well i atleast think we should have like contests like we have to come up with ideas for the site and we vote for the best ones and they move on cause i mean we need to know they will do a good job. i mean just because youve been here for a year or have 1,000 posts doesnt mean you have good ideas and are creative enoguh for the job i mean we dont know a lot about eachother so we should do things to get to know everyone. like maybe have people ask questions and stuff?

But jut throwing my opionion out, the people that have been on longer may have a better chance because it shows were definitly loyal to the board and posts do count for activeness on the board. Even though most arnt even on the discussion of Endurance. =(

Rather than only one person being eliminated each voting round, why not have only one round? It makes more since, especially since there is such an overwhelming majority of votes for one person.
