Episode One

JD: Hi, and welcome to the seventh season of Endurance. This year, Endurance will be travelling to Argentina. Twenty teens will fight [shows a girl yelling "We are going to win the challenge!" to another girl], form alliances [shows three guys and three girls hanging out on a hammock], and backstab [shows a girl saying "I was just pretending to be friends" to another girl] to become the Endurance champion!

JD: Hey guys! Welcome to Endurance! Ready to get your game face on?
Kids: YEAH!!!
JD: Ok, I'll let you get acquainted with your surroundings. But don't get too settled in. Because, as you know, 6 of you will be leaving tonight.
Kids: *nervous looks* *go to the huts*

Eric: Woah, awesome!
Deandre: I call top bunk!

Chad: "I am so psyched about the Right to Stay. It would suck if I went home today."
Jaylen: "I've noticed Richard and Elias kind of stay away from the main group. I don't know if that's their strategy or not, but it makes me nervous."

Domonique: Aah, this is so awesome!
Carmen: I would be sooo sad if I went home today.

Francesca: "I am so ready for the Right to Stay. I was born ready."
Rosemary: "I'm anxious to see how well I do. I want to stay in so badly. I want to prove to everyone I can make it."

Deandre, Eric, Ray, Cheyenne, and Carmen are sitting together by a swing
Ray: So if we make it through the Right to Stay, we'll partner up?
Carmen: Yeah
Deandre: Well, there's three boys and two girls. One boy is going to be alone.
Eric: Someone can lose on purpose.
Ray: Not me
Deandre: No way, not me either
Eric: Or me...So let's get another girl
Carmen: What about Franny? I'll ask her.
Eric: Sounds good
Ray: Yeah
Carmen: Ok
Carmen and Cheyenne run off to find Francesca

Cheyenne: "Ok, so me and Carmen and Deandre and Eric and Ray formed an alliance. But there's three boys and two girls, so me and Carmen asked Francesca to join and she agreed. So...I'm all set!"

JD: Ok, guys, ready for your Right to Stay?
Kids: *mixed responses*
JD: OK. As you see out there, there are 10 poles. At the top of each pole, there are two bars. Each is four inches long and an inch and a half wide. You will have to stand there for as long as you can. The first three guys and the first three girls to drop are eliminated. The rest will become official Endurance players. Ladies first!

2 minutes later

JD: Ok, girls, into position. 1...2...3...Go!

Mallory: Aah, this is really hard.
Cheyenne: Hang on everyone!
Domonique: We're not hanging, we're standing.
Cheyenne: Whatever. Just don't fall.

JD: Girls, you've been standing there for 45 seconds! Good job!

Mallory: *falls* *slaps water and goes to shore*

Ray: Hang on Chey!
Chad: You can do it, Domonique!

Domonique: Aah! Aah! *regains balance*

JD: Oh, Domonique almost fell. Oh, Ana just fell! Good job Ana, you managed to stand on those thin bars for two minutes.

Three minutes later

JD: Ok, girls, you've been standing there for five minutes.

Domonique: Someone fall already!
Carmen: No kidding!
Alicia: *slips and falls* Ugh! No!
JD: That's it! Mallory, Ana, and Alicia are going home. The rest of the girls are official Endurance players!

Episode Two

JD: Last time on Endurance -
Twenty teens from across the country came together in Argentina to compete for the title of Endurance champion
The girls competed in the Right to Stay, where Mallory, Ana, and Alicia went home
Now it’s the boys’ turn, and later, drama erupts as the Partner Mission approaches

JD: Congrats, girls, now guys, it’s your turns.

*Few minutes later*

JD: Everyone ready?
Guys: Yeah!
JD: And…go!

Guys: *step out onto the thin bars*

JD: Good job, guys, 45 seconds!
Richard: Aah! Aah…Woah! *falls*
JD: Ohh, Richard just fell! That’s one guy down.

Ray: *begins hopping up and down*
Vincent: Aah, stop!
Ray: *continues*
Eric: Dude, Ray, stop.
Vincent: Seriously!
Ray: *does it one more time*
Vincent: Woah! *falls and slaps water aggressively*

JD: Ray’s bouncing has caused Vincent to fall. One more guy, who will it be?

