I'm in my third year of college and I'm currently looking into grad schools for marine biology/science programs and one of the schools I looked into (one of the USCs I think) has a marine research station located on Catalina Island. Also, I'm going to Costa Rica over spring break, so that reminds me of E4. Yeah... Catalina Island for sure. I'm surprised that no other channel has picked up on the concept, if not the outright name and all that. This show is really a teen version of Survivor and I'm surprised no one else has tried it. |

I'm very surprised, too! I've always preferred the Temple of Fate to the Survivor voting system because it gives you another chance at the game. Also forgot to mention the reason I started rewatching Endurance was because I was rewatching Make It or Break It before the Olympics, and Tom from Hawaii plays Rigo, Payson's boyfriend in MIOBI's season 3. |

Is there anything random that makes you nostalgic for Endurance? Like I was just looking at the board and noticed that one of them was "Msg2Endurplayers" and it made me super nostalgic because it's like that because that's all the characters they could fit into the title of that board on the old site... And it made me miss when Endurance was just super popular and Endurance players actually got on the site and were active and talked about the show... meanwhile it's been 14 years since season 1. EDIT: OH MY GOD WTFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF IT'S BEEN 14 YEARS SINCE SEASON 1?! PEOPLE WHO WERE BORN WHILE SEASON 1 WAS AIRING COULD NOW LITERALLY BE ON THE SHOW?  It's ridiculous! Endurance ended when I was only 8 years old, a long time before I would ever be able to apply to be on it. I started watching when I was 10. I can't believe I'm 17 now and have actually surpassed the age for being on the show if it were to still exist. I still kind of see everyone while rewatching in the same time frame as I was when I was 10 years old, as mature and serious teenagers. Can't really see myself being older than the competitors in their time on the show, even though I obviously am. Its weird lol |

Okay, so I don't know why, but Kyla Ross reminds me a lot of Erika. Like they don't even really look the same, but I think it's the face shape and they have similar smiles and they're both from California.
But anyway every time I watch Kyla, now that she competes for UCLA so every week, I'm reminded of Erika.

I watched the season premiere of "The Amazing Race"; in this season, the contestants don't know each other and had to choose their partners from collecting suitcases and deciding from the order. It reminded me of the partner selections on Endurance and thought they could've been improved from there.

Okay y'all, this is crazy. My family and I are on vacation in the mountains of Georgia and we're staying at this super awesome cabin. It's sooo tricked out and it makes me think of the E5 tree houses - yes, we have a tree growing through the deck and all!! Curious, I counted how many people are on this trip...
TWENTY EXACTLY! I literally feel like I'm on Endurance! Never mind the age range is from 90 to 9 months but still!

Another gymnastics one sorry, but UCLA's gymnastics team is doing a gymnastics camp that's outside Tehachapi, CA (the town), so on their Instagram story, they asked "Where are we?" and one of the girls yelled "Tehachapiiiiiiiiii!" and I was hit with feels.
