Granted, the kid could've been a LOT nicer and more courteous, but Annie seems way over Endurance... Also, looks like she's somewhere in India at the moment.

I think the kid could've asked once and ended it there. No wonder Annie's response was so harsh. If she doesn't want to associate with Endurance, then maybe it's because how people reacted negatively to their portrayal on the show. This is not unlike Nicole, where people would be mean to her. However, it's tragic how some people want to isolate themselves from it. Next thing you know, they're going to burn their Endurance shirts. :,(

I am not really sure how Annie is real life but from how she was portrayed on the show I could have seen her as they type to not want anything to do with fans. Especially now. In the teen world to an extent and a bigger extent in the college/young adult world Endurance truthfully isn't that cool. In a sense I think the same for Reality TV. Also looking at the last message from that guy. He seemed to have the vibe of "brah imma get dis b*tch. Watch me yo" which I don't the she would like at all.

Be nice to people online and in real life, especially those you don't know. And yes, I think we all know a lot of former contestants have moved past that teen drama. Remember, they're in their 20s now but I'm sure a lot of them have to deal with fans of the show now who are the age they were when they were on the show.
For example, imagine someone Annie or Max's age who has to deal with a 14-15 year old online. They have real issues to deal with now.
Would you want to be bugged by a stranger about something that happened a long time ago?
And yes, one or two "are you there" messages is enough. Maybe they didn't see the first one and it's 15 minutes later. After that, it's probably time to move on.

I don't blame Annie. Its one thing to ask about Endurance but its another to be rude. Was it harsh and could Annie handle it a bit nicer. Yes. At the same time if you don't want people to be harsh with you then you shouldn't go around being rude.

In fairness to Annie I don't know how much she's been harassed by the person or anyone else about Endurance or anything else that was going on or them having a bad day.