JD: 5 minutes, guys!
Ray: Someone needs to go, seriously!
Chad: Yeah! *starts bouncing like Ray*
Ray: *joins Chad*
Corey: No, stop stop, you guys no! *falls*
JD: Corey fell! That’s it, the rest of you are official Endurance players!

Mallory: *crying* I was so nervous for the Right to Stay, I thought I could do it, but when I saw what the challenge was, I knew I wasn’t going to stay.

Ana: “I’m sad that I didn’t make it, but everything happens for a reason. Besides, it’s not every day you get dropped off in Argentina with 19 amazing guys and girls. I’m happy while it lasted.”

Alicia: “I was kind of weaker than the other girls, I wanted to prove myself, but it didn’t work out.”

Richard: “I’m the smallest and youngest and weakest guy here, I was so hoping the Right to Stay would be mental, but it wasn’t *shrugs*”

Vincent: “I wish I could have stayed. It was stupid and thoughtless of Ray to do that. I hope he’s the first team eliminated.”

Corey: “I was doing really well until Ray and Chad started bouncing. I was halfway between them and it ruined my balance.”

Kids: Yay!

Kids: *everyone is smiling*

JD: Get some rest, and think over who would you like as a partner. Oh, and here’s a clue: let everyone know who you want and the color you and your partner want. Have a good day.

Kyrina: “Woo-hoo! Watch out everyone, Kyrina’s in it to win it!”
Rosemary: “Oh my gosh…Words can not express how grateful I am to make it.”
Elias: “People were writing me off as the geek. Sure showed them wrong.”

Francesca: So, who do ya want as your partner?
Domonique: Not Elias
Francesca: Man, I feel sorry for the guy who gets Kyrina.
Domonique: He’s gonna be in a load of trouble…
Francesca: We should go make a list of who wants to be with who…
Domonique: Yeah, let’s go get everyone
*They walk out the hut*

Chad: Who do you want as your partner?
Chris: I don’t know, Kyrina looks like she means business.
Chad: None of the girls like her much.
Chris: Whatever. We’ll just dominate the competition.
Chad: Haha

Kyrina: No, I don’t want him!
Carmen: Then who do you want?!
Kyrina: It’s none of your business!
Francesca: Then someone will pick your partner
Chelsea: Why don’t we vote on who gets who?
Kyrina: No! That’s a stupid idea! I’m out of here! *storms away*
Domonique: What was that?
Carmen: No idea.
Rosemary: I have an idea
Carmen: Shoot.
Rosemary: Everyone writes down their top 3 choices and puts their name at the top and I make a list of who will be with who.
Francesca: What about colors?
Rosemary: And your top 2 colors.
Chelsea: I’ll go tell the guys. *walks off*

Domonique: “Ok, so Rosemary had a great idea, so I wrote down my color choices of Blue and Purple, and my guy choices were Chad, Eric, and Chris.”

Carmen: “I told Franny and Chey not to write down the alliance because we don’t know Rosemary well, she could tell everyone. So I just wrote down Blue, Green, and Ray, Eric, and Deandre."

Chelsea: *comes back with the guys and her votes*
Rosemary: *collects everyone’s votes* What about Kyrina?
Francesca: Just let her sulk.

Rosemary: “Everyone wrote down their top choices so I made a list, so now everyone just needs to remember it *unfolds a piece of paper and puts it up to the camera*

BLUE: Carmen and Deandre

GRAY: Cheyenne and Eric

Carmen: “Rosemary gave everyone the list. There’s obviously some faults, but it’s the best we could do. Rosemary’s super smart so I know she did what she thought best.”

Kyrina: “I got a copy of ‘The List’ and I’m so happy with Chris as my partner.”

