As we all watched in Blocked, Gray and Green Teams were really close up until the end. What if the Gray Team won that mission? Would've it changed the course of the game?

If they gave the Samadhi to Yellow instead of Green, then yeah, the game would've changed.

The thing is, if Gray won and then was eliminated, that would just mean Blue would have had 3 pieces. For the most part, getting rid of a team just because of their pieces doesn't really make sense unless the endurance mission was just before the final 3 since the eliminated team cannot give their pieces to the team of their choice.

I agree, but if Gray decided to give Yellow the Samadhi rather than Green, then I believe that the other teams wouldn't have targetted them and Blue as much. If you really think about it, Green (specifically Jeszie) was the main reason why Gray and Blue were targetted so badly in the next challenge, and if they didn't get the Samadhi, then I doubt what actually happened would happen.
