I just watched the "Eruption" mission from E1, and I was wondering, if Green had won, what would've happened next?
Personally, they would've sent Blue and Yellow up to Temple...

It would have likely made the most logical choice for them to make since Blue and Yellow had multiple pieces and Red had only won the survey mission. They would have at least almost certainly have sent Blue given that Blue was also a strong team and had sent Green to temple. They likely would have kept Orange safe since they were also victims of the Blue-Yellow-Red alliance.

I agree that Green would send Blue for obvious reasons, but I think they would have sent Red (after the mission, Ashley mentions that she knew Green would send them if they won). As far as what would happen next, I think Red would go home, and most of the game up until the final two would still be same as it actually happened.
But if Green did send Blue and Yellow, I think the game would've changed pretty significantly. First off, I think Blue would end up being sent home, and Green would still win House of Cards, and give the Samadhi to Yellow. For Dial In, I think Orange would win, and send Red and Yellow to Temple, and Red would end up going home. Orange would win Build a Pyramid, and remove the Samadhi from the game, and Green would win Leap of Fate, and I think Yellow would win at Temple to be in the final two with them.