JD: *walks up to the huts* Hi guys!
Kids: Hey JD! *walks out*
JD: Ready for the partner mission?
Kids: YEAH!!!
JD: Well, I have a surprise.
Domonique: Oh no…
JD: There will be no Partner Mission.
Everyone: Oh my gosh!!!! *hands over mouths in shock*
JD: Follow me and see. *walks off*
Everyone: *whispers and follows*

*30 seconds later*

JD: Welcome to the Big Rock. As you can see, there’s 14 spots to sit here in this little meadow, and a giant rock in the middle. *stands in front of the rock* Take a seat

*Everyone nervously sits down*

JD: To decide your partners, you will vote on who gets who.
Everyone: *shocked again*
JD: *passes out 14 pieces of leather and markers*
JD: Ok, everyone, vote for who you want on the Blue team.
Everyone: *bends over and scribbles down names*
*Continues for all the teams*
JD: Ok, pass your votes up to me
JD: *calculates the votes*
JD: The boy…On the blue team is…Deandre.

Deandre: *stands up as everyone claps*
JD: Deandre, your partner is…..Carmen.

Carmen: *stands up and smiles, then heads over to the Blue triangle with Deandre*

JD: Ok, we have out first official team. The boy on the Green team is…

JD: Ok, we have our first official team. The boy on the Green team is...Eric
Everyone: *looks a little surprised*
Eric: *stands up hesitantly and walks over to the Green triangle*
JD: Eric, your partner is...Francesca
Francesca: *stands up and looks relieved but a bit flustered as she joins Eric*
JD: Ok, so far we have the Blue team of Carmen and Deandre, and the Green team is Francesca and Eric. Let's see who's on Red next. The girl...On the Red team...Domonique.

Domonique: *mouth drops open as she stands up and slowly walks to the Red triangle*
JD: Why so surprised Domonique?
Domonique: I...I thought I was going to be on Purple...
JD: You'll just have to endure past that. Maybe your pre-planned partner will join you on Red. We'll see right now. The guy on the Red team is...Jaylen.
Everyone: *completely shocked*
Jaylen: *puts hand over his mouth*
Domonique: *wipes a tear from her eye*
Jaylen: *slowly walks to the Red triangle*

JD: Well, I see that wasn't what was planned. But, Domonique and Jaylen, for better or for worse, you are the Red team.
Domonique: *sniffs*

JD: Well..onto the next team, which will be the Orange team. Rosemary.......You are not on the Orange team. And neither are you, Cheyenne. Which leaves Kyrina and Chelsea. Hmm...Carmen. Why don't you tell me which girl you would like on the Orange team?
Carmen: *looks surprised but pleased*
Kyrina: *looks furious*
Chelsea: *looks nervous*
Carmen: *thinks for a second* Umm...Kyrina I guess
Kyrina: *smiles at Carmen and steps on the Orange triangle*
JD: Ok, Kyrina, you are on the Orange team. And according to votes, your partner will be...Elias.
Kyrina: *looks shocked and furious*
Elias: *looks a bit scared and apprehensively moves to join Kyrina on the Orange triangle. Kyrina turns her back to him*
JD: I see we'll have some trouble to work out...Now onto the Yellow team.

JD: The girl on the Yellow team will be...Chelsea. Chelsea, who did you have in mind as your partner?
Chelsea: Well...I was supposed to have Elias...But now, I don't know.
JD: Well, Chelsea, your partner is....Chad.
Chelsea: *looks surprised but extremely happy*
Chad: *looks a bit disappointed*
Domonique: *looks angry and sad*
Chad: *joins Chelsea on the yellow triangle*

JD: Now we are down to the last 4 people...Rosemary, Cheyenne, Chris, and Ray. Two of you are on the Purple team, and two of you are on Gray. Rosemary.....you are on the Gray team, which means Cheyenne is on Purple. Rosemary, your partner is...Chris. Which means Gray is Rosemary and Chris, while Purple is Cheyenne and Ray. That's it, we have our seven official teams of Endurance: Argentina!

