Hi guys, so Karma doesn't air for 4 more months, but I'm bursting with excitement and I would love to share my excitement with y'all.
One of my predictions that have been circulating in my mind since I heard about the show, is that after the "temple mission" (NOT OFFICIAL) there will be two teams, one that wins and one that loses. The losing team goes straight to temple, while the winning team gets to pick one other team to go with the losing team.
But if the team that got sent to the temple by the winning team comes back, that team can decide to either give some "bad karma" (disadvantage in next challenge, etc) to the team that sent them or not.
I feel that the title "Karma" title is not only a title, but it will also come into play in different parts of the game, let me know what you think!

And also, something else that has caught my attention is the attributes, if you have no idea what I'm talking about in several press releases of the show, they have and I quote said: "Focus, giving, humility, growth, connection, change and patience are the path to becoming the "Karma Champion."". I just thought that those would just be themes for the episodes but on the Karma poster that Cruise meerkat Youssy posted, there are little icons that are around the logo.  As you can see their are 8 little icons, but only 7 released attributes, so I think the icons represents the attributes but there is one missing attribute, which I think may be KARMA. As for the attributes, I don't know if they will be physical things in the game (Like the pyramid pieces), I still feel as if they may just be themes and titles for the episodes (since there are only 8 eps) but that can very well change as the show gets closer. |

Hm, interesting! We know for sure that karma/relationships with others definitely plays some part in the gameplay. I recall in one of the releases the phrasing was something like “what players do in the game comes back to them later” (very very rough lol). The thing if the one team that’s sent by the winning team comes back from “Temple”..... well, won’t any team that’s sent up want to give the team that sent them a disadvantage?

That is true, any team would want to get revenge on the team that sent them, UNLESS, the team that was sent may not want to add bad karma in their record, cause as it said "How the kids treat each other can affect their success in the game". so they may just let the team that sent them let their karma unfold on their own time |

I haven't been able to keep up with KARMA news, but I AM SO EXCITED FOR THIS. I will be tuning it when it premieres! I hope it lives up to the classic Endurance.

But anyways, on a different note, I wanted to have a convo about what you guys think is going to happen up at "temple" in Karma Now, I know we do not know the format yet, there could not be a "temple" or its called something different or works differently for Karma, but I heard that it might be almost like Endurance, so I'm gonna make what i can with the photos and info we have so far. Here's the photo I'm basing my prediction on:  So as you can see, there are three urns type things in front of Michelle, and they are on these three wood logs, I feel like it might be a guess-where-the-thing-is-hidden type game, but this could be very well be a photo of the final temple game, just like Endurance. I would say that they are probably not gonna do a rock-paper-scissors game, but I could be wrong, the "temple" game could change every elimination. As for the temple in the photo, like I said it could be like Endurance Fiji, where they do the final temple in the jungle, but if that's not the case in Karma, Then this temple is pretty lackluster in my opinion, but the photo is croped, so there could be more to it. So with all that being said, Take my opinions with a grain of salt, because this is a predictions thread, but let's talk about it, i want to hear what people think, as we wait for the promo that JD promised, we know the debut month, we just need more info! |
