Endurance The Final Countdown
Episode 6: Row, Girl, Row!
Rick: Last Time on Endurance. When Orange had won the piece, Purple won the ticket, and Blue won the samahdi...Red and Gray were left again as the underdogs in the dust. Purple was thinking about using their player switch ticket to switch Jake and Adam but Heather convinced them to switch Christina and Sam. Blue team ended up giving the samahdi to Orange but since Sam went to Orange, she gave the samahdi to herself. Today, the teams will face off in another Temple mission and now...everyone...is....on...their.....own! Oh...and I hope the teams remember the green team gets to pick 1 team to go to temple.
At the logs the night before:
Sam: So I think we should get rid of Purple obviously, tomorrow and then we'll take out gray. Then, we'll win final temple, and hopefully blue comes back!
Ben: Yeah. I wanted it to be Purple with us in the end but now I want Blue. We do have 5 poles less in today's mission but we can still root for Blue if we don't win.
CONFESSIONALS- SAM
I AM REALLY STARTING TO LIKE BEN AS MY PARTNER. THE PURPLE TEAM DIDN'T HANDICAP US. THEY MADE US STRONGER.
AT THE POND THE MORNING OF THE TEMPLE MISSION:
Jade: I'm sorry 'stina but we had to do it.
Christina: Really...I'm real convinced.
Jade: Just shut up and let it go.
Christina: Not until you give us that immunity idol.
Jade: FINE! But you have to promise....not to send us if you win or if Orange wins.
Christina: Ok.
(Jade takes it out of her pocket...all wrapped up in cloth and hands it to her.)
CONFESSIONALS-Jade
LAST NIGHT...KELLY AND I CAME UP WITH A MASTER PLAN. OR AT LEAST I DID. I DIDN'T TELL HIM YET. I MADE A PRETTY BELIEVABLE LOOKING IMMUNITY IDOL AND I GAVE IT TO CHRISTINA. SHE WON'T SEND US IF SHE LOSES BUT IF THERE IS A CHANCE SHE WILL. WE STILL HAVE THE IMMUNITY IDOL.
AT THE MISSION-
Rick: Come on in everyone. So last night was pretty intense but I hope you're in an intense kind of mood. Your challenges so far have been pretty easy. Well. Not anymore. You will be competing for the most thrilling prize of all. A nice day going to an African tribe and eating many exotic foods. They will also choose a team to go to temple while the other will be chosen by.....them.
(Amber and Casey walk out and smile.)
Whoever wins..will not be able to be the other team to go to temple. You guys ready to learn about the mission. Okay. You will take different poles of different lengths and sizes and will try to build a raft with them. You will also have string, and 2 paddles, 1 for each player. You will try to make it to that island on the other side of the water and located there are 3 bags. You will then bring them back 1 by 1 and then will take puzzle pieces out of them. You will arange these puzzle pieces into a picture and you will scream out the word the picture shows. Such as if it was a picture of an island you would scream island. The first 3 teams finished will get to move on to the final round. Orange, you will have a harder time due to the fact that you have 5 logs less. But...I can change the samahdi. You can either be 5 poles less or.......have to wait a minute late to start.
Sam: We'll go with the minute late to start.
Rick: Ok. You just sit tight for a minute. On your marks...get set.....go.
Jade: Put the small poles on the outside and work your way in so we have a pretty balanced raft.
Kelly: Yeah.
Jake: We'll go long-short-long-short. Go get the red rope.
Bella: ok.
Heather: Hurry up, Adam!
Rick: Okay. Orange...on your marks....get set....go!
Ben: Okay you go get our rope and I'll start arranging the poles. Okay?
Sam: Sure.....
Rick: Purple is already done and now Blue is putting its raft in the water. Red and Gray are having some trouble. Orange is overcoming the samahdi right now and has their rafts in the water!
Ben: Start paddling. 1-2-1-2-1-2-1-2-1-2-1-2-1-2....
