, though less so than in the previous episodes. I would like to see him and Jenna go far together!
3. Green: I think Holly endears me so much, Dan, a bit less so. However, I think they could make a good team in the future!
4. Yellow: They are very cute people and upbeat, but I haven't seen their full potential yet! Who knows, maybe they've got something for them...
5. Red: I think they could make a good underdog team as seen with the previous challenge. However, they need better teamwork, if they expect to become the underdog team like Yellow E3/Blue E5. Or more realistically, Green E1/Orange E2.
6. Brown: They're just...there. I'm not getting a good reading from them as of the moment.
7. Purple: I had a bad impression from them from last episode, and a little part of me wanted them to go home. But we'll see...
P.S. Can we do an "if you could have any partner" like post after the season is over?