*everyone looks relieved that the partner "mission" is over and a bit nervous standing next to their partner*

JD: Now that that's over, I bet you all want to know what yall are playing for, right?
Everyone: YEAH!
JD: Well this year...You will be playing for a trip to the islands of the Philippines! You will be able to explore the tropical and lush jungles, and get up close and personal with the native wildlife. Meet the locals who make their living off the land, and swim in the some of the clearest water in southeast Asia.
Everyone: *looks very excited*
JD: Now, go get a good rest and talk to your partner and get to know them better. You'll need good communication to stay in this game. You'll get your first pieces tomorrow. Have a good night!
Everyone: *heads to the huts, chatting*

Chad: *lowers voice* At least you don’t have CHELSEA…Seriously *peeks a glance at her sitting on the other end of the hut, playing Solitaire*
Kyrina: *huffs* Well, I have Elias! ELIAS! Really!
Domonique: Yall guys…Maybe we should make an alliance.
Chad: Definitely
Kyrina: Yep, I’m in.
Chelsea: You didn’t consult your partner about this…
Chad: Well, you’re on the other side of the hut, you can say no if you want.
Chelsea: No, no, it’s OK…
Chad: Whatever *continues talking with Domonique and Kyrina*

Chelsea: “Chad does not want to make this work…All he cares about is being with Domonique. I mean, hello, this is how the game turned out, we’re partners for the whole game. He needs to step up and stop being so immature.

Domonique: *tears in her eyes* “Some people apparently decided to mess up the vote and I wasn’t with Chad…But it’s all good, we made an alliance and all and we’re super best friends…My only concern is Jaylen…Oh my gosh…He’s so not strong and he’s really quiet. But he’s my partner so…I guess I have to make it work with him.”

Jaylen: Haha…so did Kyrina tell you yellow, orange, and red have an alliance?
Elias: No…I’ve said, like, two words to her since the partner mission…ha…
Jaylen: I guess we both got stuck with partners we didn’t want
Elias: At least your partner TALKS to you…
Jaylen: Well…yeah…ha…

Carmen: Aah, I’m so excited we all got the right partners.
Ray: Me too, we’re totally gonna dominate.
Francesca: Definitely
Deandre: So did yall hear about orange? They’re not even talking to eachother!
Cheyenne: Yeah, that’s hilarious…psycho Kyrina and shy Elias…
Francesca: Who messed up the votes?
Deandre: I did
Ray: Me too, so did Chris, I know that.
Eric: Yeah, I messed it up, too, but not our alliance teams.
Francesca: Who do yall think is a big threat?
Carmen: Orange and red. We need to get rid of them. Orange is just not a good team, and red is a ringleader. Because Domonique and Chad are best friends and Jaylen and Elias are best friends.
Eric: What about gray and yellow…
Ray: Oh yeah, Chelsea and Rosemary are best friends and so are Chris and Chad…
Carmen: This is so confusing!
Deandre: Well I don’t think gray will really be a threat…do you?
Ray: Not really
Cheyenne: No
Carmen: Oh, look, there’s JD, we must be getting our pieces

JD: Come out everyone!
Everyone: *comes out the huts*
JD: How was your night?
*a few replies are heard*
JD: Well today, you are going to get your first pieces and also compete in your first Endurance mission. Follow me. *walks off as everyone follows*

JD: Take a good look at these pieces. You will find that you cannot have true endurance unless you possess each of the qualities represented on these pieces. They are commitment, courage, discipline, leadership, luck, perseverance, strength, heart, knowledge, trust, ingenuity, teamwork, friendship, karma, and the newest piece, strategy.

JD: Orange team, Kyrina, come up here. Your piece will be strength. You need a lot of strength to make it in this game.

JD: Blue team, Carmen come get your piece. Your piece will be the commitment piece. You’ll need the commitment to stay in the game and stay true to yourself and your partner.

JD: Purple team, you guys will get the teamwork. Teamwork is a very important part of this game, and it will help you make it all the way to the finals.

JD: Gray team, this game is going to take a lot of ingenuity, and that’s why I’m awarding you the ingenuity piece.

JD: Green team, you guys get heart. You need a lot of heart to endure the competition and the location of Argentina.

JD: Yellow team, you will get the discipline piece. You guys will need the discipline to make it all the way to end and become the Endurance champions.

JD: And, lastly, the red team. You guys will get perseverance. Domonique, you didn’t get the partner you wanted, but you have persevered through that.

JD: Everyone, go hang up your pieces and I’ll meet you later for the first Endurance mission.
*everyone walks away to hang up their pieces*

Rosemary: “Ingenuity is a good piece to have because in some missions you have to figure out the best way to win. I’m smart and Chris is good at strategy so it fits us.”

