When Monroe beat out all the other guys in Out On A Limb
When Erika beat out everyone in Drop Out

Those are the first two that come to mind for me

For me...either when Yellow overcame the Samadhi in Bagging on You, or E5 Blue surviving their third trip to Temple.

For me it would have to be that Chris and Lindi surviving the Gray Team curse and not being the first team sent home from the Temple and being the only Gray Team that went all the way became the Endurance Champs.
