I think it's also because the last time somebody threw the Samadhi out of the game was two seasons ago.
Also, it would be complicated to throw the Samadhi out of the game, because there was one more Endurance Mission to play. On E5, there was an Endurance Mission after Hot Potato, which explained why "Create Your Own Game" was the final Endurance Mission. Meanwhile, E4 didn't have that to fall back on.
And if the Samadhi was thrown out of the game, could the Red Team have won the mission?