Kyrina: “Strength is a great piece because a team needs strength to win.”

Carmen: Ah, I’m so excited…now that we got our pieces it feels like we’re really official Endurance players.
Chad: I have a question, who messed up the voting?
*no one speaks*
Chelsea: A lot of people are lying, someone must have messed up the lists.
Chris: Well…I switched a few people around but not that much…
Ray: Yeah, same.
Kyrina: Other people must have done it also.
Cheyenne: Oh well, let’s just forget it. It’s over and done.
Domonique: Yeah. Everyone, just talk to your partner, you’ll get along even if it’s not the person you want.
Jaylen: *smiles at Domonique*

Kyrina: Ugh…
Francesca: I’m ready!
JD: Follow me *walks off*
*the teams follow*

JD: Today, you will be playing in your first Endurance mission. The winner of this mission will get an extra piece and take the lead, but also get the dreaded Samadhi. Whoever receives the Samadhi will have a handicap in tomorrow’s temple mission. Ready to start?
Everyone: YEAH!
JD: Today’s mission is called Red Light, and it completely based on luck.
Domonique: Oh darn…
JD: When I say go, you will swim out across the water, climb the rope ladder, and onto the circular platform. You will then choose one of the unlit lights. Once everyone has a light, a red light will travel around the platform and eventually will slow and stop on someone’s light. If it stops on you, your platform will immediately move from under you and you will plunge into the water. The last person standing will win an extra piece and control of the Samadhi. Everyone get ready.

JD: On your marks…get set….go!
Everyone: *runs out to the water*
JD: Kyrina and Chad are dominating! Deandre is not far behind! Chelsea, Elias, and Rosemary are lagging behind! Rosemary is the last one to hit the water!
Francesca: Eric…help me!
Eric: Come on, Francesca, grab my hand.
*they help eachother across to the rope*
JD: Kyrina and Chad are almost to the top of the rope! Choose wisely! There’s 14 choices, and only one will win!
*Kyrina chooses 3 and Chad chooses 11. Deandre chooses 10. Cheyenne chooses 4. Carmen chooses 6. Ray chooses 13. Jaylen chooses 8. Chris chooses 1. Francesca chooses 2. Eric chooses 12. Some people are lagging behind*

JD: Today’s mission is called Red Light, and it completely based on luck.
Domonique: Oh darn…
JD: When I say go, you will swim out across the water, climb the rope ladder, and onto the circular platform. You will then choose one of the unlit lights. Once everyone has a light, a red light will travel around the platform and eventually will slow and stop on someone’s light. If it stops on you, your platform will immediately move from under you and you will plunge into the water. The last person standing will win an extra piece and control of the Samadhi. Everyone get ready.

JD: Today you will be competing in your first temple mission. The winner will send two teams to the dreaded Temple of Fate, where only one will return. Is everyone ready?
Everyone: Yeah!
JD: Blue team, you will be sitting out in today’s mission because you got the Samadhi. Please go sit on that bench
*Carmen and Deandre walk over to the bench*
JD: For everyone else, this mission is called Teamwork is the Key. Out there, there are six logs. They are very smooth and about 30 feet long. You and your partner will stand on one end, and make your way over to the other end by switching places. You walk around each other, over each other, it’s your choice. But you cannot walk one step until your partner is ahead of you, then you will maneuver yourself around him or her. If you fall, get right back on where you fell and try to catch up. The first team to reach the end wins and has the right to send two teams to the temple of fate. Everyone ready?

JD: Let’s get into position

JD: Yellow is starting to have some problems! They’ve been passed up by gray. It seems only two teams are competing! Two are sitting out and the other three haven’t moved a step in quite some time!
Domonique: We’re trying, JD!
JD: Not hard enough!
*Domonique laughs*
JD: Green getting awfully close! The log tapers thinner at the end, so it’s harder!
Francesca: It’s not gonna work. We have to try something else.
Eric: Okay.
JD: Gray is now almost tied with green…and red is back in this!
Domonique: Come on Jaylen we got this!
Rosemary: Hold on, we’re stuck.
Chris: What?
Rosemary: Look, it’s too thin for us to go around each other or for me to go over you.
Chris: Oh. Hm…
Francesca: Hey, I have an idea! Stand up! Quick!
*Eric stands up and Francesca crawls through his legs*
*she hops off the end of the log, followed by Eric*
JD: That’s it, the green team has won!
*Eric and Francesca scream and hug. Purple and Blue rush over and start hugging them and screaming too*
JD: I see blue and purple celebrating too! Are they safe?
Francesca: Probably!
JD: Well, we’ll see. Later today we will hear your decision about who is going to temple. Remember, only one team is coming back.

