When you're rewatching seasons, do you watch recap episodes or do you skip them? I'm talking about those episodes that air in the middle of the season, not any extra episodes like Top 10 Missions/Casting Special/Galapagos Trip/etc.
I almost never watch them and haven't seen them since DK played marathons of Endurance. Do they typically have any new footage?

I've seen a few extra clips during recap episodes; but when I watch them for the first time, I usually don't go back to them when I rewatch seasons.

I never really understand the point of the episodes. I feel like they rarely included anything interesting that we didn't already know, and I was probably too focused on waiting for new content / the next elimination. I probably watched a few, but the ones that are online I always skip over.
