Lolol Bryan your comparisons for Summer, Clark, Drew & Xavier are spot-on (they're the only ones I can offer an opinion on though bc for some reason they're the only ones I remember well enough.. I should rewatch it sometime) I think I have a sense for what you mean, though. It was so... bizarre? And laden with residual 90's vibes

Moolah Beach really exaggerated the whole teen drama and relationship thing, especially with Kyle and Summer as there was no true strategy as idols were based on luck and so were eliminations based on the number offerings given.
Elimination was done in the same style was the drawing rocks for Temple on the F3 episode for Fiji, this is where it came from!
I'm glad Endurance was much more strategy based!

OMG Moolah Beach is so freaking funny. It makes me wanna be a teenager in the early 2000s HAHAHHAHA they're so hung up on relationships and crushes it's so cute. I wanna go back in time and be Clark at age 15 lmfao

Even though there's literally zero strategy to Moolah Beach they keep trying to make it a strategic game. They get so offended at the littlest things... and they keep making pacts like pacts ain't gonna help y'all!! I will say that as per episode 3, Kyle runs tf out of this game, even down to the social aspect when he told Clark to tell Summer he had a crush on her KNOWING Summer didn't care lmfaoooo

BRUH THE EDITORS OF MOOLAH BEACH ARE SO SHADY IT'S KILLING ME. Every time Kyle and Shari are interviewed about how the other person is as a partner they put them back to back. It's like
Shari: "Kyle is a great partner and I know he thinks the same of me"
Kyle: "Shari doesn't contribute anything to the team"
Shari: "I felt bad for holding him back in the mission, but he's so nice he wouldn't even think of that"