Francesca: “Uh huh *dances* We won, green won. The temple mission! Now we get to choose two teams who might go home and orange is definitely one of them! But I don’t know about the other…”

Eric: Look, it’s simple. Orange and red.
Francesca: But…
Eric: But what?
Francesca: I’m not sure I want to send red…I’d rather send yellow.
Eric: Yellow? They’re one of the weakest teams out here! Along with gray!
Francesca: Along with red.
Eric: Fine, you know what, do what you want. *storms off*

Francesca: Carmen! Carmen! I need your help
Carmen: What is it?
Francesca: You need to ask Domonique about the alliance with orange, yellow, and gray. If she does have an alliance, we’re gonna send them to temple. If they don’t, then they need to join us or be sent.
Carmen: You’re so evil!
Francesca: It was Cheyenne’s plan!
Carmen: What? Cheyenne? She wouldn’t hurt a fly!
Francesca: I know! But it’s a good plan. Just do it. Please?
Carmen: Ok.

*Carmen approaches Domonique in the girls hut*
Carmen: Domonique…I need to know if red is with orange, yellow, and gray. Green’s gonna send you if you are.
Domonique: I’m not…
Carmen: You’re pretty close to Kyrina.
Domonique: I was only pretending to be friends.
Carmen: Well…since you aren’t…Francesca told me she’d send you unless you joined us…
Domonique: Join you? The alliance? As in…purple, green, and blue?
Carmen: Yes.
Domonique: ….Let me think about it, and talk to Jaylen.
Carmen: Okay, but be quick. Your fate in this game lies in your hands.

JD: Hey everyone! Well, green team has all the power. Is anyone worried?
*yellow, gray, orange, and red raise their hands*
JD: So, it seems the teams that were celebrating with green seem to have an alliance…is this true, Deandre?
Deandre: It’s not a secret anymore, so yeah, we have an alliance.
JD: Domonique…any alliances?
Domonique: Not that I know of…
JD: Jaylen?
Jaylen: We look out for ourselves
*Francesca shoots a glance at Carmen*
JD: So…Eric…have you decided which teams are going to the temple of fate?
Eric: Yes.
JD: And who are they?
Eric: Orange and yellow.
JD: Orange, yellow, you’ll have to pack your bags, say your goodbyes. You leave at sunset.
*Chelsea nods sadly*
*they get up and return to camp*

Chad: “This game is not over yet. Yellow is going to come back with a vengeance and win.”

JD: Yellow, orange, welcome to the temple of fate. The goal of this game is to outwit your opponent by picking the dominant element two rounds. Remember, fire burns wood, water puts out the fire, and wood floats on water. The first team to outwit their opponent and pick the dominant element twice is going back to camp. The other team will be leaving Argentina…forever. Pick up your first rock.

JD: Will the dominant elements please rise now.

Orange: Water
Yellow: Wood

Chad: Yes!
JD: Yellow picked wood, orange picked water, wood floats on water, yellow, that’s one win for you. One more and you’re going back to camp. Orange, one more loss, and you must go home. Pick up your next element.

JD: Complete opposites this time. Orange, you’ve tied it up and stayed in this game. Whoever wins the next round is going back to the beach. Pick up your final rock.

JD: Orange picked fire, yellow picked water. Water puts out the fire, yellow, you’re going back to the beach. Orange team, you had a bumpy ride here. From your partner problems at the start, to winning a mission, to going to temple. Unfortunately, your time in Argentina has ended.
*Kyrina wipes away a tear and nods*

JD: Last time on Endurance…

With blue handicapped by the Samadhi, purple and green knew they had to win
Green was able to pull off the win
After trying to strike a deal with red, green eventually sent orange and yellow to the Temple of Fate
Orange became the first team sent home

Jaylen: “As far as I know, Domonique’s deal with blue, purple, and green is still on, but gray and yellow don’t know that, so we’re kind of playing both sides…but, we will send blue, purple, or green to temple in a heartbeat.

