Honestly I was rooting for y'all. Get the rest of the Karma kids on here as I think the rest of the board members and myself would love to chat with y'all about the show and the behind the scenes stuff.

--I feel like this is a satisfactory top three: each of the teams have something endearing about them which makes it fun to root for.
--even in death, Luke has to cause chaos.

--Jack is talking about the final three as if the audience is thinking about whom to bet on in online gambling. Though I wouldn't think that far in strategy--the only way to get your place in the finale is to win.
--Jack got PTSD when he heard "from the bottom of the lake", haha.

--Was there a reason for that editing choice?
--This mission is what "Float Your Boat" wishes it were in Hawaii. So much higher stakes involved. (Though to be fair, having two pieces and a clearly dysfunctional team ruins the latter a bit)
--Andrea: "Aren't you interested to see what the Cave is like?"/Justin: "I don't want to be sad for potentially my last day here."
--In four out of the six seasons of endurance, the final temple involved a team which didn't go up before (e1 Red, e2 Green, e4 Green, e5 Green). This has to be the first time where the two teams hadn't gone before this point. We could've seen that had Yellow won Leap of Fate or Blue won All Tied Up ( , especially considering I want to rewatch e5 next)
--Jack thinking about future seasons and someone looking up to them is nice to hear. I keep thinking about Monroe at the moment; in Kai's fan-fiction story, a lot of her characters looked up to him. Did any of the real life contestants want to emulate their game from others?

--A better challenge would've entailed getting clues about the code and guessing it from there. I'm thinking of those locks where you spin clockwise for your first number, counterclockwise for your second, and clockwise for your third.

--I can relate Skyla--I can relate. A second season needs a greater diversity of challenges.

----I'm semi-convinced Jack would have a good strategy for the Temple of Fate, and a good way to keep it from enemy hands.

Yes!  I mentioned in the E4 thread that I thought Karma's top 3 was great, and I stand by that opinion.

Actually, 5 out of 6 Endurance seasons had a team going up for the first time at the final elimination, right?  All the ones you mentioned, plus E6 Red.  To be fair, E6 without the nuts twist should have been Green and Blue, who had both been up before.

Yeah, I think the challenge for the extra coin would have been more fun to watch if it hadn't been so repetitive.  I think the clockwise-counterclockwise-clockwise locks can be a little bit tricky to handle for people who haven't handled them before (and keep in mind that, in some places, school lockers are being phased out in order to reduce the ability for students to hide weapons or drugs, so contestants of the age to play Karma may not have used many locks of that type before).  I would have settled for a 3 or 4 digit combination lock similar to the one they used, but where each digit was a fact about the game that the players had to remember [things like how many other players did Illya outlast in Fit to Pick (4), what place did Orange get in the first team mission (7), how many sandbags were in Blue's basket when they dropped out of Fill and Spill (0), how many Karma coins did Green have when they went to the Cave of Karma (1)].  They could still add a physical element if they wanted to - making the players run to various spots to dig up clues, etc.

Yes, it seems Pink is quite popular on this board, and for good reason - both Justin and Avon seemed genuine and received good edits, and it didn't feel like they were shown too much (some have said, on this board and elsewhere, that Jack's edit seemed to almost dominate the game at times - I didn't mind how they edited Jack but I can see how others might have wished for a little more balance).

Oh, I was wrong, haha. For some reason, I thought that Red had gone up to Temple before the final three of Fiji, haha. What's also funny is how the two times the beginner makes it to the finale, they beat a team who went up to Temple more than twice.

Yeah, I noticed that with Jack's edit! It does feel like you could make a drinking game with someone saying how smart Jack was. That said, I agree with you on Pink's edit too. It did do them justice!
