Well you don't always have to have Integrity to win Endurance. I mean for the most part, the teams that won did, but Gray E3 was sneaky (Lindi and Chris' partner mission plan) and Cealey isn't the most integrity-filled person. But now that I think about it, good usually does triumph over evil in the finale (E1, E3, and you could argue for E5 and E6) so maybe it would make a good piece, I dunno.

Guts.

Gotta have guts to deal a port-a-potty for two weeks. (I mean, I suppose you could go in the woods or the lake, but ewww.)

You also gotta have guts to be able to shower in those gross showers, change clothes around strangers, etc.