Francesca: “Red is saying they’re with us, but I don’t really believe them.”

Rosemary: “It is very important for gray to win this mission. We need to prove ourselves.”

Chelsea: It’s possible.
Chris: They wouldn’t do that so early in the game, right?

Ray: A lot of people…Now just promise me, you won’t do anything to screw up the game for me.

JD: As you know, orange was eliminated at temple last night, but they left behind a letter. Hm…Carmen, why don’t you read it?
Carmen: Okay. *takes the letter*

Dear Final Six,

We had a great time playing the game with you all. There was a lot of drama, and we made a lot of friends, but we’re not going to go easy on this letter. We went out, so we we’re going out with a bang (Kyrina’s idea).

First of all, blue team, you are really fake and are really preppy and mean. Get over yourselves. Purple and green, though with you now, will backstab you at the final 4, or even final 5. Get rid of them while you can.

Green and purple, you think you’re so great, controlling the game. Well, you’re not. Three of you need to grow up (though Ray is awesome - we can’t stand your partner).

Yellow and gray, you two teams are quiet, but smart and great friends. Don’t backstab eachother, or red, and you will do great. Good luck!

And finally, red team. Domonique, you are Kyrina’s best friend here, and Jaylen and Elias had so much to talk about. We feel like you overcame so much just to get even to this point. This is why we are giving you our Strength and Luck pieces. Good luck, not only to you, but to yellow and gray also!!

JD: Well, that was quite an interesting letter. It might have some food for thought in there. Either way, red, I expect you’re very happy, orange left their two pieces to you, which gives you a commanding lead over the other teams. Red team, you have three pieces, while everyone else only has one. Today, we will be competing for another TWO pieces.

JD: Tomorrow’s temple mission will be played….in super teams.
Carmen: I knew it!
JD: Today’s mission is called Rope Swing. There are ten ropes hanging horizontally out there over the water. One at a time, you and your partner will swing across all ten and stand on the platform over there. If you fall off your rope, you must start over. After that, one of you will need to grab your flag and swing back. The first team to hang their flag will win the mission, two pieces, and the power to choose the super teams. Red, if you win this mission, you will have five pieces, to everyone else’s won. Think you can do it?
Domonique: Yep!