Jade:we're almost there.
Rick: Now everyone has their rafts in the water. OH! Red is sinking. They are going to have to go back and fix their raft.
AdaM: come on!
Heather: We're catching up!
Rick: Orange and Purple have made it to the island and are taking their first bags.BLue now has their's and Gray is almost their.
A WHILE LATER
Orange is now going to get its final bag with Blue and Purple right behind. Red is still on its 2nd bag and Gray is going for its 3rd. Orange is going back and is halfway there. Purple is speading up and Blue is pretty much tied with them. Gray has got its 3rd bag and is heading back. It's going to be very close.
Jade: RoW FASTER!
Ben: We have reached land.
Rick: Orange has reached land first. They are now going to put together their pieces.
Sam: THis one here...this one goes here....
Jade: Come on Kelly. We've got this!
Sam: Its a....pond! POND!
Rick:........Orange is moving on to the final round!
ORANGE TEAM HUGS BUT GREEN JUST LOOKS AWAY.
Kelly: THis one here and this one here.....gorilla! GORILLA!
Rick: Purple is moving on to the final round....and so is.....BLUE!
Blue: Yes!
Rick: Now you three teams come over here. This will be very simple. Red and Gray come over here. These 2 teams will be simply eliminating 2 of you and the 1 team left standing will win the challenge. Red...we'll start with you.
(Red talks it over and then decides together.)
Bella: we decided to eliminate......Purple.
Rick: Purple...we are sorry but you have been eliminated. Gray.
(Gray talks it over with Heather looking very mad.)
Adam: We decided to eliminate.......Blue.
Rick: That means that Blue...you have been eliminated.
Orange you will choose 1 team to go to temple and Green you will choose 1 team to go to temple. We will actually do that right now so Orange can go on their trip! Orange who do you want to go to temple.
Sam: We have been deciding this for days but we want Purple to go to temple.
Jade: Wait. We have the immunity idol and want to play it.
Rick: Let me see it. This is the immunity idol so you are now safe from being picked by Orange but not Green. Orange....pick again.(CHRISTINA LOOKS ANGRILY AT JADE WHO SIMPLY SMILES.)
Ben: Gray.
Rick: Gray....you will be going to temple. Pack up your things and say goodbye.
Green....this will be the last thing you do in this game. Who will be going to temple with them.
Casey: Well....we have been spying on you guys for the last few days and we decided to send Purple up with them.
(JADE'S SMILE TURNS INTO A FROWN. CHRISTINA LETS OUT A BIG SMILE.)
Rick: Red, Blue, and Orange....you guys are moving on to final 4 but either Purple or Gray will not come back. Orange....go get on that helicopter.
(THE HELICOPTER COMES IN AND SAM AND BEN ARE FLOWN AWAY.GREEN IS FLOWN AWAY TOO AND NOBODY SAYS GOODYBYE TO THEM)
BACK AT THE HUTS
Jade: I'm sorry I did that to you Stina.
Christina: If you come back...we're going to the end together. I'm sorry.
(THEY HUG.)
Kelly: Bye guys.
Adam: Hope we come back.
EVERYONE SAYS GOODBYE.
AT THE TEMPLE
Rick: Hey guys take a seat at either side of me. Purple to the right, Yellow to the left. Now place your pieces behind you and we will get started. In front of you are 3 pieces of hard wood. You will choose either Fire, Wood, or Water. Remember
FIRE>WOOD
WOOD>WATER
WATER>FIRE
You will be playing 3 rounds. The team that wins 2 out of 3 will be going back to the huts. Are you ready? You may begin
Adam: Water!
Heather: No wood!
Adam: Fine.

Jade: How about.....

Rick: Puprle has won round 1.

Rick: Purple you have won. You will be the last team in the final 4. Gray...you have played a great game. You have survived and have gone as far as you could. You should be proud. Say your goodbyes and you will now go.
Heather STARTS TO CRY.

Rick: Purple you can now go back and surprise everyone even Orange who has come back now. Get outta here! HA HA!
