I liked Purple, because they were a strong team. Jeff was cool and Annie is a toughie.
Brown and Green were also great teams. I felt sorry for Yellow, because they did everything they can and they couldn't win a mission.

I remember I used to love Yellow team when I first watched E2 but when I rewatched it, I didn't like them. Calley seemed whiny and Shep seemed really conceited.

I may be in the minority here, but I liked Blue and Red. I would have loved to see Jacquelynn win at Temple and get revenge on Green early on in the game. I pulled for Blue because it was my favorite color, and the episode where they got the Samadhi was the first Endurance episode I ever watched.

Too bad they didn't make it that far...who knows what could've happened had they stayed longer.

I really didn't like Scooter...but I loved Christa and rooted for Blue because of her.