JD: Okay, everyone get ready…On your marks…get set…go!
*the first people swing onto the ropes*
JD: Domonique swings out and immediately falls. Chelsea is having trouble already. Rosemary and Francesca are going at a steady pace, and Carmen and Cheyenne are going very fast. Blue seems to have a bit of the lead.
JD: Carmen is on her fifth rope, Cheyenne right behind her on her fourth, Rosemary is on her third, and Francesca is on her second. Chelsea is still on the first rope. Domonique is trying again to swing out. She does it successfully.
JD: Carmen is zipping through this mission! She’s on rope 8, Cheyenne is on rope 6, Rosemary and Francesca are on rope 4, Chelsea, after having trouble moving, is on rope two now, and Domonique is right behind her.
JD: Carmen is on the ninth rope, Cheyenne is starting to catch up on rope 8, Rosemary is moving quickly now, on rope six. Francesca is behind her on rope 5, Chelsea is still on rope two, while Domonique is having trouble getting to rope three.
JD: Carmen just reached the platform for blue! Deandre successfully swings out. Cheyenne is now on the platform! Ray swings out. Rosemary and Francesca are on rope seven, Chelsea is moving onto rope four, and Domonique is still having trouble with rope three.
JD: Deandre is also speeding through this challenge, already on rope three, about to lap Domonique!
Jaylen: Come on, Domonique!
JD: Rosemary is onto the platform, as well as Francesca! Both Chris and Eric swing out now. Chelsea is on rope five, and Domonique is on rope four. Ray is on rope two.
JD: Chelsea is on rope seven, she’s getting the hang of it now! But it may be too late; Deandre is right behind her on rope six. Domonique is on rope five, Chris and Ray are catching up on rope four, and Eric is on rope two.
JD: Chelsea is on her ninth rope, Deandre is still behind her on his eighth rope. Domonique is now on her sixth rope, but so are Chris and Ray. Eric is on rope three.
JD: Chelsea is on her platform! Chad is swinging down now, but he may be too late.
JD: Deandre is almost to his platform…almost…almost…he’s on the platform! Blue team, choose a player who will swim back and raise the flag!
Carmen: Deandre!
JD: Blue is taking their flag back, while Chris is on his 8th rope, Ray and Domonique are on their seventh, Eric is on his fifth, and Chad is on his second. Deandre is swimming as fast as possible, though!
JD: Chris is at gray team’s platform! He wastes no time in grabbing the flag and jumping in the water. Deandre is about halfway to the first platform.
JD: Ray and Domonique are on their eighth rope, Eric is on his sixth, Chad is on his fourth, and both Chris and Deandre are swimming as fast as possible for their first platform.
Carmen: COME ON DEANDRE!!!
Rosemary: Good job Chris!
Jaylen: Move faster, Domonique!
JD: Ray and Domonique have reached their platform! Jaylen swings out for red, but it’s almost certainly too late. Cheyenne and Ray are trying to decide who should swim over to the first platform. Eric is on rope eight, Chad is on rope six, Jaylen is on rope three, and Chris is almost tied with Deandre, but both are looking tired.
JD: Deandre has reached his platform first, but Chris is right behind him, and they’re both climbing! Ray is swimming for purple, but it’s unlikely that he can make up the time. Eric is on rope nine, Chad is on rope 7, and Jaylen is picking up Domonique’s slack because he is on rope five.
JD: Chris has a very slight lead over Deandre, but they’re both neck and neck. They’re both climbing up quickly.
JD: Both are pulling up their flagpoles…and…WE HAVE A WINNER!
Carmen: YESSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!
JD: Blue team, congratulations, you’ve won your first mission!
Deandre: Oh my gosh!
JD: You get two pieces, and the power to choose the super teams.
*Chris looks extremely angry*
Carmen: Yes!!!
JD: You have all afternoon to make your decision. Congratulations on the win, blue.
*they hug*

Eric: I know. They have no chance. I mean, Jaylen’s smart but not strong, Domonique sucks at challenges, Rosemary is almost as bad as Domonique except she’s smart, Chad and Chris are strong but they have no teamwork, and Chelsea’s smart but sucks at physical stuff too so…
Cheyenne: Yeah and all six of us are smart and strong and good with teamwork…
Deandre: We’re so gonna win.

Chelsea: We have to win tomorrow.
Chris: I know, we haven’t won anything! I’m so impatient.
Chelsea: They’d send gray and red though, if they won.
Chris: How do you know? They sent us last time, against orange.
Chelsea: Carmen told me she doesn’t want to send us.
Chris: Yeah right.
Rosemary: Hi guys.
Chelsea: Hi Rose!!

Rosemary: “It sucks because if we lose, at least me or Chelsea is going to temple and we’re really close friends.”

Chelsea: “We really need to win or else our alliance is just going to get weaker and weaker.”

JD: So, congrats blue on winning the mission. You have a pretty sizeable lead, along with red. How do you feel about that?
Carmen: Well it feels really good because if you make it to the finals, then it’s all about pieces.
JD: Red, not to pick on you, but you didn’t do so well in the mission today. What happened?
*red laughs*
Domonique: Well, I’m not really good at swinging on ropes so…Jaylen did really well, though.
JD: So, let’s get to the super teams. I can almost guess what the teams are, but before you reveal them, blue, what was the decision based on?
Carmen: Well, kind of both friendship and strategy…
JD: What are the super teams?
Deandre: Well, we decided that on our super team will be…purple…and green.
JD: So we have one super team over here, blue, purple, and green. And the other, yellow, gray, and red. Tomorrow we will play in our second temple mission, and tomorrow night another team will be leaving us. Good luck and see you tomorrow *leaves*

Cheyenne: “I’m feeling really confident! If we lose, though, it will be so sad because one of us three teams will have to leave and we’re such great friends…”
